The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the session felt a bit overpacked. There seemed to be many mini processes within the 60 minutes, and while I appreciate the effort to include a lot, it didn't feel as relaxing as I expected. I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it. A positive experience overall with very good service, but I didn't leave feeling as relaxed as I had hoped, which was my main goal.

Nooshin has always been my go to esthetician for skincare and waxing. In the last couple of years, my "Brooke Shields" eyebrows started to thin and look bare in a couple of areas. I discussed permanent makeup for my eyebrows with Nooshin for about a year before deciding on permanent makeup. My only regret is not having permanent makeup sooner! It's been a couple of months since Nooshin did my permanent makeup. My eyebrows look full once again without the need for an eyebrow pencil. Natalia did my makeup for my baby shower and it was beautiful . I still looked like myself but enhanced. She was very sweet and patient with me. I booked her and my mom for my maternity shoot. Again she did an excellent job and recognised that the makeup had to pop more due to pictures professionally being taken . The prices are great - similar services in South Tampa and elsewhere locally seem to be over $100 more. It wasn't totally pain free - BUT - I've had more uncomfortable laser hair removal, waxing, heck, even massages at one of those cheap places than this was painful. I had some redness in my eyes that didn't last more than a 24 hours and probably had more to do with me putting too much of the aftercare on (which worked well) and getting it in my eyeballs. I would totally recommend Missy to friends and family - but I'm not telling my family. Let them think I got dolled up just for them.

She is meticulous not only with the actual procedure, but more importantly with her consultation. I was nervous and she answered every question I had patiently, she did an initial drawing out of the precise shape and what I could expect as the color faded over time including pictures of her clients. She thoroughly explained the entire process from numbing to the procedure, step by step, to the after care. I am very grateful and that consultation gave me the confidence I needed to do a procedure I've been contemplating for about 5 years. Finding brow pencils for a strawberry blonde is a chore, lol.
