Not too expensive at $15 for a spa manicure but not worth the poor job. The actual results of the manicure were pretty poor. Really messy filing, polish on my finger tips, I still have dry cuticles left uncut/removed, shaping is poor and lazy and my nails aren't square as I asked. The polish is patchy and all in all I'm a really disappointed. I've had to file them myself when I got back home to remove the rough edges left over. The spa is nice, the staff are polite and it wasn't too expensive but I wish I had gone elsewhere as recommended. Wasted $15 on a pretty rubbish manicure actually.

Her attention to detail is truly unmatched, and her consistency, patience, and dedication are always on point. I come in every month and genuinely feel like I'm at home. Hazel, her mom, and her sister are all amazing owners who create such a warm, welcoming environment. About a year ago, Hazel introduced me to Nary for manicures, and WOW -- she is next level. Nary absolutely slays the manicure game. Her meticulousness, technique, and efficiency are unreal. Sitting in her chair feels like part therapy session, part best-friend hangout. She is the real deal and a true trendsetter. I honestly won't go to anyone else for my nails anymore. Do yourself a favor and book with Hazel and Nary -- you will not regret it. And please... First, I want to say we are very experienced in receiving massages. We're even members at a spa at home, so we get massages regularly. With that said, my husband & I are in agreement that this was the best massage we've ever had!! Our masseuses were Cici & Oxana. They were fantastic! We both walked away so relaxed & refreshed. After a day at an amusement park, they are exactly what the doctor ordered!!! Thank you ladies!! Oh & let's not forget the receptionist who was super sweet & even wished us a happy anniversary! We will definitely return next time we're in Orlando!!

I ended choosing to go with Geni. I requested an appointment and she quickly followed up via text. We arranged a day/time that worked for our schedules and she later followed up with a text reminder the day before my appointment. When I arrived, the place was dimly lit, which I kinda appreciated. She was already in with a client, so I slid the card hanging on the service room door under the door as advised and sat down. My appointment was at 12:30pm and she was a little late getting to me, but the person before me hadn't been in 6 months so my impatience quickly turned to compassion because GOOD LORD. 6 months?!! Anyway, Geni was fast, friendly, warm and very inviting. She got through my wax in less than 30 minutes and I was a little past overdue. Highly recommend coming here and if I'm ever in the neighborhood again, I WILL be back! *side bar, she's Brazilian. So I think she'd be an expert on these kinda things :-)

They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Plus, this is a service base business so it's always good to leave a tip for the person who's taking care of you. Overall, I would say this is an excellent place. If you're looking to get any type of waxing done and they carry a variety of products as well they go along with the different services that are provided.
