I did a tattoo removal session with Lyn, and she was incredibly fast, gentle, and so kind -- she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I also got a B12 shot with Ashley, who is always wonderful and so caring. She truly makes every visit a great experience! Mercedes and Olivia took such great care of me as well -- as always, they are welcoming, attentive, and make you feel right at home. I absolutely love these girls! awful experience. I purchased a Groupon, wait one month to get an appointment. I received two different appointment arrival times via text. I arrived at the appointment time and was told that I was 10 mins and could not be seen. I had to wait another month for a second appointment. Upon arrival ( I arrived early this time), I was told my appointment was cancelled because provider called in sick. I've gone to couture med spa for several years with excellent service and staff. It was amazing. As of late, there's been a mass exodus of amazing longstanding staff that were more like family. Sadly, any location is now booked 1-2 months in advance. Ridiculous. Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. She should've been embarrassed. And I do believe she was in front of her coworkers and thus leading to the call cancelling my membership. She couldn't do math or keep up. I seriously can't say enough good things about Couture Med Spa in Ocoee. I went in for Dysport to help with some stubborn forehead lines and a little "tired" look I couldn't shake, and WOW -- I'm obsessed with the results. The whole experience was easy, comfortable, and honestly kind of fun. The staff is super welcoming and never pushy. They actually listened to what I wanted (natural, refreshed, not frozen!) and explained everything without making me feel clueless. The injector was incredible -- gentle, precise, and clearly knows exactly what they're doing. I barely felt anything, and the results kicked in so smoothly. Within a few days, my skin looked brighter, smoother, and way more awake, but still totally like me. The spa itself is clean, modern, and really calming -- it doesn't have that intimidating medical feel at all. And the pricing is surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get. Do not go here. Better to leave an honest review, than deal with begging for my money back. I called tis place and spoke wit them for at least 8-10 mins. We discussed over and over, that my "test" zap to try the laser ( because I want sure if I could handle the pain) would be free. No treatment, just a test. I told them I'd consider their monthly plan, once I compared prices from other places and see how I react. They said, all they needed was a $50 hold. I said, " wait I thought this was free?" She said, " yes it is free, but if you decide to get a service and make an appointment, we can put that towards it. If you don't, it will be refunded." I reiterated my desire over and quadruple checked with her on the phone, that it was Free, free, free! After getting my zap, I left. I then was called saying I owe $299 for the visit. I asked to speak to a manager after explaining and she said she would cover it. Then, I was charged $50. The program sold like a massage envy, to which I left because typically it is really hard to get an appointment and if I do laser hair removal I need to be sure I can get in. She said, I could go to any place with the 2nd tier program but, when I got home and read the paper work, that was only true for the highest tier. I don't appreciate the constant lies. I imagine they have the yearly contracted, annual fee and monthly fee because you need to go more often and there isn't good availability. I heard you will be charged monthly regardless of if you need to reschedule or can't get an appointment. This is not a gym. The "extras" you get are definitely being paid for. I was about to call back to join, until I saw the charge and then these other reviews. I was going to offer to pay the $50 too! If you don't offer a free zap, then don't offer it. It's that simple. Update: very next day after review. I got a call and was left with a voicemail. I tried to talk to the manager could not get a hold of them and was told client relations can help me. No thank you. If the owner/manager on duty can't even take the 2 mins of time to listen I don't want business with you. All the extra attitude on the phone was not necessary. And to try and say it wasn't gossip after to heard every word is an absolute joke. You don't care about your clients and it's very clear. I wish I could give this place a zero. I visited Contour Med Spa 5X and unfortunately seem to continue to have a very negative experience. the aftercare instructions were unclear and poorly communicated, which left me feeling uncertain about how to properly care for my skin post-treatment. Additionally, I overheard the receptionist gossiping about a customer who was asking legitimate questions about their membership. This was not only unprofessional but made me uncomfortable in what should have been a relaxing environment. There is always a complete lack of hospitality, and communication was severely lacking throughout my visit. On top of that, seems that the staff are not properly trained, which resulted in confusion and a less-than-ideal experience overall. I expected much more from a place like this, and I won't be returning. And I will make sure everyone knows of my experiences here. read more

I am just starting my journey at CMS. My good friend recommended this establishment to me to check out for a few specific services. So far, it's been a good experience. I jumped into a membership and figured for 1 year, I will optimize the heck out of a few of their packages. I started IPL treatments and we'll see how over time it helps bring my skin back to a more even and youthful tone. Traditionally, I was doing 3-4 strong peels a year and instead, I will try various laser treatments instead of my normal routine. I am also trying the contouring package. We'll see how this goes and if it truly compliments the other strategies (eating cleaner, more movement and workouts). I was in a rut and my husband jokingly refers to CMS as a cult I joined. If this "cult" helps me get out of my own way, it will be a fun and worthwhile investment into myself. I can see where this isn't for everyone. I am a calculated risk taker, so if I leverage all the services afforded to me, I will be very happy with what I spent and next year, I can back down to the cheapest membership and/or nothing but know I had a good experience. What a joke this place is. I signed up for a membership to get some bad tattoos removed - they are a very unprofessional service, they do the lowest power so they can drag out the treatments so you have to keep coming. They take advantage and add additional hidden fees on everything. Thankfully I was able to cancel because I was pregnant but what a nightmare that was having to prove that I was pregnant because you can't just cancel your membership if you want to. The office managers are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered, I can't believe they have any customers with the way they treat people. Take your business elsewhere!!! read more

Careful what you sign!! Some might call it unethical practices or just a very bad customer service. My first visit was very enjoyable. The spa has a great vibe, I was impressed by their knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I signed up for 12 laser treatments at their opening party full of beautiful people, music, drinks ... it was so much fun I never read what I signed. BIG MISTAKE!! I had to cancel one treatment due to a hurricane. I lost my money. I lost the treatment. Even though they withdrew my payment I lost it by not rescheduling within the same month. I didn't know because I didn't read the fine print. And just like that $100 gone and there was absolutely no reasoning with anyone to reschedule. I signed the agreement. I asked to speak to the manager. He / she was in the office for the full hour I was waiting next door for my new treatment. This person would not come out of their office. Instead, this person sent a lovely and very young assistant to speak to me and tell me that there was nothing that they could do. I signed the agreement. Yes, I did. She was right. But in this day and age where there are salons on every corner, practicing good customer service and providing reasonable accommodations is paramount to retain customers. So - I am stuck. For now. I have to finish 9 more treatments in this place. I have lost my respect for the management and this business in general. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars and not one is because of the lovely assistant who spoke to me and who was the only who showed any empathy at all. If I may add, I would also recommend the front desk to use less snarky tone and language. Calling a customer who is voicing their complaint "love" is less than professional. This place is a disaster. the front desk never knows what's going on (i.e. appointments pricing services offered etc) they're always shouting at each other down the hallway, every time I've come here there's been an issue with my appointment they either "can't find it" despite them calling me to confirm and sending 2 confirmation texts that I respond to every time, or they're running behind (I get it) and I have to wait ages until I'm seen for something that literally takes 5 minutes MAX! I had an appointment the other day at 1:30 I got there at 1:15 (early) wasn't seen until 2:45. When I asked what was taking so long the front desk said they didn't think I showed up...I literally filled out my information on the iPad and checked in an hour ago. I have been to the winterpark office before visiting Ocoee for Botox and never was 100% happy with my forehead lines after and line that appeared deeper after Botox above my eye. After seeing Nicole mentioned my concerns she looked at my face and did my Botox and I'm just amazed by the results! I will never go anywhere else. This office is 100% further from my house than winterpark but will drive it for the expertise and results I received. I have to say that when I first signed up for a membership (primarily for the monthly hair removal and facial options), I loved everything that I took advantage of as far as the services go. All of the technicians were kind, gave thorough explanations of what the processes were, and really made sure I was comfortable. When they changed the laser hair removal from a 4 week interval to a 6 week interval, I didn't think anything of it because I was using a Groupon in conjunction with my membership. When my groupon expired, I realized that even if I alternated areas, they would only schedule that service in 6 week intervals. Since that was the primary reason for my membership, I decided to cancel as soon as my year was up. I'm traveling too much, and it was too much trouble for too little reward. I was told that due to covid and the month that they were not offering services or charging that I would actually have to go a month longer than I was planning. Fine. I scheduled another facial, my last laser hair removal, and a TruSculpt. My last laser hair removal was a week before my final payment, which means I could not schedule another because of the 6 week limitation. Then, when I showed up for my facial, I was not on the schedule at all, and was treated with an "Oh well, you can come back in the middle of the day on Friday." Well, no I couldn't, because I work during the day. I brushed it off thinking maybe I had put it into my calendar wrong. But then last night I showed up for my last TruSculp appointment, and my last appointment with the spa period. When they finally took me back for photos, turns out they had booked me for the wrong procedure and I couldn't get a treatment unless, again, I wanted to come back today in the middle of the day. Which I couldn't. Because I work during the day. So basically, I paid the final $149 for NOTHING. read more

Every other spa allowed you to freeze or get credits for months during the pandemic but not here. I have been getting Botox for the last 7 years of my life by far this is the first time I try this spa and it will be the last. They injected 37 units and then another 8 after 2 weeks and the results are bad. I usually get 24 to 26 units max. I highly do not recommend this SPA. read more

While the staff is fine, the true offerings are not that great. When I signed up for the $150 a month package, it was supposed to include facial fractional laser treatments, laser hair removal, tru sculpt, couture facial, laser tattoo removal (which I did not need) and 1 15 minute session of vein removal monthly (which I also did not need). Sounded like a great deal and I signed up. Turns out you can only do any laser treatment two weeks apart. So I could do a hair removal and a face treatment...or just do two hair removals. All of my desired services involved laser...so this breaks it down to two treatments a month. Also, on bikini line they said two fingers in from the thigh to pubis crease..they really only did a half an inch into the crease. That just means the irritating hair near the panty leg line is still there. I was very very disappointed, and since it was a long drive and not really showing any results, I just stopped going. Do to my fault for not going back and looking at the contract, they just kept going and I was charged a $150 (extra) yearly maintenance fee for the upcoming year. Tell me folks...what do you think this maintenance fee is for. Bullshit...if that is what you guessed, you got that right. This is before they charged again. I moved away and now need to send a Registered Letter to quit them. So so so so so not worth the efforts. Wish I could bold face and highlight some of their most serious egregiousness. read more

I did just that and they said it was not refundable. I had to put a dispute with the credit card because I did not authorize that charge. I am glad I did not do business with them as this shows what kind of business they are. I heard one too many negative thing from them which is what prompted me to call and cancel my consultation. If you arrive 5 min late, they cancel your apt no mercy, if you call and cancel your apt, you get charge $50, and they are constantly changing providers. I rather take my money elsewhere. read more

Worst experience ever, I did my Botox, They charge me a lot, but didn't work for all the parts( called to let them know they said I have to wait two weeks for the results( I did Botox before and I know it takes 3 to 7 days for Botox to work), Anyway I waited two weeks went back they didn't help me at all, they want to charge me extra to do the procedure again which I don't think so it was my fault because it didn't work the first time.
