She was polite and although she was the only technician there she gave everyone her undivided attention. My eyebrows are okay. Unfortunately, when I got to my car to look in my mirror, I had dozens of small cuts that were bleeding. I raced home to clean them properly and apply ointment to avoid infection and scarring. The cuts are healing but I am upset that this has happened. I have never experienced this with threading before. And I even more disturbing because I know she saw the blood on her thread and cotton ball and yet she said nothing.

I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. Needless to say I contacted them and had to go back in on Monday and have them removed I was in severe pain for two days my eyes were extremely red and irritated. They did remove the lashes but in no way would give me even half a refund it was $165 wasted. I didn't expect a full refund but a partial refund would have been appreciated since I have no longer able to wear the lashes. The young lady that was behind the desk made us comment that wow now we know you can never have lashes again. Unacceptable
