Save yourself time and money and stay away from this place!! First off all , it stinks so bad that…read moreI almost threw up. On top of that , the services are over priced for substandard work. This lady charged me for taking off my acrylic yet most of it I had taken it off myself , she goes ahead to tell the worker that she doesn't have to take off all of it and that she can just buff it off. Meanwhile some was already falling off and I had to keep asking the technician to take it off. At some point I asked for the cutter and started taking it off myself . Then she was overpricing me for the pedicure until I called her out and she had over charged me . The tech that worked on my toe nails cut me and I kept telling her I was in pain , she kept insisting that she doesn't see the cut . Until I had to tell her to stop being defensive because I'm telling her I'm in pain and she's just dismissive .I always do my nails in pasadena and I've been trying to find a local shop so I don't have to drive far but this place is horrible!!

It's been a while since I've updated my review and worth and update since they've changed ownership…read moresince my last review and they've made some changes over the years. Most importantly though, you can still reliably get a killer manicure and pedicure here. The attention to detail and level of care given is incredible. My faves Pink and Tina are still knocking it out of the park with the most impeccable manicures I've had and I really can't see myself trusting my nails with anyone else. And I've caved and tried a place or two over the last couple years and regretted it. Won't make that mistake again!! What's changed? I'd say they've added more staff to keep up with the demand. You still should always try to make an appointment. I don't go anywhere these days without an appointment. And they also have added a number of services including their new head spa services that lol pretty amazing. If I didn't already go for regular massages I might consider it. They also have all the trendy gels and dips and builders and that you might be looking for. Oh, and they recently upgraded all their massage chairs! How could I forget that!! I definitely highly recommend the Hand & Foot Spa. Again, just make an appt and be sure to get there on time. They're sticklers for keeping on time. Which, as a regular, I appreciate because nothing would annoy me more than having an appt and having to wait to I'm happy they are like that personally. Keep up the good work guys!!

During this visit we got a full set Short- square- black French tip- they charged $65, which is pretty standard. Pedicure- BodiPure Reflex Keratin- $38- they do charge $10 to remove previous gel polish. The service uses the little cheap foot masks you can buy for $1- $5. The hot stone massage was nice. Truly don't know why places charges $10- $15 to remove gel as they don't use any additional products just fill off the older color and it's faster than doing a soak off. I brought my own polish for my toes- as I hate the $10 up charge for gel which again- saves them time because you cure them and not wait for the polish to dry.

I find it interesting that none of the reviews for the business included pedicures…read more I visited this business on 8/8/26 seeking a pedicure. Selected the $70 one with stones and paraffin etc. I felt this was pricy but the area probably allows it. It is 8/18 today and my feet still look like I didn't receive the pedicure. Lady tech ddnt speak English well. That is ok, But I was sure she understood I did not want gel again. Lady next to us translated my request. Stones were cold, lady warmed them up, and then burned my skin. I asked her to forget them. Kept telling her "no" with my hands. Our translator had left for the evening. This place does the nail polish b4 they do the pedicure. Never heard of that. They claim because of oils. Whatever, that is what alcohol is for. At the end of the service the "manager" insisted I get charged for the gel even if I ddnt ask for it. He said I should have payed attention to the lady's work. How about that.. lady tech confirmed I had asked for no gel. He ignored her. He charged me $90. Seemed desperate. Unbelievably rude of him. I don't live on that side of town. But I definitely will not return. I hope this post helps someone else decide if they will visit or not.
