My daughter and I went last night around 6pm and had a good experience. We've come a few times before but was not happy with the service (acrylics). I mentioned to the Manager along with telling her my needs and wants then connected me to Michelle. She was kind, worked hard and the attention to detail was a vibe. I received the champagne and roses pedicure with gel polish ($80). Then got gel x with french tips ($85). This was the worst experience of my life. Pedicure was great then things took a turn for the worst. The first lady didn't speak very good English and was not understanding what I was saying then got frustrated because I told her it was not what I wanted. The second lady was very nice and did everything as I asked but did cut me and unfortunately the first woman recommended funny bunny when I asked for love is in the bare and bubble bath. Since funny bunny is so light and white it can be hard to paint which made my nails look streaky. This all took 3 hours and I ended up paying $201 with tip with no discount. I will return for a pedicure but I am never getting my nails done here again. read more

I have came to this nail salon more than 5 times to get a manicure and 1 time for a pedicure. I have been lucky enough to continue to have great service. I usually always walk in and the wait time has not been to crazy of a wait. I have been getting dip powder on my natural nails and they always come out great! I have a had Helen , Kim and someone else that I can't remember but all three have been super great ,clean, and quick. I did over hear that the managers don't call customers to confirm appointments which sucks because sometimes those customers don't show up and the nail techs are unaware until the appointment time. I do recommend this place to others looking for a dip powder or gel manicure. read more

Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Service I had a very frustrating experience at this nail salon. I had an appointment for 6:15 PM but wasn't taken to my seat until 6:38 PM. I understood that sometimes things can run behind, but the issues didn't end there. While getting my nails done, the manager approached me and asked for my phone number, wanting me to write it down on a notepad. Both of my hands were occupied with the service, and when I couldn't provide the info immediately, she walked away with an attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable. Things only got worse when, while my nails were still in the process of being done, she came over again, asking me to pay before the service was completed. One of my hands was curing under the lamp, and the other was still being painted. She then proceeded to try and get my card out of my wallet, which I politely refused, explaining that my hands were occupied and the service wasn't finished. Her response was unprofessional, and she walked away clearly annoyed. At this point, it was well past closing time, and I felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I asked the manager who the owner was, no one seemed to know, which I found concerning--how is a manager not aware of the owner's name? The manager became snarky and dismissive, asking me what the problem was. I explained that I felt uncomfortable with the way I was being treated and that her attitude was unprofessional, but it only seemed to make the situation worse. I was really hoping for a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and respect for customers left me very disappointed. I will not be returning. read more

My daughter was impressed by her mani/pedi experience at this new nail salon that I had to give them a try. I went there and had a great experience myself. Simon was the tech helping me and did a great job. He even convinced me to do the dipping which I had never done before. I have waited to post my review and it's going to be 2 weeks tomorrow and my nails still look great. Now I can honestly say that he did an awesome job. When I had went in, the service was great & the workers were kind, but unfortunately the quality did not meet that expectation. They steal nail designs/photos from Pinterest to make it seem like their own on their website to pull in costumers but do below average nails. The nails they do are bulky & fat, not shaped well or rounded off. They also are pushy for sales & pressure you when trying to either get something else or adding designs. The vibe of the space was nice though, very clean and bougie but to have the space but do granny nails isn't the best look for that place. Will probably search for a nail tech on Instagram before coming back here. read more

I absolutely loved my pedicure with Lillie! She is the only reason that I didn't give this review 1 star. She was very professional, took her time, and checked in to make sure I liked the width of my French manicure. I came back 2 days later for just a regular manicure. My last set of acrylics ruined my nails so I wanted to get them cleaned up. Jimmie definitely rushed through the process. There's paint on my skin, polish is uneven and I can't still see my natural nail color, my cuticles weren't properly cut. I'm extremely disappointed by this visit, especially after my wonderful experience with Lillie. read more

My first experience was great! Went back the second time along with a friend and it was good until a couple days my toe was burning. Then started swelling up. Had to have a dr burst it. I have pics but so disturbing to see. Now my whole toe bed is off, have to use acrylic until the nail grows back. Not sure if anyone has experienced this here but be careful! read more

I came in yesterday for an acrylic fill. And I was very very unhappy with my set. Kim did my set and I asked for white color. They are fat and thick and missing color in some areas. She also cut my finger while filing. I am very very upset and have a wedding to attend and a graduation party and I'm going to have to figure out what I'm going to do to fix these nails. read more

Went to check out the new nail salon. Started off fine, the staff was nice but then when I wanted to get a regular manicure, they kept insisting to get a different service repeatedly. Can't even count the amount of times. After it was done, the nail tech asked for a larger tip. You get the tip you deserve. Not the best experience. read more
