I'm extremely disappointed and upset about our experience at this nail salon, particularly with the…read moreolder woman who did my teenage daughter's pedicure. My daughter goes for the experience and simply wants to have her toes cleaned up and painted. Her feet and toes were already clean, so I don't understand why there was a need to pick and dig at her toes so aggressively. Afterward, my daughter told me that the technician cut her and that she felt like the woman did it on purpose. I was sitting right next to her, but unfortunately my daughter didn't tell me what had happened until later. I really wish she had told me at the time because I absolutely would have addressed it right there on the spot. Following the pedicure, her toe became swollen and she developed an infection, and now we are still dealing with the damage to her nail. As a parent, that is extremely upsetting . Perhaps the stuff she used was also not sanitize. What also bothers me is the attitude and treatment we have experienced. The technician can be mean, and it seems that when you don't pay the additional $5 fee, from $35 to $40, the quality of the service changes. A customer--especially a teenager--should not be treated differently or made uncomfortable because they don't pay an $5.00 fee. A pedicure is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. There was absolutely no reason for my daughter's toes to be picked at to the point that she was cut. And then not tell the parent, Nail technicians should be careful, sanitary, professional, and respectful of their clients. it was the oldest lady there, she usually does pedicure. there's better salon near the area with better proper care and professionalism.

Sunny was so very nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. He took his time and really made everything look so lovely. My own fault, but not until they were painted did I realize they really were too long and I had kind of suggested that at first, but he convinced me that they were the right length. So hoping tomorrow he will shorten them for me. Then I had Cindy who did my pedicure and she was so funny and so kind. The only thing that was kind of a bummer is it got busy at the end and she painted my nails so fast that they look a little sloppy. Also asking that they fix that tomorrow. I really enjoyed the staff so much That I am looking forward to going back again. I hear that they are new owners, so if you have been before, and you didn't like it, I would definitely recommend going back.
