As a former athlete, with a now demanding job of travel and sitting in conference rooms, I found that the over 40 curse was hitting me in all the wrong parts - stomach, hips, outer thighs, and waist. So, I decided to go in and get the consultation at SonoBello. I was immediately impressed with the way everyone was so supportive and cheery. I went in feeling nervous and depressed, and came out with a plan. Chelsea explained everything clearly and I was on my path to transformation. Dr Siemian was awesome! I'm one of those people who will get anxious just by giving blood, but he kept me calm and relaxed the entire time. I brought in my music playlist and we chatted and sang through the whole procedure. I could immediately see the difference the next day and continued to see progress through the following 6 months. However, due to some other personal circumstances, I wasn't able to follow the post-op plan as I should have. That was on me. There was a very noticeable difference from the first pictures to the 6-month pics showing great progress. So, at my 6-month post-op, I decided to get a 'tune up' consultation. I went for round two to improve some other trouble areas. It's been 3 weeks and I've followed all post-op procedures to a T, including exercise and diet. I'm at my best I've been in ages and I don't think I would have gotten to this point without SonoBello! If anyone is considering this as a transformation option, take the first step and get the consultation. You'll meet the fabulous staff and probably get some great input from previous patients (like me), that can help ease your worries. You'll be so happy with the results!

I chose Sand Lake Dermatology Center after a negative experience with another clinic. The reviews…read moreare great so I felt like this would be a good choice and so far after two appointments, I really like this clinic and Dr Mailer. Before coming to Sand Lake Dermatology I had a biopsy at another clinic and was scheduled to have a carcinoma removed. I was unable to have this done at the other clinic so I booked the first appt available with Sand Lake Dermatology which was set for the end of July. Once I was able to get my records sent to the clinics, a staff member called me right away and moved my appointment to have a carcinoma removed from my face to last week. Because of the interactions I had over the phone and online with this clinic, I felt comfortable having this clinic remove the carcinoma even though I had not even seen the clinic nor doctor. While I was mildly aware of what the procedure entailed, the staff that prepared me answering questions and numbing me(Marisol and Aaron) were great and made me feel comfortable. Dr Mailer was just as nice and made me feel comfortable. I was of course aware of the dr performing the procedure, I couldn't see it and didn't feel it. The procedure is called Moh's procedure where they typically cut away the determined margin around the affected area, bandage you up and let the patient wait in the lobby while the removed specimen is being reviewed in the onsite lab. If the lab determines that not enough was removed to show clear margins, the patient is brought back in and the dr removes more repeating the process until margins are clear. In my case, the dr removed all that needed to be removed leaving clear margins so after the lab results returned after a couple of hours, I was brought back into the procedure room and the dr proceeded to stitch up my wound applying dissolving stitched under the skin and removable stitches outside. My appointment for follow up and outer stitches removal was set for one week later( this past Tuesday). I was prescribed a heavy antibiotic and advised to keep Vaseline on the stitched up area and keep it covered with a bandage that is changed daily. Once I was stitched up, I mentioned a growth I have noticed on my eyelid and the dr suggested that on my follow up appointment she would take a biopsy. So this past Tuesday I had stitches removed, the area where I had stitches seems to be healing well and it doesn't appear that there will be a heavy scar. I am happy to see this as the area that was removed was quite large and the area stitched was quite long. The nurse, Natalie numbed my face, the stitches were removed and I didn't feel anything. They also numbed my eyelid so the biopsy could be taken. This is a sensitive area so this was a bit more intense but it went quickly and the biopsy was done. I will likely have results next week. What could have been a high anxiety first procedures (I've never had any surgery or stitches) turned out to be a pretty smooth experience. I recommend consideration of Sand Lake Dermatology as the staff and Dr Mailer were great, the waiting room is comfortable and even the staff that manages scheduling, check in, check out, nurses, physicians assistants all made me feel important, individual and taken care of. I wish all medical experiences could be similar to what I experienced.

When I went for my first appointment they said they were able to take out my cyst and I made an appointment the following day. The staff and doctors are all very knowledgeable and very kind and nice. I scheduled a consultation for laser facial services several months ago with Dr.Soto. I was told at…read morethe time of booking, they required a 150$ deposit in the event I was a no show and it would be rolled over into any service that I scheduled. I was never told that in the event I was not a candidate for the laser or if I decided to not proceed with services, that this was non refundable. I showed up on time for my appt with no issues. I was provided a treatment plan and told I had a 6 month window to book. I decided to wait until after the summer to proceed with any sort of laser tx due to the sun etc. Shortly after my consultation, I started having some medical issues that required further testing. After MANY appointments with my primary care provider ( and specialists) , they did not feel I should be proceeding with the laser services at this time - or at least until I had further testing completed and they were comfortable clearing me. I reached out to the office and let them know about this issue. When it became apparent I may not be able to book within their " 6 month window" I reached out again and requested my 150$ deposit back so I did not loose it. At this point the office told me it was not a " deposit " but rather a consultation fee for the 1st appt . I have both text messages from the time of booking and paperwork that never states this - in fact it listed it as a deposit for my initial appt. I truly feel this should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Not once did anyone attempt to have any sort of resolution - I was never offered to have the deposit roll over past 6 months even if the procedure quote increased.Basically I wasted 150$ with this office . I received one response from Kellie and my other two emails went ignored. I am writing this review so that other patients can just be clear on the fact that if anything happens ( not a candidate , medical issues etc ) , you will lose your money that you put down for the inital visit. Had I known upfront about this , I would not have been as upset, however there was varying information provided to me and I feel they did not disclose their policies correctly. I recieved a response from my Google review and was appalled at their accusation of bullying. I will show how they responded 1- I am attaching a picture of the email I sent. I absolutely never bullied anyone. I was respectful and cordial with my email communication. 2. They mentioned investigating the information I was told but then also state later on "if I was even a visitor at the practice ". Had they actually looked into it , that information was earlier verified- I was there on July 9th. 3. They state they never told me it was a deposit - attaching a copy of my paperwork provider when it clearly states it was a deposit for the consultation appt. The lack of transparency and blatant dishonesty is enough to make me recommend steering clear of this practice.

From a tummy tuck to a scar revision surgery and the regular Botox touch-ups, Dr. Soto and his team have been my go-to. Firstly, let's talk about the atmosphere - the receptionists set the tone as soon as you walk in. They always greet you warmly and professionally. The cleanliness of the office, bathroom, and exam rooms is noteworthy, especially for someone like me who appreciates attention to detail. The place is immaculate. Now, onto the nursing staff - they truly care about your well-being and ensure you're comfortable every step of the way. And Dr. Soto himself is a gem - patient, compassionate, and highly skilled. Sure, there have been bumps in the road - some unexpected reactions and minor setbacks with recovery - but Dr. Soto and his team handled them with professionalism and care, always prioritizing my recovery and comfort. I'm at the tail end of my recovery from the lipo/renuvion procedure, I already see a difference in the shape of my body, but I'm told it will become even more defined once I'm completely healed. I'll post pics soon. In summary, if you're considering any aesthetic procedures, I recommend Dr. Soto and his team. They combine expertise with a friendly demeanor, making the journey as pleasant as possible.

They have changed…read morenames and location, now residing in the Sandlake Commons area right next to Dr. Phillips hospital. I have been going to Nova, now New Image, for a few years to see my girl, Beth. She is a master with a syringe. All these years, I've been getting botox in my forehead and occasionally around the eyes and her technique is one of the best I've experienced. (I've tried other locations in Orlando and NYC, and Beth is one of the best.) Looking at time "marching all over my face", I thought it was time to try a filler for my smile lines. So, today, 7/11/17, was the day to try it out. I went into the office thinking I wanted Juvederm but was told the Juvederm Voluma would work better for what I wanted to accomplish. Since I know Beth's work, I knew she wouldn't steer me wrong ... and she didn't. I was surprised at the difference a few injections within a few minutes could make. It exceeded my expectations and I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. Who's that young lady in the reflection? Its me! Its meeeeeeeee! The front desk staff are also wonderful and very friendly. So, here's a shout out to Jonathan and Joy who make you feel welcome on the phone and as soon as you walk in the office! I think some people can be intimidated or embarrassed by cosmetic procedures but they make you feel right at home and put folks at ease. Goodness knows, you are there to improve yourself and it can be a fun experience ... ain't no shame staying in da game!
