I don't routinely have my nails done-…read moreso this was brand new- it had been more than a year since I last had my nails even painted- so this was basically a 'virgin' experience. I like to get dip because it usually lasts about 2 weeks for me, and I like the color options. My nails looked ok. A little thick, but ok. Well, 2 days later, I lost the polish on TWO nails, just doing mundane day-to-day things. I called the salon and they told me to come in. The same guy that did the original, did the 'repairs.' Things were fine. My repaired nails were tender- but I thought maybe it was due to the extra buffing. They held up ok, on my 9 day vacation. When I went back to work, I lost a most of polish on my right ring finger-- I could NOT believe what I saw-- my fingernail was GREEN!! What the actual ----?!?! Is it a FUNGUS?! My polish was on for less than 14 days total. (For the record, I have kept polish on my toes much longer without any issues). This should NOT have happened. Bad technique??? Bad cleaning practices??? Well, whatever it is- needless to say, I will not be back to this shop. Period. I removed all of the polish and attempted to buff off the green on the one nail. This was 5 weeks ago and my poor, sad, tormented nails are still trying to recover.

The lady doing my toes was very nice but was digging at the sides on my toes. The next day after the appointment, my toe was swollen and it was infected where she was digging at. Additionally, the polish on my other foot had already began chipping after 4 days... Full set: I had a guy doing my full set and he was good, great attention to detail. He did the solid color, then had me go for the pedicure, then come back for the design (on my ring fingers). After my pedicure, walked back over there and it was a lady that was now going to do my design. I asked for a seashell & dots. Asked if she was able to do it, she said yes. It turned out pretty messy, and not like the inspiration picture. She rushed me out when she was done. I ended up going to a different salon right after and asking if they can just fix my design, thank goodness I did because I ended up getting engaged with these nails. OVERALL: Would not recommend for designs or pedicure. If you are getting a simple solid color full set and have the guy doing your nails, then maybe. But, overall the experience & customer service was NOT worth the price. (PRICE: $110 for everything altogether)

At the end I was charged $20 for gel that I wasn't told about to paint my toes. I was charged extra for French tip and to trim my nails back down to the length I had them.. I understand small charges I get my toes and nails done all the time, I was only getting a fill. $20 $15 charges for small things are insane. my French tips are not the same lengths for both hands so I have a thin French tip on my right hand and a thick French tip on my left. It's a waste of money to come here. My toes and nails were suppose to match and my nails look pink and my toes are a dark purple
