Missy is fantastic at what she does and throughout the entire procedure was continually making sure her work was perfect and that I was comfortable. I highly recommend Missy to anyone considering permanent makeup. You won't be disappointed!

I went to the water park and looked amazing - it's good to always look like I've got my sh*t together...at least a little bit. The prices are great - similar services in South Tampa and elsewhere locally seem to be over $100 more. The office is attractive and airy feeling once you are there - I had no idea it would be so cute and so professional feeling. It wasn't totally pain free - BUT - I've had more uncomfortable laser hair removal, waxing, heck, even massages at one of those cheap places than this was painful. I had some redness in my eyes that didn't last more than a 24 hours and probably had more to do with me putting too much of the aftercare on (which worked well) and getting it in my eyeballs. I would totally recommend Missy to friends and family - but I'm not telling my family. Let them think I got dolled up just for them.

I followed her to another location and I have to admit, I like the new spot over the last. It's at a prime location next to good local eats and a few neighborhood stores. Although she is VERY flexible, she is extremely timely and I can honestly say I've never had to wait longer than 5-10min to start my session. She's definitely in high demand so do ur best to keep your appointment tho! #UrWelcome The spa where she takes her clients offers several other beauty services which makes the trip super worthwhile if your into beauty aesthetics. You can get everything from massages to hair care, body wraps, cold therapy and loads of other in-house goodies. It's appointment only, which I love! It's quaint and very relaxing. I absolutely love Rosa and the the way my lashes come out. A co-worker of mine had her lashes done…read moreby Rosa and they looked amazing. I didn't realize lash extensions were "a thing" regular people could do (i figured it was just celebrities lol). I have super short, blonde tipped lashes and even with mascara they are barely visible. I went to Rosa and got a classic set my first time. I was so excited to have lashes! They looked amazing. She was sweet, explained everything to me and answered all of my annoying questions. I have since gotten volume lashes from her as well and get complimented all the time. The lashes make such a difference to my face, that I don't have to wear as much makeup. I love being able to just get up and go. The lashes stay put....I go every 3 weeks for a fill, but they are still looking fabulous before my fill appointment. I have heard other peoples' horror stories about their lashes all falling out. This has never been a problem with Rosa. Also, she is great at getting you an appointment when you need or making last minute changes if something comes up. I highly recommend Rosa for your lashes....you won't be dissapointed.

I visited Cindy Phan Brows for the first time with a friend who recommended it for the head spa,…read moreand overall it was a good experience. I had the Relaxing Head Spa (60 min), and my tech, Diana Do, was good. Both technicians for my friend and I were very tactful, and professional ~ the service itself was definitely 5 stars. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the session felt a bit overpacked. There seemed to be many mini processes within the 60 minutes, and while I appreciate the effort to include a lot, it didn't feel as relaxing as I expected. I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it. A positive experience overall with very good service, but I didn't leave feeling as relaxed as I had hoped, which was my main goal.
