Stopped in, while visiting from Virginia. There was no wait, and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and pleasant. Juhi did my eyebrows, and upper lip threading, and did a phenomenal job! The total cost for an upper lip and eyebrow thread together was $20. Very reasonable, and very skilled. The quality of service is so great! I was so nervous to try this out for the first time but they did phenomenal. As someone whose always struggled with getting my eyebrows to match, I am constantly asking to try to get them as close as possible. -- never getting success. It's quite hard to find someone who actually takes the time to get them to match, much less make it happen. I've honestly given up on it, BUT TODAY CHANGED EVERYTHING. I didn't even say anything ab my mismatched eyebrows, Kiran immediately told me what we needed to do get them to match and showed me exactly what on each side needs. I had my first experience with threading here. Kiran is wonderfully nice and an expert at her craft. My skin is super sensitive so I felt it "sting" a couple times but she worked quickly, really formed nice eyebrows and gave good advice on care. I had some slight itching the next day but my skin has calmed down and the brows look great! I returned for a fun henna hand tattoo, completed by her daughter, who did a great job as well. These tattoos last about a week. They use 100% plant henna. Prices are great. The two times I was there, she was always busy with 2 waiting but time still moved more quickly than hair cut or restaurant lines! *Had a hard time finding the place--it is across the street from Fat Jack's but down a coupla blocks--just past the Speedway gas station in a strip mall. read more

While visiting I decided to stop by and was pleasantly surprised at the new reservation system, and was excited when Kiran remembered me! She continues to consistently do a great job. I've been going to Kiran's for the past three years and I cannot stress how much I love coming here! They are extremely kind and Kiran is amazing at threading. My eyebrow shape complements my face and eye shape very well thanks to her artistry. I've had people thread my brows in malls or other establishments but Kiran does the best job. Just got my eyebrows done here, and I thought the lady did a great job! The only critique is the long wait. It is a one woman show, and the salon is always packed with customers. To avoid the wait, try to be the first person there as soon as the salon opens. The other option is go have lunch/window shop neighboring stores/bring a book while you wait. read more

Kiran has developed and online waiting system that you can sign up for and it sends you updates about when you are next and how long until its your turn. They truly listened to their clients and are doing their best to accommodate them in a fair and modern way! Visiting family in Lakeland and couldn't get to my usual threading lady in northern Virginia before departure, so I found this place via Google search. It was amazing! Nicer salon than many in NOVA, Kiran did my eyebrows and was great, Deval did the rest of my face and was very patient and extremely thorough. I saw them santize their hands between every single client, which was very impressive and I've never seen such attention to detail and great customer service in 15 years of getting threading done. They've improved a lot with the way they take customers, before it was grabbing a number card and waiting and now you can sign in online to be added to the waitlist and given real wait time instead of estimations. Kiran is pleasant and she tried to improve the service with a booking online option but she is always running extremely behind. She has been so far behind schedule that I waited between :45 minutes to beyond an hour. She schedules appointments 5 minutes apart and should change the time between appointments to one that can allow her to run on time. read more
