I usually get some combination of eyebrow wax and pedicure and I'm happy with her work -- this why I follow her from location to location. I'm always able to get in, out and on my way. The establishment itself is conveniently located in the Colonial Landing shopping plaza near the Ross. Given that it is in a large lot, parking is readily available and I'm always able to find a close spot. The place has good lighting, and the equipment appears to be either new or in good condition. They are organized - when you have an appointment, you come in and use the kiosk to check yourself in using your phone number.

I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had…read more I'm a full-time working mom with 6-month-old twins, and today--on my birthday--I finally carved out time after 4 exhausting weeks to do something for myself: a simple fill with red French tips, which is my go-to. I even showed a reference photo. What I got was not French at all. The tech literally painted half my nail with no curve, no shape--nothing close to what I asked for. When he asked if I liked it, I calmly and honestly said no. That's when everything went downhill. He immediately became aggressive--yelling at me, grabbing my finger and squeezing it painfully while roughly wiping it with acetone. He stood over me, continuing to yell in his language and making angry gestures. I was the ONLY customer in the salon, and not one other employee stepped in to help or de-escalate the situation. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable being berated like that by a man over simply giving honest feedback. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I just said it wasn't French. I had to call another worker over myself to show the issue, all while he continued yelling. At that point, I just asked to pay and leave so I could go somewhere else. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Do NOT go here--especially if you expect basic professionalism or respectful treatment. They clearly cannot handle feedback, and no one should feel intimidated, disrespected, or unsafe while trying to get their nails done. Worst nail salon in Altamonte Springs. I will never be back.

When I walked into the salon, there were only 2 people inside, a young woman and an old man, and neither were a customer. The young woman asked if I had an appointment, I told her no and said "I can come back later if you're not able to take a walk in right now." She said no it was fine, and placed me with the old man for my gel mani/pedi. He was super gentle, however, I'm not sure his eyesight is ok because I had to ask multiple times for him to clean up the edges where the nail polish was on the skin and cuticles. Not only were the edges still rough even after asking him several times to fix it, they were also textured, not smooth. Additionally, 2 days after having my nails and toes done, the gel polish on one of my toes just popped off in one chunk as if it was a press-on. My girlfriend went in later that same day for a basic pedicure and she also got the old man. She said she had to ask him several times to cut her toenails shorter and she ended up leaving the salon with toenails that still needed to be cut. As I mentioned, I really struggled with whether or not to write this review. But after both my girlfriend and I had less than savory (and pricey!) experiences, and also very belatedly reading the reviews of this salon, I feel like management should be aware. There are far better salons in the area. Don't waste your money here. Go where you're going to get what you pay for...Estella's is NOT it.
