This is my absolute favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure in Orlando! I've been coming here for well over 20 years when they were located in Audubon Park. Julia the owner is so kind and warm and she makes you feel so welcome! They have a wonderful selection of gel and non gel paint and there is ample parking. The prices are very reasonable and my nails last a long time. When I started a new job Julia helped me find the best type of nail that would sustain. I also had a problem with a nail that I damaged and it started to grow into my skin. I tried myself to fix it and made it worse. The mail technician was able to remove a lot of it and reduce my pain. Very nice and quaint little nail shop. I just needed a quick pedicure before leaving town. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. Women walked out smiling as I notices their freahly painted toes. My nail tech took her time. She never seemed rushed. I'm giving 4 stars only because she used that "cheeae grating" looking. I thought all nail places stopped using those. BUT that was and is my only complaint. I'll be back for sure and just ask her to not use that. The price was very very reasonable. Ok, this place is A-OK! Likes: - The rooms are private so you are not distracted by a lot of people, tons of noise or motion, you can actually relax when getting yours nails done. - The ladies were very nice. - They did a fabulous job on my toes and the massage was legit. - Decent pricing. - Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and only waited 5 minutes. Dislikes: - For the paraffin treatment, you actually have to dip your feet into a tub of it and being that I am used to the prefixed boots, I was somewhat hesitant as I don't know how many others have dipped their feet in there. My friend went right after me and I was just confused. - No real details written out on the menu or vocalized about the different treatments. My friend was getting married and I wanted to treat her to an evening at the spa for a mani/pedi. Life got in the way and I forgot to make appointments for us. In a bind, I called around and Tango was able to accommodate us both for spa services. Thank heavens! She would get her mani/pedi and I would get a mani and toe color change, I'm weird about spa pedi baths. With that in mind, I'm already freaked out by multiple feet going into a pedi bath with (hopefully) a cleaning in between, but these pedi baths were awful. I was embarrassed when they set my friend up for her pedicure. The tubs were visually dirty and they looked in bad shape. My friend was gracious and said it was fine and continued with her pedicure while I had my toes polished. When my toes were finished, I was taken to another room for my manicure. I know the separate rooms might be nice when you and your party are in a private room for one service, but when you have multiple services; it's a little bit of a bummer to not be able to interact with the person you're there with. My nail tech was a sweet woman who didn't speak much English. This made it a bit hard when I was trying to explain the color I was looking for and the fact that I wanted a gel polish mani. In the end I got a regular manicure because the woman really didn't get what I was saying. So the mani is in process and it was that time to pull out the tool to clean up the cuticles. The woman grabbed a tool from her desk and I saw that it was full of another person's cuticle trimmings! ANOTHER PERSONS CUTICLE TRIMMINGS! I immediately asked her for a clean tool, she didn't really understand and then I pointed at the used and dirty tool and made a bad face. She apologized and grabbed a tool from inside her desk, but there is no way for me to tell if it was sanitized or not. At least that one didn't have another person's skin remains on it... Overall the services rendered were OK and the environment/cleanliness was terrible. I don't even think the prices were that great, so that didn't help. ​ read more

Ok, I admit it. Sometimes, when my Wife and I have a stressful week, we will get pedicures together. The first time my wife suggested this, I was a little apprehensive. Does a nail tech really want to deal with this guy's stinky paws. But I dove in, and my Wife took me to Tango. This place is great. They have rooms of two chairs per room, so it was just my wife and I getting pedicures. Made me feel super comfortable. And the tech's here? Man, they are awesome. There is nothing like getting a foot and calf massage to make your worries go away. The staff is super friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable. If I could afford this once a month, I would do it. And I wouldn't go anywhere else but Tango's. They rock! read more

It's sad I did it just before Christmas and my gel manicure that it's usuAlly lasted 3 weeks is really bad! I never had such a short lived gel manicure before! Not coming back! I tried to give this a place a shot over the weekend. It was Saturday around 1pm. I wasn't sure if they were going to be busy or not but thought I would at least try. I live right around the corner. I pulled into the parking lot and walked in. No one was at the front desk. The rooms closest to the entrance were dark and no one was around. I actually wondered for a moment if they were closed. I yelled out hello a couple of times. No answer. I hit the bell on the front desk a couple of times. No answer. It was a little creepy. Eventually I heard a woman talking. But I couldn't see her. It sounded as if she may have been on the phone. I couldn't be sure. I heard her talking about health insurance and finding a doctor in network. Ok, I thought she's got to be on the phone. I'lll give it a couple minutes. I waited. After a few more minutes I realized this was not going to work for me. I didn't like the idea that she must be the only person there and clearly not interested in helping customers coming in looking for a service. So I let her be with trying to figure out her health insurance and I drove to Baldwin Park Nails and got my pedicure. This doesn't exactly inspire me to try this place again. read more

Each room for pedicures has only two chairs so most of the time you are by yourself -which is very relaxing! This is a nice and quiet little place that has become my new favorite. I've had the same tech both times I've gone and she's very sweet and does a fine job. Prices are reasonable. The rooms are private-ish with two or so chairs in each, so it's great if you want to bring a pal. Admittedly I think they don't have a ton of staff, so an appointment is advisable. They also ask that you tip in cash. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it gets kind of warm in there, so if you are a person that runs hot it could get uncomfortable. read more
