No wait. Very friendly & accommodating. I had a dip manicure & after 7 weeks there are no CHIPS. How great is that?
Cute, with quality service! I was in desperate need of pedicure and found this salon just 9 minutes away. They're doing appointments only, so I recommend calling ahead to book a time. The inside is very bright and feels relaxing. It also felt very sanitary and clean; they do acrylics, but the salon didn't have any sort of smell at all. My friend and I booked two pedis and ended up getting the Classic Pedi since it was our first time at the salon. When we arrived, everyone was masked up and we signed a COVID waiver during check-in. Service was super friendly and I really enjoyed my technician, Gwen. She was super thorough with my pedi and did a great job cleaning up my cuticles. The massage was also really relaxing. I also appreciated that they offered refreshments during your service! The salon had a limited polish selection, so I might bring my own polish next time. Overall, I recommend and will definitely come by again.
I tried this nail salon last week bc I moved a few months ago and was looking for a place closer to my new house. This place is literally 4 minutes away and seemed to have good reviews, so I was really hoping it would work out. But, it did not. Long Appointment Time I had an appointment and got started right away. The appointment took 2 hours - for a basic pedicure and gel mani. I've been getting my nails done 2x/month for years and have never had an appointment take so long- my typical appointment is about 1 hour. The nail tech was very very slow, kep checking her phone, and instead of saving time by soaking my gel nails during my pedicure, did it when the pedi was finished. So, while my nails soaked, I sat there, in silence, no tv, no music for 25 minutes. Quality I figured if my man/pedi took 2 hours, my nails would look fabulous, but that was unfortunately not the case. As you can see in my pics the gel polish started chipping the next day (these pics are 2 days after my service). I'm very gentle with my nails - most gel polish doesn't chip on me, and I only get nails re-done after 2 1/2-3 weeks because the polish has grown out. Im extremely disappointed in this part of it. I was trying to figure that if my appointment took 2 hours, that the nail polish would at least stay on for a few days! Also, the polish has lumps in it- you cant really see it in the pictures, but it is very visible on both of my thumb nails. I had to ask the nail tech to take the tool to scrap dead skin under my toe nails and to remove the ingrown nails that form on big toes- she "tried" but didn't get them. I just got my nails done at another place 2 weeks prior, I know my nails weren't ingrown terribly, they just needed a little love. She did no cutting around of my nails/cuticles - and you can see the dead skin in the pics. Basically both services were just a polish change with some lotion applied at the end. Price All this, and the place is about $10 more expensive than other salons I've been to in the area (plus they charged me for gel removal -I've never been charged that at any other salons). Just like any salon, I know the actual service and quality is dependent on the tech you see, so others may have a completely different experience. The salon was clean, but I just don't have time to try this place out again. I'll continue going to the other nail salon - that is 10 minutes away vs 4 minutes. :)
The location of the nail salon is great and I was greeted with a smile and a beverage of my choice. The inside of the salon had lots of clutter and the product they used was visible and put away in cheap plastic rubber maid drawers. My nail tech was friendly. The product they used looked old and gunky, its probably whey my gel manicure chipped after two days. I wanted this place to work out because they are in a great location, but I won't be coming back. With all the nails salons to try no reason to come back.
Edit: After hearing from the owner both below and via a phone call, I decided to change my review. As I said before, I've had many many amazing manicures here and one bad night is certainly not going to change that. That plus the awesome customer service offered convinced me to bump it up to fill stars. It breaks my heart to write this review, since I've had many many wonderful manicures from this salon but tonight was bad enough that I'm writing this. I went in to get a set of new acrylics over my natural nails for the holiday season. I wanted them short since I have a four month old baby at home so I need to be able to change diapers and tickle toes and such. Rochelle talked me into getting tips for the smoother look and I agreed as long as she could keep them short. The manicure itself wasn't anything to write home about, I'm not exactly a Chatty Cathy so a quiet manicure was fine. After she was done, she didn't apply nail oil or give me a hot towel treatment as usual and she also didn't take a photo which was a first. It wasn't until after I paid and was driving home that I went to scratch my face and practically drew blood! My nails were squared off and SHARP on the corners. Then when I get home to examine them I notice that my thumb isn't even square it's been cut at a noticable angle. Needless to say this is inexcusable and I'll be going back tomorrow to get them fixed but for tonight I'll have to take an Emory board to them myself so I can actually pick up my baby. So sad.
After visiting the salon over 10 times I finally got paraffin wax mani, and I got to try the hydrating paraffin pedi....and that my friend is a game changer, I don't just feel like I got my feet done I feel like a brand new human walking on clouds.... from my different experiences at different salons the Nail Salon is the best ever, Awesome service, great massages, a really lovely establishment that does not smell like chemicals, and the ladies that run the place are class acts.... highly recommended!!!!!
I love it here and I go straight to Shirley! She does a wonderful job with my acrylic nails when I'm in town and she's super friendly and polite! The place is also pretty nice, neatly decorated and chic, but I suggest making appointments ahead of time, it can get pretty busy pretty fast. They also serve wine and mimosas or non-alcoholic drinks with your service. My nails last a while and it's well worth the investment! Go see Shirley!
I just wanted to update my review again to reflect the attention to detail and incredible work that Jessyka and her team put out. Went back after my manicure was starting to grow out and Jessyka really knocked it out of the park with this one. I made my appointment during my lunch break and Jessy was able to accommodate me and I made it back to work on time. So happy to be able to come back.
I really wanted to LOVE this salon, it was very beautiful and they give you drinks which I love the idea of (forgot my ID So I couldn't enjoy that) but my mother sure did. Took my mother here and she loved how nice the owner was and how patient they were with her once she is disabled on her right side so her right hand isn't straight. So I appreciated that ALOT! as for me I got the $55 pedi, which I really thought was going to leave my foot spotless and clean but that wasn't the case. My feet in the heel was still crusty which is the main reason I wanted a pedi. Wish they had something stronger for me. So that was disappointing. And my right big toe was not filed very nicely to match my left. Soon I will be trying A full set coffin nail here. And add my thoughts after. Really want to find a good spot for me to go to always, but not one salon has wooed me yet.
Second time coming here for a full set acrylics. The hospitality is outstanding and the salon is extremely clean and chique. They even offer refreshments while being serviced. However, both times there have been a lack of attention to detail. This time, one of my nails was way longer than the other and they didn't clean the excess color around my nail. The actual coloring felt a bit rushed and it wasn't even. Maybe I'll give this place another chance in the future but not anytime soon.
Oh my gosh, fresh, fabulous, flawless! I could go on and on. First the salon is adorable! Clean and modern, decorated too! Second the staff is super helpful and sweet! They were able to book me A evening appointment so last minute and I couldn't be more thankful. Third, my girl Shirley, yesssss @407flawless SHE IS THE BOMB !! Literally above and beyond my expectations, and I will definitely be back to see her (and I live all the way down in south Florida!)
Totally cutesy! Five stars just for the decor! Joanna Gaines has competition y'all! In Orlando as a tag along for a business trip so I decided to bypass Uber and take the bus with yelp as my guide! (Later on the bus ride) I found this place on my way to nowhere and the ratings were good. I left it up to fate and faith and I went in on my accidental return trip. I would recommend making an appointment since I was advised there would be an extended wait when I arrived. Jessie, the owner came over and introduced herself and within minutes I was wrapped to remove the dip Powder application I had on. I was wrapped and the wait was... well I don't know I'm on holiday! It wasn't long, at least I was so distracted by the decor I wasn't counting dammit. I got a glass of Chardonnay to keep me going and I was seated to start my pedicure with Emma! She did a good job of my cuticles and buffing my nails (spell check did "balls" lmao I don't have balls and I don't think I'd want them buffed if I did). I chose a color at random and proceeded to my manicure.... I still had the wraps on for removal and the time doing my pedi succeeded in a good time frame for removal of the dip Powder. I went with a gel manicure of white with a glitter overlay. Judge if you like but I like shiny nails!! Your loss! Leah did my hands and she did a good job. My hands were not soaked and didn't clip my cuticles as I am used to but every salon has its routine. I do have some run over on my cuticles but It's not a huge issue (probably the wine). The place is clean, individual packets of tools are opened in front of you. They offer a pretty nice Chardonnay. The place is clean and the color of the counters actually allow for possible dust to be present but not visible. I observed staff actually cleaning and wiping down their stations with alcohol after clients. Towels were clean and there is an on site laundry set up. Prices are good, staff pleasant and decor wicked awesome! Will be back when in town. I suggest you do the same. Live & Live!

Amazing service! New to the area and desperately needed to find a new salon. This one was close by and had great reviews. I called earlier in the day for a 5:30 appointment and they were able to accommodate. Shirley was my tech and she was sweet & precise. She definitely takes her time and takes pride in her work. A gel mani & gel pedi came out to $90 which seemed pretty average. They did recently change ownership so I would give this place a try if you haven't already! read more

Cute little salon. Some of their equipment looks a little used despite they've opened recently. Ran by a family of Hispanic women. They were very sweet and inviting. Did a great job on my pedicure. Really enjoyed the massage during the pedicure. My technicians name was Lili. I would ask for her again. Lowest pedi price is $35. read more

I. Am. In. Love. I live in Greensboro, NC but I'm in Orlando visiting my best friend. She needed a fill in so I decided to go with her and get a pedicure and a gel manicure. I was already pretty excited because my best friend showed me their instagram (@thenailsalonorlando). The designs were beautiful but I'll admit I was a little skeptical. When you walk in the interior is bright and inviting. The staff were super friendly, easy to talk to, and very attentive. Liliana gave me my mani pedi and if I could take her back to North Carolina I would. She gave me a great pedicure and I could tell she really cared because she would double and even triple check and go back and "fix". For my manicure I decided to be adventurous and told Liliana I wanted galaxy nails. She did not disappoint. I felt like I was watching a painter and my nails came out AMAZING! I absolutely love them. Each nail is unique, sparkly and so pretty. (Posted photo to Yelp page). If you haven't tried this place, you're totally missing out. I'm sad that once I go back home I won't have access to badass nails anymore, but the next time I'm in Orlando -- I'll be back for sure. read more

Went here for a mani , not happy with the outcome, mani was rushed , no hand massage , fingers not put in water to soften the cuticle , nail polish messed up after a hour . For $16 mani I wish I painted myself . read more

Worst manicure and pedicure that I ever had cuticles were not trimmed only pushed back. Polish was applied on top of some of my cuticles with jagged edges. The manicurist was shaking. I should have just left but I was trying to be nice. $100 down the drain for such shoddy work!! Yes the people are nice but the manicure pedicure not nice at all!! One of my gel nails came off on day 2!! read more

I've never left a bad review before, but I chose this salon based off of the overall good reviews and they do not reflect the quality of this salon. I came in for a set of acrylics and a pedicure. I'll start with the good. The staff were friendly and my acrylic nails looked pretty when finished. When I walked in, washed my hands, and as I sat getting my nails done, I noticed how dirty the salon was. There was only one other client there at the time, it was early in the day, and the staff were relaxing on their phones when I entered so I know it wasn't dirty because they were busy. It was also an uncleanliness that takes some time to accumulate. Cleanable rust stains near the sink, dirt stains on the towel bins, a layer of nail dust on everything, a cluster of the products behind the bar, and the massage chair I sat in had crusty stuff on the arms. I thought maybe it was wear and tear, so I scraped it a bit and was grossed out that it easily came off. Looking at chairs next to see, I could see the same. I knew I wouldn't be back based off of this because most nail salons I've been to thoroughly and consistently clean the salon. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and really listened to me when I asked for a special design on my nails. The woman who did my acrylics made sure multiple times that I like how the nails looked so I really appreciated it. I tipped them well and left happy with the service. She suggested a Gel X acrylic nail that I never had before. I got them and was surprised that the plastic part of these nails covered the entire nail like glue on nails you do yourself, instead of just the tip of the nail like my usual acrylics. She said they'd last 2 weeks still though so I trusted it was just a new way. It's been four days and most of the nails are already lifted, one just popped off while I was cooking. I don't do anything intense with my hands other than cook and wash dishes. I'm very disappointed because this salon was much more expensive than anywhere I've been before and I hoped that meant quality. read more

Best nail salon ever! Adorably decorated. Makes you feel relaxed just by stepping in. Prices are reasonable for the amazing quality. Taylor did an amazing job on my brows. Like getting your nails done in a Tiffany Box! The atmosphere, staff, and service are all high quality at this posh nail salon just outside of Baldwin Park. I fell in love with the aesthetic and design of this salon. The walls are Tiffany blue, there are two walls of floor to ceiling windows, and the open, communal manicure counter makes the salon feel inviting and friendly! What's missing from this salon is that toxic smell typical of a nail salon, which is because of their ventilation system at each station. The service and staff were fantastic. Everyone is so approachable and my friends and I had a wonderful time socializing with the staff and the other patrons. Not to mention the mimosas, which were a great touch to help everyone relax and unwind. Seriously a wonderful experience. As for the quality of the service: my nails have never looked better! This is a dry manicure salon, which means your cuticles won't look awful a few days after the service! The owner helped me choose a fun color for St. Patty's Day, and I was so appreciative of her great taste! Awesome salon! You guys!!!!! If you do not come here you are crazy!!! This is by far the best salon in Orlando!!!! First they are the sweetest girls ever! You will feel at home as soon as you walk in. They are open weekdays until 10pm I mean who else does that to accommodate the working woman or man! My nails have never looked so amazing! Jessy takes her time and actually creates colors to fulfill your nail dreams! Needless to say I will be back and telling everyone to come to The Nail Salon!!! Went here two weeks ago and had acrylics put on with a marble gel nail polish design. Wasn't completely happy, but it's understandable with the technique. The acrylics were shaped nicely and the polish lasted for a reasonable amount of time. The owner did the design for me, I found her to be rude so I probably wouldn't return. Overall a positive experience however and I've recommended them to everyone who asked about my nails! read more

I've been to many nail salons & was never truly impressed until I came in to The Nail Salon and I have to say, this one I will be staying with. I came in and got my acrylics done here for the first time and I was impressed by how nice they were. The quality of service is amazing and they actually got my coffin shape right! Lia and Jess are super welcoming and definitely do a great job at what they do. 10/10 would recommend read more
