Krista is AMAZING. I've been here multiple times. I am beyond impressed every time. Came a few days ago for Botox for my first visit with Krista. While speaking to Krista about future options to improve my face - we discussed IPL to get rid of age spots. Came today and suffered through the laser while having a giggle fest with Krista. I felt like my bestie and I were back in high school trying something for the first time - but make no mistake!!! I had my first procedure in April 2017, second in May 2018. The results were estimated to last a year, and the results are still there. The shape has slightly gotten smaller but I am happy the way that they are, most of the volume is still there. I had my injections done when I was living in Orlando, and my area of Orlando (near Disney) didn't offer injections with good reviews or results. So after researching further locations I decided to come here twice, first for 1/2 syringe of restylane and a second time for 1/2 more, adding up to one syringe. I didn't have super thin lips to begin with but I wanted to try injections because I had a lot of lines in my lips and wanted a slightly bigger shape, but not too extreme. The first visit (after swelling went away) didn't have much difference, so I went in a second time and that made a bigger difference. I was satisfied with the lip shape and less lines. The pain was similar to shots at the hospital, not too bad. The scarring also went away within a week. I had a positive experience with the staff, but I didn't like how the receipt for both of my visits was similar to a restaurant, and had a "tip" option. It's just another way for them to grab more money. If I were to visit again (I now live in California) I wouldn't leave a tip as it shouldn't be necessary, but at the time I felt pressured and didn't want to be rude. So I left a tip both times. I was 18 and my fault, I wouldn't do it again ‍. But having a tip section makes no sense. If I tipped 10 or 15%, which most people do, it would have added up to A LOT. Unlike a $15 dish at a restaurant, this was two transactions of $325 each time. Another problem I had was a dent on the top lip, which is visible in two of the photos. I also didn't realize that from a side view, my bottom lip sticks outward more than before and looks like I am doing it on purpose. I didn't realize this until somebody pointed it out. Do not come here for laser hair removal... spent over $1000 for 8 sessions and my hair is still growing like normal. they also have a wait period of 6 sessions in between when every other place is 4 weeks! i now learned that they do this to prolong your sessions and get more money because the longer you wait in between sessions the more sessions you will need! i found a groupon for an awesome place for a little over $200 for 6 sessions. rather paying $200 for one session. save your money! i am completely disappointed. read more

I found Gentle Touch when doing a Google search for Jane Iredale cosmetics. Gentle Touch is conveniently located for me so I stopped in one day. After helping me with a product return that I didn't even buy from them (very impressive customer service!) I decided to try them out for a relaxation facial. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My appointment was early on a Saturday morning. There was no wait time. The ambiance was so nice I just wanted to move in! Dana was my aesthetician and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I decided to go with the microdermabrasion treatment which was a first experience. My skin was very soft and looked great after the treatment. Getting a facial or massage is something I only do once in a great while due to budget constraints and I'm the type of person that looks for value when I spend hard earned money. I wouldn't be able to afford monthly visits here but when I do want to treat myself I would definitely choose Gentle Touch. Check them out and prepare to relax. read more

All I can say is wow! I love this place and can't wait to go back! I went for some pampering for my birthday and everything was perfect. Every member of the staff that I encountered was fantastic (especially the lovely woman at the reception desk who was patient and kind to me as I went back and forth on what services I wanted). They were all very knowledgeable and no one was pushy or tried to over sell me anything. I felt really cared about which you just don't find with many companies these days. It was a little pricey but worth every penny, especially as a birthday indulgence. I will definitely be going back!! Side note: One of my services was the Fall Pumpkin Facial. Best lasers, technology & service - and I love that it's owner operated. The owner used to be a nurse in the neonatal unit and injected tiny preemie babies, my friend who referred me said. This is what originally interested me in late 2016 and I've been going ever since and referred multiple people. GT has such a positive and uplifting vibe. Last time I went I pulled up the address online to get the address for navigation. I was surprised to see a negative note with name-calling and accusations from an angry person who didn't respond to treatment. That was really disheartening because this is the exact opposite of every experience I've had & not what my friends have experienced. In fact, I've had manufacture rebates put into my account that I would have never known existed - they just apply them automatically & surprise, my bill isn't what I expect. They never try to upsell, and they never try to bundle or push like some other (chain?) places do. I usually have to wait to get in because they have a long-time loyal following who book in advance. They educate you to help you make an informed decision and give you pamphlets with manufacturer websites, etc. For example, I asked about Kybella for myself but I'm a thin person who doesn't have fat under my chin so we addressed something far less expensive with a much bigger impact. Now I can tell you that the Kybella website says this: "You may receive up to 6 treatment sessions, spaced at least 1 month apart. Many patients experience visible results in 2 to 4 KYBELLA® treatments. 59% of patients received 6 treatments in clinical studies." So anyone expecting that to be a one and done service didn't do their homework nor listen to the advice. My advice for anyone looking for new services or a new place, do your homework on procedures and schedule a consultation to decide for yourself. And I highly recommend Gentle Touch! Don't go here! They scammed me out of $1200 for Kybella injections. A bunch of scammers especially the owner, who defended her employee of course for giving misleading information! Amanda is the person who told me I'd need to purchase two $600 treatments of kybella that day and that each treatment was $600. I asked why can't I just do one and see how that goes? She said, she recommended I get two that day. She said I'd be good with that and would see a significant change on my chin within 6 weeks.. I'm not sure what she injected me with or if it was the amount I was paying for! Could've been water for all I know, since it didn't feel numb or anything..After 6 weeks I saw no change! I went back and saw Amanda and she compared before and after photos and said there was no change! She then went to get the owner, she told me I would need to pay for more treatments to get results. My chin is not that bad to have to spend over $1200 for no results. Better off getting laser lipo somewhere else for real results. read more

I visited this spa for the first time a few weeks ago, love the place and the person that perform my facial. They are very knowledgeable and guide you in the right direction based on your skin type and present appearance. If you are looking for a certain look, my advise be patient because when you go to a place like this is because you don't look perfect or not happy with your appearance to begin with. I had a minor concern after my first visit and did not hesitate to talk to the owner Olga, who was very receptive and pleasant to work with. She really cares about how you feel when you walk out of that place, so she immediately addressed my concerns. I love how the staff worked as a team, they consulted each other for second opinion and I think that is great. This spa definitely is a place I trust with my skin care. Eventually I will like to try their whole skin care line. I will finish up with the product I am presently using and then use what they recommend. Brandi was my Esthetician and she is Amazing! I have to say, I've been getting botox for about 5 years now, every 4 to 6 months. I've been to a vascular surgeon, and a plastic surgeon, as well as nurses and pcp's who have all done it as an added service. I've now gone to gentle touch about 3 times and I'll tell you why they are the best. First of all, when you walk in you are immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. It's really relaxing while you wait-which is never longer than a minute or two-and they offer you a beverage, and you sink into a chair. When you are taken in, Lorriel discusses in detail what your concerns are and gives her advice. The first few times I went, I asked for a certain amount that other doctors had said would be good for me and she actually told me that a but less would work better! She was right! Her placement was spot on, and I still have some movement for a more natural look. If you have ever thought about botox but were nervous, you have to go see her! She found spots in my muscles that needed attention that my regular therapist has missed for years AND was able to take care of them. Can I give her 6 stars on a 5 star scale?
