I immediately said "oh no, that's not right" and she said "I know, its so pretty" I went home and returned an hour later asking for it to be fixed. she put toner on it to make it less orange, but still very orange. I went to another salon to see if it could be fixed correctly. The orange comes back every few weeks and I am so embarrassed. I called the manager, and got the answer that I expected. "We can't do anything for you because too much time has passed" So now here I sit wearing a ponytail and a hat every day.

She was polite and although she was the only technician there she gave everyone her undivided attention. My eyebrows are okay. Unfortunately, when I got to my car to look in my mirror, I had dozens of small cuts that were bleeding. I raced home to clean them properly and apply ointment to avoid infection and scarring. The cuts are healing but I am upset that this has happened. I have never experienced this with threading before. And I even more disturbing because I know she saw the blood on her thread and cotton ball and yet she said nothing.

I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.

Pedicure was great then things took a turn for the worst. The first lady didn't speak very good English and was not understanding what I was saying then got frustrated because I told her it was not what I wanted. The second lady was very nice and did everything as I asked but did cut me and unfortunately the first woman recommended funny bunny when I asked for love is in the bare and bubble bath. Since funny bunny is so light and white it can be hard to paint which made my nails look streaky. This all took 3 hours and I ended up paying $201 with tip with no discount. I will return for a pedicure but I am never getting my nails done here again.
