I was left waiting almost an hour past my appointment only to have the estetician rush and complain. She didn't wash her hands or use gloves. She put a peel off mask on me and left the room for 20 minutes. Attempted extractions without steam and caused me to have huge scabs the next day. It was a horrifying nightmare and the owner would not be bothered to come out to talk to me claiming she was in a meeting that day and the next day.
