I have extremely sensitive skin and am particular when it comes to the products that touch my face. KJ assured me that she uses products for sensitive skin. She talked me through every step including the part of when it would hurt to wax my chin. Due to sensitive skin, she had to use this tool on me that looks like an electronic shocker. I was terrified. She assured me it wouldn't hurt and it was necessary to avoid getting bumps on my sensitive skin which would not be good for the wedding. It worked. She dyed my eyebrows and removed my chin hairs. I did not get any bumps because of the "caddle prod" thing she used and all of the oils. I really appreciated her time to ease my concerns and listen to them. I did not feel rushed at all. for my chapped lips, she gave me a sugar scrub. I really appreciated finding her at the last minutes especially over a holiday weekend.
