I recently got my nails and toes done. I asked for a French tip with nail extensions which is not too complicated but two days later, I noticed some of the nails already looks like it its about to fall off. My experience was very overwhelming and not in a good way. The lack of effort, as you can see on the photos some of my real nails are showing. I really like this location. Diamond did my nails a few times before I moved out of state and she was so lovely. I got a regular pedicure and she was very neat and the polish lasted a few weeks without any gel. I did find it a little more expensive than other pedicures, which would be my only negative feedback. read more

Quality was ok. Not happy with my color or nail shape or my pedicure. - $10 nail removal (did not soak off they were pulled off causing pain) - $70 manicure full set (shape is not good, design has defects) - $45 pedicure (foot feels rough/ nail polish looks great) Price is way too high for quality of work. I was very upset as the price on wall says $45+ for manicure só to be charged $70 I was extremely unhappy when the shape I could do myself - for free. Had I known it would be $10 to remove I would of pulled my own nails off, rather than have them pulled off while getting a pedicure. The reviews had me excited, but I was disappointed. I stumbled upon this shop Saturday morning. It was refreshing to see a genuine nail salon. No frills no extras just the basics. My boyfriend and I did the deluxe pedicures. A month ago I would have given this place 5+ stars. Anna does great work and kudos to her, but at my last visit she must not have been in a good mood or had a bad day. For starters, I had my usual 10+ minute wait pass my appointment and 2.) she did not polish my nails in the two colors I asked. When I told her to leave it because I was tired and as usual waited for her, she complained about me to Tony, the owner, in her native language while I was waiting to pay. The worst part, was that he just let her go on instead of ending it. She was even upset that I gave her a $5 tip when I always give $10. Even though Sunrise is pricey and I almost always had to wait at least 10 minutes past my appointment, I felt it was worth it. After what I witnessed with her and not getting what I paid for, I didn't feel like tipping at all. I was so annoyed I chose not say anything because if I did, it would not have ended well. Fast forward to a couple of days ago, I called to make an appointment thinking everything was ok, but was told she didn't want to do my nails anymore because I "stress her out." That's fine. I have no problem with that because everyone in the service industry has a right to deny/refuse customers. What upsets me is the rudeness. For the business owners reading this, please tell your employees to complain about the customer after they leave. This is an example of POOR customer service. read more

Very nice people , bright lights & no attention .... Walked in for a pedicure with my sister . We both got told to pick a color like per usual at any nail salon . We both sat in the pedicure chair and my sister got taken care of which for me I did not . I sat there the entire time with no hot water for my feet , no one telling me someone will be with me shortly or possibly a drink while waiting . I didn't even get hot water until my sister basically finishing by getting her nail polish on . On top of it , they never asked my sister what kind of pedicure she wanted or if she liked her nail color when applied . I've been to a way better salons with more attention! I feel bad for writing this review but it is for good reason. I DON'T recommend this place and made a mistake being impatient and not going to my nail lady. I felt completely rushed the entire way and the lady buffed my nails so bad that blood came out. My nails were painted fine but the cuticles look terrible!!! The people were nice and I just couldn't get the nerve to complain since it is brand new business they just opened but I hope they get it better soon read more

He doesn't price gouge you, he does a fantastic job, the salon is beautiful, and the staff always have smiles on their faces - it's a great place to go for the best mani/pedis in the area. So went to get nails done and charges me $40 for a full set with no gel very basic . No color. Told them to cut the length several times and they asked me if I wanted coffin not knowing everything she was offering was an up charge. The length she didn't want to cut down charged me for and the coffin she wanted to do on me a charged me for. She kept insisting on getting gel and I kept refusing that. She was rude the whole time. Barely spoke English. I've gotten my nails done with them when they were Roxy and were nicer and cheaper. I will not come back here ever again. This is why you don't try new places. read more
