She exfoliated my skin and then didn't change her gloves and didn't wipe off correctly and so when she was putting serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen on all the little beads of the exfoliant were being scratched all over my face again. After I left there were still exfoliant beads all over me so I went home and washed off everything she did. She was very nice but this is something that shouldn't happen. I don't think she even did the actual hydrodermabrasion. The room I had my facial doubled as an office, which i suppose is fine but all the lights were on, there was no calming music, loud noises coming from outside. I'm so upset because i've gotten a hydrafacial in the past and left glowing. This was not the same.

Unfortunately, at the end of my wax, I was left covered in baby powder, usually I'm cleaned up but on top of that there was still bits of wax and hairs all over me. I pointed this out to them. I've put off writing this review for a few weeks because my practitioner was so nice and I had a great time chatting with them. But the actual attention to detail wax was very disappointing. I may return and try a different practitioner someday. This was a wildly different experience from my previous waxers, and unfortunately not in a positive way. The lack of attention to details so frustrating, especially now I have to go home and be raising hair on my own after paying for it to be done. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of two or three is because they are very friendly accommodating there. And I'm sure if I had called the next day to go back they would've made space for me to come in. It felt like a very professional place.
