If I had known my lashes would be done by someone without the skill level I was charged for, I would never have agreed to the service. When you're charging premium prices, the results should match. My difficulty lies in the fact that over the last 3 days I've made 3 contacts to the salon to correct my hair; an email and 2 voicemails.
