As soon as we entered, we were not welcomed.. instead, we were met with hostility. The staff immediately asked to see my service animal's 'papers,' which is not legally required, and I informed them of the questions they are allowed to ask under the ADA. When my sister was taken to the back for treatment, I was told I could not accompany her. This was surprising, as I receive Botox regularly at other providers and always bring my service animal with me into the treatment room without issue. This experience felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily aggressive. If staff are unsure about service animal protocol, they should seek clarification rather than making assumptions and treating guests poorly. Service animals are trained to behave appropriately.. I expect the same professionalism from the front desk. I encourage this business to educate their staff so future clients feel respected.

The office staff have no empathy and will drop the kindness once you have an issue.
