I've been going to Allora for several years for massages and they're fantastic! I highly recommend Kiara as her hands are literal magic. My back feels amazing whenever she's done with me. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough. read more

I'd been meaning to try this place out, as I live within walking distance; so I finally got around to booking a couple's 60 min Swedish. We arrived early and were greeted by a nice young lady & offered complementary refreshments as we waited to begin our service. Our service was scheduled for 9:00 am and we arrived at 8:50 am. We weren't called until 9:15 and our service started at approximately 9:23 (again, we booked a 60 min service). My masseuse, Cathy, was very friendly and while she did a great job, our service ended at exactly 9:51, not even a full 30 minutes later. Cathy informed me that the manager was made aware of the situation and would be taking care of us for the inconvenience- as we didn't even receive half the allotted time of service we booked. Now, here's where the 2 star rating comes in. After service I go to check out and as I am kindly explaining the situation to another woman at the desk (different from earlier) she cuts me off and says "I'm aware of what happened, we'll see what we can do after speaking with the manager." Her tone was rather off putting and the other young lady from the beginning overheard the conversation and informed her that the manager was going to apply a $20 credit per person for the overall booking; so instead of paying $99 per person, it would instead be $79 per person. While I didn't feel that was sufficient, and the manager never came out to personally acknowledge us, I wasn't in the mood for any back and forth & honestly was just ready to leave. I still tipped Cathy for her service and she was extremely apologetic for the entire experience because even she knew it was out right pathetic. I've been to some of the highest rated spas in the world so this was for certain a one and done for me, but I'm sure someone with lower standards might like it. read more

What a find! Great downtown day spa with garage validated parking. The staff were friendly, helpful and positive! I had the deep tissue massage which was an up charge but so worth it! They offer teas, water, and wine while you await your appointment. It's a very dimly lit place, but I think that made me feel very comfortable! After much thought about where to book a massage I finally landed here. I must of not paid attention and booked their downtown location vs the new one in Oviedo that I had preferred. Upon realizing it, I had a bad inkling about it being in downtown. So thank goodness I left an hour earlier to give me enough time to scrounge around to look for their parking because somewhere/somehow I never saw the physical address for parking. If you decide on downtown I encourage you to do your hw beforehand and leave with enough time for hiccups and to fill out all their paperwork including a free parking online form. As I was stuck doing this while driving and had to pull over the worst. Some of my fault I will admit though. Next the parking spots are extremely tight, go figure city parking, so be prepared for that too. Then came the walk from the parking to the spa, it's not that it's far walk, it's that if your geographically inclined like me you will use the gps which isn't always reliable to help locate stuff when walking. I ended up asking a valet guy and he kindly pointed to it. This all just felt like little missions. Then came check in. I noticed a yelp sign saying if you check in you get 10% off so that was pretty cool. So I kindly asked about the $69 introductory offer and at first she mentioned it's for potential members who are interested but then a lil more into our convo she had a change of heart and stated I will go ahead and honor it since I had mentioned I was interested in going to their Oviedo location for another service they couldn't add on then and there. So once that was set, I went to their waiting area where there's goodies like tea and or champagne offered and some good snacks like biscottis. I was happy I left with time so I could unwind a bit before going in after all that and their very yummy tea will nicely relax you too. For the massage, I was set on trying the deep tissue for the first time and I wish I could say I was extremely impressed with it but sadly it fell just a bit short. I'll chalk it up to me being the latest appointment, as well as she just wasn't my massage match, and even/or deep tissue isn't for me. I am happy they have that intro offer because I know I didn't get much out of this specific experience as much as I wish I could say I did. She did nicely offer me the aroma therapy though since it was my bday so I can say that helped to make it better. Also, a little into the massage she asked if I was ok because I had to take my head out as it was too hot under the covers. I let her know it was very hot as I thought it was the room. She then realized the bed temperature was at its highest so I will say I appreciate that she asked how I was during the session. I made sure to tip well too bcuz all in all these masseuses work hard and deserve the favor to be returned. So here's to hoping my good karma will come around for my next visit... read more

The ambiance in Allora was lovely; very calming, felt upscale but also welcoming and warm. Wine, water, or tea offering was a wonderful way to start the experience. Ali was my massage therapist and she was terrific. I needed the deep tissue massage due to having extremely knotted muscles. I left with much more range of motion and noticeably less stressed muscles. I booked another appointment before leaving! Ok I have never done a message before. I was ery excited and nervous to go. I was given to my husband and I as a gift for our anniversary. The reason why I never had one done before is because I am extremely ticklish. Especially in my feet. But they concentrate on the areas you tell them to and the ones you don't want them to as well. I recently went there for a full day experience where I received a Lomi Lomi massage , facial, reflexology and a pedicure. Everything was nice and clean. My only concern is they didn't have a robe that was very friendly for larger chested people. I loved my experience so much that I booked one for my mother as well and she enjoyed it too. So I gave this spa a few chances. I got a Christmas gift card using their deal buy $100 get a bonus $20 so I ended up getting $360 all together. I was very excited to get a facial peel to start and when I got to the salon it was very clean/relaxing. Well, to start they were trying to charge me ALOT for the different peel options and I was thinking ok we can start with $145 and if it was nice do their higher level again in a few weeks. Wrong wrong! They weren't giving me a take home kit after the peel and said I shouldn't peel that much! So I've gotten 4 peels over the past few years and never heard that before. The products you use after the pee is very crucial since your skin is so sensitive and I wasn't risking it. I ended up getting a regular facial with micro dermabrasion which is basically a wash, toning, a mask and sunscreen. Then a little suction of the pours. It made me breakout so bad, my skin never looked worse and she scrapped the side of my skin so bad there was scabbing. But I went again I mean didn't want to waste the money and also they have different services. Well, I got some eye lashes and well the girl was really nice they were just way more full than what I like because I want them more natural but after calling they refunded that service. I ended up going to the Dr.Philips location to finish it off was massages pretty disappointed and was so excited to try it out since I can walk to the sodo location though. read more

This is a bit of a mixed review. I would not return for just a massage. I booked an hour massage. I got there 1 min late due to the parking situation. I used the bathroom then went to the waiting room and sat for a few minutes. I was on the bed ready 9 mins after I got there. The massage was great, but the massage lasted 40 mins on the dot. That is a far cry from an hour. The place has so much potential, but 1hr does not equal 40mins. read more

WOW! Just wow! What a great experience at this spa. I had the microdermabrasion facial with Fernanda and I couldn't be more impressed. Great massage but I was scheduled for 120 mins, however I only got 90. They did not charge me for the 120, but rather the 90 mins. The rooms are very loud, I was in room 7.
