I get acrylic nails regular polish, and I paid $30 for a short length plus tip and then today I went back to get the fill-ins and paid $23 with no broken nails plus tip. I have been coming to this nail salon for my nails since March 2021 and the vibe is so relaxing. I could definitely say I am a regular customer. I came here on a Saturday afternoon for eyebrow waxing. It was a great experience. Le ( I think that's how her name is spelled ) was amazing. I've had horrible experience with eyebrows waxing at other places but she knew exactly what I wanted when I said just clean up and natural. My brows were perfect and I couldn't be happier ! I got in right away because I called ahead, which was nice. The price was very reasonable for a pedicure ($23). I'm not so sure about the sanitation of their utensils, which makes me hesitant to return. I had to ask for a new/unopened pack of sanitized utensils to be brought out. But even then, there were only two items in the pack and the rest of the things she used (the pumice stone, nail clippers, file, etc) weren't fresh, new or sanitized. Don't go here ! This isn't a place to relax . The guy in the front , older man is very rude, won't do the styles or anything you ask him to. I needed help picking out colors to match what I had a photo of and he wouldn't help me, the Spanish lady to the right is sweet . She helped me. When she got the colors for me- she could barely hold them and one dropped and broke he wouldn't even help her carry them or clean once one broke! So rude. Came here around lunchtime on a weekday and was able to get service right away. All I needed was a pedicure and I was very pleased with the results. The staff is very friendly and conversational. They also are very knowledgeable of their materials and were able to help my friend decide on a color when she pointed out that she wanted a certain type of shimmer. I find that my pedicures tend to get ruined quickly just because I'm always on the move and working out but my pedicure is still in great condition! I also think the service is very affordable for how much most pedicures cost. All in all, I definitely recommend this place! read more

First place I've kept my nails up with. The techs are all friendly and talented. They use quality non-yellowing acrylic that hasn't chipped or crumbled even when I neglected to come in for over a month. I have had no issues with lifting either! As a former nail tech I tend to have higher than average expectations. They do not disappoint! Bonus is the fact that they never cut me or give me drill burn!! went to get a pedicure and manicure for my grandmother's 86th birthday and they told me i couldn't stay with her even though she is no longer independent , speaks no english and needs someone to help her walk. I explained my situation and asked if i could stay considering my circumstances and the fact that nobody told me about this protocol when i made the appointment ,and they still rudely said no and made me leave when my grandmothers feet were already soaked in water. Completely ridiculous! I am sure they would have changed their minds if i was there to get my nails done as well. Don't waste your money. I have been going here for about four months and have never had a problem. I always get powder dip nails from Amy. This last visit, which was a week and a half ago, I changed my color. Amy took off my nails, and applied the new ones. Here I am, a week and a half later and my gel top coat is peeling off my nails. Now, this has never happened before, and it is now. This is my response to "Gator Grl." She was a client of mine over a year ago. She came to her appointment with full mascara on (I tell my clients to not wear any make up on their eyes before coming and she knew this, she has booked with me several times before). So I kindly asked her to remove her mascara with a cleanser that I provided. She did not use any or enough water to remove her mascara, which resulted in her extensions prematurely coming off. I had warned her about this as I was finishing when I found out that she did not properly clean her lashes. I offered to redo her lashes with the cost of only the materials that will be used but she declined. Since then she has been harassing me and writing HATEFUL and LYING comments on my lash Instagram and on pictures with my family. Even harassing my 6 month old baby. I have been to this place twice. The first time I went the girl was very nice and did a good job with my manicure (got the gelish done). I went back for my birthday and got another woman. I got a mani and a pedi this time around. Unfortunately, my feet felt the same as they did before I walked in. I brought in a photo of a SIMPLE design (I honestly could have done this design myself but I wanted to be pampered). Someone who works with nails should be able to do this SIMPLE design. No.. for some reason she couldn't and was coming up with every excuse. She started yelling in another language and the male manager came over and tried to do the design as well.. Still.. for some reason.. he couldn't do it either. I don't really understand how people who work with nails all day long can't place two curved lines on a nail. (p.s... I'm NOT a picky person.. I'm VERY understanding.. this was just ridiculous..) I grew fed up with the whole situation and just let them finish my nails that now look like a 5 year old did them. They didn't complete the rest of the manicure but charged me for everything (minus the "design")... I had to ask for my nails to be smoothed out in the end as well. Once I left and got to dinner the polish was already starting to come off as well. It is a shame because I really liked the first girl. I wont be going back here. If you MUST go there.. ask for the girl who sits in the very front on the left and if you already have something in mind that you want done.. bring in a photo and specifically ASK if they willl be ABLE to do the design you want.. I showed them the photo but didn't ask before they started. If they told me in the beginning they couldnt do it I wouldn't of let them start it... Never buy gift certificates from here! My husband got me one for Christmas last year, but between having a 2 year old and working like crazy I didn't get a chance to go. The one day I have time to go, I walk in and 3 technicians are doing each other's nails because they have nothing to do, but they point out that my certificate expired after 6 months of the date of purchase and say they won't honor it! My husband of course didn't realize this when he bought it, so now I'm out $50. I feel like I've been stolen from and taken advantage of. Poor customer service. read more

Because this nail salon is close to my home, I have gone to it on many occasions due to convenience. Unfortunately, I am usually dissatisfied with my services. Yesterday, was my last visit to this business. 2 days before Hurricane Irma hit, I got a full set of nail extensions with dipping powder gel. The first time I got this service done at another salon, I experienced no lifting or chipping and the dipping powder gel remained on my nails for 5 weeks until I had it removed. The set I had applied at French Tip Nails on Alafaya Trl at the Shoppes at Eastwood, my nails did not last 3 days. After less than 3 days, my thumb nail dipping powder gel completely lifted off. The next day I lost the index finger nail on my other hand. 2 days Later, I lost a third nail and three more nails were lifting. I was concerned when the nail tech did not sand down my nail bed properly to prep for proper curing. I should have spoken up but she had someone over her shoulder, watching her work, so I assumed that they had a different way of doing their technique. Unfortunately, the shop was closed for a week due to power outage. When I went back in yesterday to ask them to fix my nails and explain to them and show them how quickly they came off, the male manager/owner? of the salon waited until he removed my nail gel and then told me that he would only charge me $30 to do the set over again. The full set was only $35 to begin with. I was stunned that he was going to charge me almost full price but went ahead and agreed to it, begrudgingly. When I called before going to the salon, I explained to them the problem and that I wanted them to fix it. Yes, even though it had been a week + three days, I expected them to fix it at no charge (I would have gone back the day the first nail came off if they had been open). I don't think that is an unreasonable expectation, considering that these are supposed to last 2 weeks at the very minimum. Another time that I had a regular gel nail polish manicure done at this salon, the polish was lifting and chipping within 2 days and I went back and had to argue my point that they should fix it at no charge. They were not very happy about it but they did it - unwillingly. I usually prefer to go to a salon that is further from my home but my nails remain intact for weeks. Every time I've taken the shortcut and gone to the French Tip nail salon, I have lifting or chipping within one week. EVERY TIME. Bottom line is: this shop does not like to fix their bad work. Even their pedicures are subpar. They do not spend a lot of time on effective massage or callus removal, even when you pay extra for those services. NEVER AGAIN! I'm DONE with being taken advantage of, leaving 20% tip for bad work. read more

The females are kind, thoughtful, gentle and engaging. The only male that works here shows prejudices and is racist. He rushes without perfection. Avoid him at all cost. Overall it is not the greatest nail salon. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. The salon is clean but a little warm and could use better ventilation. I will not be back. I came a couple of times and one of the girls did a great job. She left for a maternity leave, and the two other girls that work there are not worth your trip to this salon. Their pedicure is below average - uneven cut, short superficial scrub and the nail polish lasts only couple of days! It should be good at least for week or two. The gel mani is done with rush and without details. The edge of the nails were left out or uneven. Once they convinced me to try the powder gel. It was done horribly. It started chipping after two days. I don't do much handy work, so this was definitely due to bad service. When I came back to request that they correct the three nails that chipped so fast, they laughed at me and said they will not redo it (empty salon at that time) because the length of the gel on nails depends on the person not their work. Very rude and very unprofessional service. Their location is very convinient from my house, so I gave them couple of chances, but regretted it. The worst nail place ever! I would never ever recommend it. I ordered a pedicure, and got one but she did it as fast as possible. She clipped the side of my toe and I started bleeding and she didn't seem to care... She stuck my foot back in the water and continued onto the other foot still going as fast as possible. It wasn't relaxing at all. They didn't give me a full pedicure, she rushed it. After she was "done" with me she hurried back to her iPad to continue watching her Netflix series. I was unable to find a place I liked or that had good reviews online to go and get my pedicures done. I figured I would try this place since I really couldn't find any reviews on it at the time and I am so glad that I did! As soon as I walked in it had a very calm and relaxing feel to it. Although the people were just sitting around watching tv and reading when I got there, they were very polite and welcoming. They had no other customers which was the reason for the sitting around... The man they had do the pedicure was the best I have ever had! Gave me an option as to which pedicure I wanted, offered me a drink and was extremely gentle yet effective on my feet. The massage was out of this world lasting several minutes on each foot and each leg. This will place will definitely be getting my business each month! read more
