I wish I had read a review like this before my appointment with Dr. Horton. A filler injection to…read moremy forehead resulted in a vascular occlusion that caused necrosis -- the artery was hit, the skin died, and I was left with a significant, permanent loss of tissue. The manufacturer advises against injecting filler in that area, yet it was done anyway. The aftermath has been expensive, painful, and emotionally draining. I've spent thousands trying to repair the damage, and while the skin has healed over, the scarring and tissue loss are still obvious. What shocked me most was that after causing this injury, Dr. Horton still tried to charge me for additional services. He even mentioned that this had happened to another patient before, which makes it even more alarming that it happened again. Please be careful when choosing a provider. If anyone wants to see photos of the injury and healing process, I'm willing to share them privately.

Both visits reaffirmed why Ana Politi is someone I confidently recommend. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere shifts. There's a calming water fountain, soft piano music, and an overall sense of quiet that makes it feel less like an appointment and more like a reset. The space is clean, organized, and intentionally peaceful. Ana is licensed both here and in Greece, where esthetics training is notably rigorous and often deeply rooted in skin science. While estheticians are not dermatologists, her level of education, confidence, and technical understanding of skin conditions is evident in how she explains everything. She doesn't rush. She teaches. She walks you through each step and why it matters. She's currently helping me manage my rosacea, and I appreciate that she approaches it conservatively and strategically rather than aggressively. It feels collaborative rather than transactional. My daughter's first dermaplaning experience was handled with such care and reassurance. That first treatment can feel intimidating, but Ana's warmth and professionalism made it empowering instead. Revive also offers advanced options including laser hair removal and other laser treatments, and she uses high-quality technology including the HydraFacial system along with Max Optima by Immodest and Jeisys devices. There is about 15-20 minutes of intake paperwork (including photo consent forms), but it's thorough and helps ensure treatments are customized appropriately. Above all, Ana has an irrefutable personality. She's confident, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You don't feel "sold"; you feel guided. If this review influences you to book, feel free to mention Alexis Lok sent you. I'm always happy to connect good people with amazing professionals but the referral discount we both get is awesome too! Revive is not just a facial spot it's intentional skincare in a space that feels restorative.

So, of course, I am going to say that I absolutely love my facial experience here. She is the best, why wouldn't I? It is probably safe to say that I'll be coming here for the foreseeable future...as long as Isabella is working here. I've also indulged in a laser hair treatment or two. The aesthetician, Anna, has been great. She explained the procedures, how to get the best results, post treatment care/exposure and makes it a quick, relatively pain-free process. She's a doll. The facility itself is quaint and nicely decorated. They also run Groupon specials that make treatments even more affordable. The location (right by the Florida Mall) is convenient, and they offer plenty of other services too. I had been searching for a scar treatment for this very specific reason, but I could not find a specialist in the Orlando area that could assist. I somehow found LightTouch Medspa and Iris did my Pixel treatment. She did it all over my face, and it helped my scar on my eyebrow so much. I was super happy because this treatment was similar to the laser treatment I had started in Colombia but due to work I was no longer able to travel as much. As a result, I had to find an alternative here and I did. The pixel laser treatment not only did it help my scar but it also left my skin flawless. I do have a little hypopigmentation spot on my face from the tech , UMA who is also the owner I believe . The bigger problem I had is with some filler I got in my lips and under eye. One vial spread between the three areas. After three weeks, I got a really bad bulge coming from my right eye. I figured there was just too much in that area / injected too shallow because I started to have the Tyndle effect. Like there is a little shelf on my eye. I went back to have it dissolved within a mug and said it would be 450 to dissolve ! I can't believe they would try to charge me for their shotty craftsmanship. I should never have left Spa blue in the first place. I'm going back there where Janet will give me my Botox from now on and fix their mistake for free . I have worked at many Med Spa's and almost owned one myself... I would never want someone walking around with a mistake from my Spa, but I guess Facial Mania does not care . It's not like I came back two months later I came back within the month. I received the filler. Buyer beware!!
