I went to the office in Daytona I saw Billy I believe was his name. He made great suggestions for my face. The prices are excellent and his work was spot on. I'm getting compliments and all thanks to this office. The person I saw was professional & very talented and knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and how to do it. So My experience takes place in the New Smyrna beach office and the Port orange office. My first visit was NSB... Although the girl that injected me was actually very sweet.. I was profoundly upset at the results of my lip filler especially, but the rest was not great either. I have never had these injections done with a Canula procedure before and on the side on my mouth I was left with a scar/mark that is still there since I believe January. Also one side is much larger than the other. that is unacceptable on every level. My lips were done weirdly and I hate them.. She filled my upper lip line only and it gave me a very weird and unnatural look.. My nasal lines were not done directly in the fold so they are still there. and the area done under the corners of my mouth were off to the side too so I got no benefit at all in those areas , but now have emphasized jowls. that visit cost me a little under $1000 .. Next , Port Orange. different nurse . she over corrected the crooked lip and now the other side is larger. my nasal lines are still there . she said nothing about the scar from the January visit. overall the placement and the canula method was awful for me. I look different and cant wait for it all to go away. the office called but wanted me to come in again to "Fix it" AGAIN.. but its already bad enough. I asked for the medical Dr. to call me about it but never heard from him/her. On top of all that I was charged by the PO office for what the NSB office did to me in the first place. And I had to pay the PO over $2000. This all in less than 4 months. I'm not new to injections and both were absolutely unacceptable. The one scar is still there 5 months later. Its def not worth a few bucks of savings to go to these 2 offices... Cannot recommend these 2 places at all!!!!! read more

I went to the location in Dr. Phillips about two years ago and I am now just writing a review with good reason. I was 28 at the time and I had cheek fillers that resulted in a huge dent in the right side of my face. I had showed the injector a couple months afterwards the results and she insisted that the injection was fine and that I was overreacting and that even though the pictures showed a huge dent in my face that it was fine. The 2 cm dent was obviously due to the filler migrating under my eye. Since then, I had my filler dissolved and I have had new filler injected in Miami at a different facility with a plastic surgeon. I am not telling you to not get filler injections here. But, if something does go wrong, they will deny, deny, deny and you will have to have it dissolved at another location. *** I will note I do not see this provider listed on the website anymore for the Orlando location but I truly do not wish my ordeal on anyone. read more

The lady went a little overboard on the botox this last visit. My face is deformed now and my mouth Is pushed to the side from a lip botox which I was told would make me look better. Also my eyebrows dropped, and I was told specifically this would not happen. Dr Robert practically laughed at me and said there is not much he could do about it but tried to sell me lip fillers 3 times during our short visit for a recheck. I was a regular customer but I will never go back there again. It's embarrassing that I have to look like this until the botox wears off. What a total waste of money. read more

SCAMMERS! Omg worst experience ever! Somehow this lady at Goldfinger insisted I needed 68!!! units on my forehead and crows feet. I'm a 34 years old women and had Botox SEVERAL times prior and never had more than 38 units which has been plenty! By the amount of injections the lady did I was already sure she did not inject 68 regardless. On top of that I went BACK after 2 weeks since my results were ridiculous- very little was improved and I'm here writing this review a week after a check up and it's still bad :( ugh. The staff are very friendly and suggested a couple of things that I had not considered, while assuring me that I did not need more procedures that I was toying with. After one week, I can see I'll need to go in for a touch up, but the charming spa director had already reassured me this would be at no extra charge. All in all, great service and reasonable prices. They are scammers I paid 400 for my glabella and they still couldn't get it right. It looks the exact same with no difference at all. They told me I'm one of the rare ones that both Dysport and Botox don't work on which is another scam Bc six months ago I had it done in Another place and it worked just fine! Buyer Beware. This is a very inferior aesthetic office and business. I went in for sculptra and was injected by a doctor who was not adequately trained and it caused large nodules on my face. I then went in to see the head doctor, Dr. Young, who was very glib and smug, talked politics, and acted like my situation was no bid deal. He injected me with a different substance that caused divets in my face, making it even worse. I waited for the nodules to go away and they never did. Last week, I requested my medical records be sent to me and another physician. I was lied to, my 10 requests were denied, and I was told I had to drive in to pick them up myself, which is against the law and a violation of HIPAA. When a patient fills out a form to receive medical records, by law the practice has to mail or email them. Stating that emailing or faxing them is a HIPAA violation is untrue. I should have never gone there. The owner has no clue how to treat patients or her employees, and is a walking example of an over-filled face. One star is generous. I have been doing Botox religiously for the past 19 years. It seemed like a great deal at 8.99/unit and a new location...Wow! What a HUSTLE! Walking in to the strip mall location I felt weird vibes from the get-go, but wanted to give it a chance. After being taken into the room I met with 2 ladies (one the Dr who seemed really nice) and the other Asian lady I was told was a part-owner. Now if you're gonna talk to anybody about Botox it would be me. I know the size gauge I know how much they dilute (I worked in the medical field) but most of all I know when I am being SCAMMED. Never in 19 years have I done more than 35 units. When I was told I needed 55 units I almost lost it! The Dr seemed like she was empathetic and agreed 35-40 units would suffice, but the other lady kept pushing and pushing to where I felt uncomfortable. After spending almost $3000 on Botox and Restalyne, i am extremely unhappy with the appearance of my face. When I went in to talk about my results, it was "suggested" that more Restalyne was the answer. The cost would be "only" $1750. Communication was less than okay. I left several messages for Yovannie letting her know that I would like to go.to.tje Lake Mary location to meet her and discuss the results of my treatments. I have never received a return phone call. I allowed them to take before and after pics to post on social media and I would receive discounts. I also was supposed to have my bewfore and after side by side pics sent to me. I have yet to receive any photos. My entire experience was not good. Shabna, the woman who did my injections was great, but I do wonder if I actually had as much injected as she said she injected. I will not be back. I will get my Botox and fillers elsewhere. read more
