Not only was she accommodating and quick to respond, but she was super thorough and professional. I felt at ease, comfortable, and she was very detailed oriented. I arrived 20 min before my appointment time (was out running errands and just ended up there early) and she took me in right away. Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min. Highly recommend Patricia if you're in need of a great Brazillian bikini wax!

The GPS led me directly to the location. Upon arrival, I was greeted and checked in. I waited for less than five minutes prior to being taken back. I had an appointment and that was easy to make over the phone. The tech was friendly and was easy to talk to. She did a good job on my service and I would definitely return. Once we finished, the tech walked me out and showed me their different products. I did not feel pressure to buy anything; instead she was very knowledgeable and answered my questions on products. I did buy an exfoliate and found it quite pricey but hopefully it's really good quality. When you check out, they ask if you would like to schedule your next appointment and also show you different plans they offer. Again, they provide you the information and do not pressure you to do any plan or buy any products. I would definitely recommend this location and will definitely be back.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was a nervous wreck. Rita took her time and calmly walked me through and made sure I was comfortable at each step which made the process as smooth as my Brazilian! Rita answered all my questions I had and made sure I had all the information I needed for proper after care and even offered some tips. Did I also mention how insanely clean the facility was? As someone with an eye for detail, I noticed how clean and well kept the space was which I truly appreciate as a customer. If you want to try sugaring, I highly recommend Rita.
