I had the Relaxing Head Spa (60 min), and my tech, Diana Do, was good. Both technicians for my friend and I were very tactful, and professional ~ the service itself was definitely 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the session felt a bit overpacked. There seemed to be many mini processes within the 60 minutes, and while I appreciate the effort to include a lot, it didn't feel as relaxing as I expected. I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it. A positive experience overall with very good service, but I didn't leave feeling as relaxed as I had hoped, which was my main goal.

I discussed permanent makeup for my eyebrows with Nooshin for about a year before deciding on permanent makeup. My only regret is not having permanent makeup sooner! It's been a couple of months since Nooshin did my permanent makeup. My eyebrows look full once again without the need for an eyebrow pencil. She wanted micro blading done to her non existent eye brows. It came out okay. I have had it done twice my self and each time it was a better job than my friend received. Plus she didn't want to go without me. I'm a nurse and I was on contract in Kissimmee making scheduling difficult. I'll be perfectly honest this woman talked too much and never real said anything. I really wanted her to be good at what she does and she isn't all that. I should mention I also had permanent eyeliner applied. The next day both eyes swelled so much that I could barely open them. Three days they were like that and at the end all tattoo dye was gone. Aurora said she would redo them. But after she was rude to my friend who is a gentle soul and never raises her voice, I decided Aurora wasn't worth the risk. She said she would come to the venue, but I didn't not have access to the venue by the time SHE would be ready. I also didn't want my makeup and hair rushed. I even offered to come to her, so she would at least take her time, but got ghosted. (And at this point I wouldn't even trust that she would show up on the second scheduled time) So on my WEDDING DAY, I had to use whatever makeup I had and my own hair tools. If she would have communicated and wanted to cancel I would've found a backup plan, but that opportunity was not given. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this has to be known. Your trial may be successful, but when it counts she will not show up on your event day. I would assume it was because it was just me, and maybe she took on a bigger party. Which once again if that was communicated I would've found a plan b. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and would not want any other bride going through this.

She is meticulous not only with the actual procedure, but more importantly with her consultation. I was nervous and she answered every question I had patiently, she did an initial drawing out of the precise shape and what I could expect as the color faded over time including pictures of her clients.
