I got waxed here last month and while the wax itself was great my experience with who ever is…read morehandling book keeping was not. I would not recommend this wax place solely for that reason. managing the membership is a PAIN, I was not able to get set up in the app and had to call to manage my membership. The phone lines run busy and when you finally get to someone it's as if they don't want to talk to you. I was requesting a cancellation of the service due to not living in the area anymore, I was told they would cancel my appointment, suspend my membership for 3 months and send me the cancellation email. I was reassured that I wouldn't be charged and that the suspension would cover the 1 month it takes to actually cancel the membership. not only did I not receive any information regarding the suspension or cancellation via email I was charged again a week later for another month. this is very frustrating to me because it was so easy for them to get me all the information QUICKLY to sign up for the membership but now that I need to manage it they are very slothful in that. again the lady who did my wax was great and I hope soon she branches out and gets her own wax spot. As far as front desk goes better training may be needed in membership management and customer request follow through.

I don't know how y'all get the best waxologists but our girl, Alicia, in Sarasota was incredible too. Now that we're in Tampa, we've been blessed with our girl, Morgan, who is killerrrrr at her job. Super efficient, a great time to be around, and always understanding if we have any scheduling conflicts. Morgan is why we keep coming, to be honest. Yes, it's about the wax job but it's also about relationships. She always remembers what we talked about the last time and makes us feel like we're old friends.

I had my eyebrows threaded by Melanie and she did an amazing job. She is very knowledgable and knows what she is doing. She took her time and didn't rush the process. She showed me the natural shape of my brow and how to encourage hair growth in spots where it needs to grow back. I can't wait to continue to come back. Melanie is fantastic!

Not only was she accommodating and quick to respond, but she was super thorough and professional. I felt at ease, comfortable, and she was very detailed oriented. I arrived 20 min before my appointment time (was out running errands and just ended up there early) and she took me in right away. Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min. Highly recommend Patricia if you're in need of a great Brazillian bikini wax!

I visited Cindy Phan Brows for the first time with a friend who recommended it for the head spa,…read moreand overall it was a good experience. I had the Relaxing Head Spa (60 min), and my tech, Diana Do, was good. Both technicians for my friend and I were very tactful, and professional ~ the service itself was definitely 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the session felt a bit overpacked. There seemed to be many mini processes within the 60 minutes, and while I appreciate the effort to include a lot, it didn't feel as relaxing as I expected. I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it. A positive experience overall with very good service, but I didn't leave feeling as relaxed as I had hoped, which was my main goal.

I flinched here and there but it was so bearable. The first pull was the worst but she's great at keeping your mind focused on conversation instead of the current situation. Honestly, having a bandaid pulled off my arm is so much worse than what I experienced with Lauren 2) I drove from Garland, all the way there and I plan on doing it again in 4-6 weeks bc that's how good she is! 3) shout out to Groupon! My brazilian was only $26 (plus tip) 4) this was my FIRST TIME ever getting anything done down there. And wow what have I been missing out on?? I did make sure to exfoliate/scrub in the shower the days leading up to the sugaring. So maybe that helped with the pain??
