I have mixed reviews about this place mostly because every time I go it's someone different and you never know who is going to do your brows and what their skill level is. My most recent experience wasn't the best, I just didn't receive the brow shaping I was hoping for. As many times as I've been here I still haven't met Avani, the owner. I did find someone who did an amazing Job. She did absolutely fantastic. Her name was Chanda. She was the best I've had so far. It's just difficult when the artist isn't there consistently. My best tip is to call before you go if you are really particular about your brows to see who is going to be there working. If you aren't very particular about your brows, try the artist out and find one that fits your style. Hope that helps. read more

I came in with an appointment and it was quite confusing at first to find it but overall great service and my eyebrows were shaped well!

You can find the shop, salon lofts, in the Plaza area of target off of Brandon Boulevard. It is to the side of Ross and Avani's booth is right inside of salon lofts. You can actually see her booth window adjacent to her advertised sign. She was very sweet, kind, patient, and professional. Since I have not had my eyebrows threaded do you to the virus, I was very hesitant and nervous. Luckily, Avani handled my eyebrows with so much care and compassion. Avani took her time and made sure I was happy before I left. I truly appreciate her for that and I didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely call or text her to schedule your appointment. Right now she's asking clients to wear a mask as well. So be mindful of that when scheduling. read more

The location is conveniently located in a shopping plaza near the mall and easy to find. The shop is beautiful, clean and inviting although Avani seemed pleasant she didn't say much. I waited 30 mins after my appointment time in hopes to be somewhat satisfied with the finished product. I let me eyebrows grow in so she could have a fresh canvas and wanted to avoid her following the shape that was already there.I leaned back in the chair and she went to work..or at least I thought. After about 2 mins she was done. To my disappointment she just cleaned them up and didn't actually arch or shape them at all which is the point of going to a professional to get them done. Now I'm not one to complain or ask someone to adjust their work in fear that I'll end up with something far worse. I could've cleaned them up at home. I went to this place after growing my eyebrows due to COVID and me trying to do them myself. Went in there and explained this to the lady which was very welcoming and nice, the place is beautiful, and I was hoping that this will be it, I told her I wanted some shape and for them to be clean, she did something to them alright they where round with no shape and since I told her I was the one that tried to do them she said it was me that ruined them. My eyebrows had a full growth, the lady saw me start to cry when I saw my face in the mirror, I am not a person to give bad reviews unless they really mess up, and definitely not a KAREN but they clearly saw me not leave happy and didn't really care to fix them just told me to grow again and come back. Will definitely not be coming back and recommend you look for a different place. Not everything that looks pretty is pretty. read more

I've came here many times and I think Avani is great. However, the other eyebrow threading staff is not consistent. The times I've let other staff thread my eyebrows, I've been very dissatisfied. I always state that I want to maintain the shape and thickness of my brow but the floating staff do not accommodate. This leaves me having thinner or newly shaped eyebrows that I never wanted. Got some henna done here. Not my first time doing henna. Henna lasts on my hands for atleast 2 weeks without fading. But here the lady was in a rush and the color faded in 5 days even though I did everything to prevent my hands from getting wet the first 24 to 48 hours. My skin was extremely itchy too. I probably wouldn't come back back this salon. Eyebrows didn't come out very symmetrical. In addition to eyebrow shaping I asked for face sides and upper lip wax. The lady doing my threading and waxing took it upon herself to decide that I needed chin wax and neck wax as well as put wax on my nose (to remove blackheads she said) . I have never waxed my chin in my life and now apparently I have to start. Seemed like she wanted to wax whatever she could to add on more services. My eyebrows look rushed and not symmetrical which is a shame since I spent a long time growing them out. Not super impressed. read more

I have been coming to this salon for over a year. Avani is very good and I have always been happy and satisfied with the way she threaded my eyebrows. But for the past 2 times I noticed that other ladies started working there as well. They are not as good as Avani. And when you make your appointment online you have no way of knowing when Avani will be there. Avani was incredible! It Was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. I am a cosmetologist and do eyebrow waxing myself but was in a rush and had an event so I just wanted to stop in really quick so I looked on yelp and I'm glad I did. I just went to eyebrows done with Avani and first of all it says to txt when outside so I did. Came early like 20 mins txt her didn't get no response. Finally I just walked up and she was just on the phone outside laughing didn't say anything to me. I recognize her on Yelp from pics so I just followed her she told me to sit down. Then she just started threading my eyebrows without asking how I like my eyebrows or anything. Let me tell you I have full eyebrows she made them so thin they look like lines.
