The location is cute and up to date especially how long they have been open . The owner at the front is very nice as well ! I came in today because I wanted one of my nails to be just a little thicker , I'm a bartender and a student in the hospital so sometime you hit your nails on things and you don't want them to break ! Came in to fix it and it was on the house ! I will def be back to see them about a pedicure ! Thank you again !

She is meticulous not only with the actual procedure, but more importantly with her consultation. I was nervous and she answered every question I had patiently, she did an initial drawing out of the precise shape and what I could expect as the color faded over time including pictures of her clients. She thoroughly explained the entire process from numbing to the procedure, step by step, to the after care. I am very grateful and that consultation gave me the confidence I needed to do a procedure I've been contemplating for about 5 years. Finding brow pencils for a strawberry blonde is a chore, lol. I was in town for a wedding and saw this shop full of spa related services. I needed a brow tint…read moreand a chin waxing. I have extremely sensitive skin and am particular when it comes to the products that touch my face. KJ assured me that she uses products for sensitive skin. She talked me through every step including the part of when it would hurt to wax my chin. Due to sensitive skin, she had to use this tool on me that looks like an electronic shocker. I was terrified. She assured me it wouldn't hurt and it was necessary to avoid getting bumps on my sensitive skin which would not be good for the wedding. It worked. She dyed my eyebrows and removed my chin hairs. I did not get any bumps because of the "caddle prod" thing she used and all of the oils. I really appreciated her time to ease my concerns and listen to them. I did not feel rushed at all. for my chapped lips, she gave me a sugar scrub. I really appreciated finding her at the last minutes especially over a holiday weekend.

It wasn't until 30 mins AFTER the scheduled time, was when I finally heard back that she accidentally overbooked that day. She wanted to reschedule THREE hours later, in which I could not afford to spare any time considering I had a photo shoot scheduled before my ceremony and the time allotted for completion would have taken 2 hours. She said she would come to the venue, but I didn't not have access to the venue by the time SHE would be ready. I also didn't want my makeup and hair rushed. I even offered to come to her, so she would at least take her time, but got ghosted. (And at this point I wouldn't even trust that she would show up on the second scheduled time) So on my WEDDING DAY, I had to use whatever makeup I had and my own hair tools. If she would have communicated and wanted to cancel I would've found a backup plan, but that opportunity was not given. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this has to be known. Your trial may be successful, but when it counts she will not show up on your event day. I would assume it was because it was just me, and maybe she took on a bigger party. Which once again if that was communicated I would've found a plan b. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and would not want any other bride going through this.

Natalia did my makeup for my baby shower and it was beautiful . I still looked like myself but enhanced. She was very sweet and patient with me. I booked her and my mom for my maternity shoot. Again she did an excellent job and recognised that the makeup had to pop more due to pictures professionally being taken . She was very patient with my mom and I and again I loved that she made us look like ourselves but enhanced the makeup room is nicely decorated and cute and the vibe is complete with music she plays in the background. I am the type of person who gets anxious over a new restaurant. It really felt like a New-Age Slumber Party. Back in the day, you and your girlfriends would get together and chat about make up and boys...this was the same thing...just permanent. -It was not painful AT ALL. Truly! Aside from numbing cream in the beginning, she carefully applied the cream after each line was complete to lessen inflammation, which made the following line JUST as painless. I would say it was similar to having an eyelash in your eye. My eyes didn't even water and she uses a counting technique so your brain registers that the irritation will end soon. -She was ABSOLUTELY dedicated to giving me the look that was timeless, classic, clean, and appropriate in any setting. That evening and this morning, I had no redness or irritation and I am carefully following the after-care regimen. I AM TOTALLY OBSESSED WITH MY EYES! I didn't used to look in the mirror a lot because I was like, "Oh. same old me. Slap SOMETHING on and go" NOW, I keep looking and loving my appearance. JUST BECAUSE OF ANALISE!!! I will return in 4-6 weeks for a touchup and in my absolute and totally honest opinion, it is not only WORTH the two hour drive, but its something that is ESSENTIAL to any woman who wears eyeliner on a daily basis. *Everyone has different pain tolerance but she's light handed to begin with and I do not have an extremely high pain threshold. Pam also does custom spray tan spraying in a private room to match exactly what shade for your skin tone. I've seen her do every type of eyebrow service and I can't imagine trusting a major part of your face to just anyone!
