This was my first time having my brows tinted -- and I was a bit worried with how it would turn out for me. I LOVE them. Erica has SUCH a steady hand! I typically hate having my eyebrows waxed and even that was painless (I was surprised). I've been getting compliments with how they look very natural and not too much. She tried to give me a credit but I don't want to do business with her at all as I can see she's unprofessional so I ask her for a copy of her refund policy and she starts saying how I won't win and blah blah. Erica is a true artist. I've been going to her for my lashes for over a year and always leave happy. My lashes always look beautiful and natural. Sometimes I'm hard on them and they still last and shed naturally enough for 3-4 weeks until my next fill. What I love is that she moves faster than any other lash artist I've ever had, but my lashes are more full. I hate having to sit and wait two hours just for a fill, but with Erica I'm usually in and out and there's no sacrifice of quality. She also has a very light touch, so you can barely feel the lashes going on and you'll likely just fall asleep. Her studio is spotless and beautifully decorated. I can't give this business any stars. The most unprofessional establishment I have ever spent my hard earnEd money at. Erica who is the owner has the worst customer service skills and a very rude attitude towards her customers. she is an outstanding esthetician but her personality and lack of customer service skills suck! I made an appointment for Thursday and travel to her place of business in temple terrace and was told by new owners that she moved in February and that I was the 15th person that did not know she had moved. I called Erica and her response to me was well it was on your confirmation and she was more concerned about the race of the person that told me she had relocated More than being concerned that her custoner did not know she moved. No new address is on the webpage. i was on time for my appointment and told her I was headed to her new location from temple terrace to Ybor city Erica then asked if I could reschedule because she wanted to get ready for her sons birthday party which was very unprofessional on her behalf but I did compromise and schedule for Friday. When I made the appointment on her webpage I had to pay $25 to lock in my appointment but when I got to the appointment on Friday I was told that in the future text her for a wax so I then asked well how much is a wax because your webpage does not state to text you to get an appointment and your webpage says $25 deposit to confirm any appointment she then stated the wax is $15 so I just new she was going to give me my $10 that was owed to me but instead she says oh we don't give refunds for deposit. I was blowed away at her desperation of needing $10 and not refunding me as her customer. Definitely one less customer of this establishment's I was never told that I would receive a $10 credit - I wish Erica the best with her business and best of wishes to some improved customer service skills. read more
