She helps but me at ease and explains every step of what we're doing throughout the process. Facials are a nice blend of relaxation, aromatherapy, and some "me-time" meditation when I'm letting the masks settle into my skin. I've getting facials semi-regularly since then. She was able to get most of the hair from the front but left a couple of patches in my inner thighs. From day one, she has impressed me and has never disappointed. She listens to her clients and will pivot and make adjustments as necessary. She cleans and sanitizes thoroughly between clients, and I've never seen one spec of dust or any type of build up anywhere!
