Eh this place was alright. Although up to date with latest technology/chairs, the place was not clean. Tools were not clean and music was on a loop. I wanted my acrylics off and the nearest place was here. I called about an hour before I got there and he said it would be $20 ( to come in right away since he was not busy) to take my nails off which I was fine with (I even tipped him!) . I noticed once I got home that I still had some acrylic stuff in my nails. Now I'm not saying don't go to this place because for $20 he did somewhat did what I asked but for being completely empty when I was in there, he could've done a little better with getting it off. Liz did my full set and Miss Helen did my pedicure at Chloe's. Ms Helen was gentle and my toes look great. Liz was a perfectionist with the shape, slope, and painting of my nails. I didn't get any designs this time, but I was talking with other nail techs and customers and apparently all the techs are good at designs here. The vibes were really great too. Everyone was talking to us and being so friendly, even the techs we didn't work with. My daughter got a manicure as well and I don't remember her tech's name unfortunately, but we were very happy with her nails and level of service as well. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. After my pedicure the bottoms of my feet still felt rough and dry but the nail polish was administered well. The lady who did my manicure did not appear to be confident in her skills. She damaged one of nails with the electric file by digging too deep into the nail, the nails were not cleaned up properly especially around the cuticle area and the polish itself was not administered neatly. The staff was nice and welcoming and the piece was reasonable but I would not return here to get my nails done. read more

This nail salon is honestly the worst salon I have ever been to. I'll give it credit where credit is due; it's clean and has a nice atmosphere but the actual quality and prices? Awful. I've been going here pretty regularly- for a few months now but I am officially switching salons. Phong always goes my nails when I come for a few set and she is the laziest, and frankly rudest nail tech I have ever come across. The pricing here constantly changes, she's constantly cutting me, paying zero attention to my cuticles, constantly looks annoyed, is always on the phone, it's the worst. The lady that does my pedicures cracked my big toe nail! She then proceeded to lay on a HEAVY layer of acrylic and I now have a toe nail fungus. So I came here because of the rating. Don't believe it. The tech rushed so much. There was still polish left from the previous manicure on the edges. My pinky cuticle is destroyed. The edges are not smooth. You can still see the growth line underneath. I came back in to the shop to show them and she wasn't apologetic - just said well I can fix it for you but I didn't trust her to do it again. It took her all of maybe 30 minutes to do the entire process ... that's rushed. read more

Highly recommend Mai! I called at 4:30 on a Friday, got there by 6. They took me immediately. $40 for a deluxe pedicure, which these days is comparable. It was everything I ask for in a pedicure and Mai did a great job with the polish. She offered to do a mani but it was getting late and they were closing soon so I asked if she could just do my cuticles. She took care of my cuticles quickly and I was out the door by 7! After going to the same salon for years I tried Chloe's nail bar while I was running errands and was very impressed from the time I opened the door to the time I left. I am an interior designer and the salon is absolutely gorgeous. All the staff is very friendly, the chairs are really comfortable and Kathy did an absolutely gorgeous job on both my hands and feet. The music was nice and chill, with one TV playing a documentary and the other HGTV. I will absolutely be back and I am thrilled to know that such a great salon Is in such a convenient spot! read more

We called ahead and make sure they weren't busy, so that was probably the nice thing about my visit there. When doing the set I asked for, the design was good but everything else wasn't. I asked for almond, was given round instead. The acrylic flowed onto the sides of my nails. The paint job isn't great. The lady began to rush when another client came in. She almost laid acrylic on an unshapen nail, which i had to remind her. This is probably the worst set I have ever gotten and I don't recommend here, especially for the price of $55 and then tax added. Went because it was close by and found a great Groupon deal. Service was courteous and quick. Salon was very nice and modern. Got a pedicure and ( my 1st ever ) gel manicure done. Noticed after I left that a couple nails on my left hand were lighter towards the end than the other. Overall nice and if it last through the next two days at work to the event I'm attending this weekend I'll be satisfied. Really hope they stay nice through my hands on job, assured gel last about 2 weeks. Would return again when not as rushed and can ensure the nails are all the same. Booked a full set, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. When booking I told them I have never used this technician before and they ensured me they would do an amazing job. I gave a couple reference Photos of different things I would be interested in doing that day for my nails. After choosing one I told the girl if at any point it was too advanced that I would kindly opt for a plain single color and maybe some rhinestones but she eagerly insisted on replicating the photo and said she could do this no issue. I personally am recovering from spine surgery so it was super important that if I spent time here to get everything done this was my only shot as I'm in chronic pain and can't sit for long periods of time and try to keep it to a minimum as much as possible. Needless to say just getting there was very difficult for me being on medications and it took a lot for me to be there. Long story short I only got my nails done, hardly got my eyebrows done, had to skip the pedicure all because what I "wanted" took 2 plus hours alone and was CHARGED accordingly. I understand the girl was maybe eager to try something new or maybe she wasn't having the best day but please if you send out that quality of work it should be made aware to the customer and a much different cost. I would have much rather drove out anywhere in an hour mile radius if it meant I got the quality I paid for. The owner only offered to have the same girl redo the nails which I do not feel comfortable about doing because of the experience I had. I have never paid $80 for nails looking as they do. Even more advanced artists in the area only charge $80 for a full set for ADVANCED quality artwork. Needless to say I won't be back. My friends won't be back. Going to pay someone else to take them off to redo them and finally get the pedicure I've been waiting months for. I did not appreciate the customer service I got or the fact that the same nail tech reached out to me on social media after I already said I was uncomfortable talking to her and did not like the outcome of my visit. Walked in on a Sunday at noon for a mani and pedi. They have a deal on Groupon: $30 for regular mani and pedi which can't be beat. Reviews were good so I gave the salon a try and glad I did. The owner greeted me and was very friendly and polite. He offered me a drink and then I was taken to the pedicure chair with no wait time. My nail tech was very professional and did a fantastic job. I am VERY picky with my nails and techs usually cut my cuticles but he did great and didn't cut me at all. Massage chair was very nice. Ambiance is beautiful, fresh, and clean. Soothing classical music is played, which I really appreciate when I come to a salon so I can wind down and relax. Definitely a gem in the Brandon mall area. Check it out! read more

Been going for gel manicures about 3x's so far. Hasn't lasted more than a week. This last one manicure started peeling off after 3 days! 3 days $40 out the window. Didn't pay attention to cuticles or already shaped nails. Removed the gel myself ( literally just peeled off) and found uneven shaped nails. Won't be going back. read more

I haven't gotten a pedicure/ manicure done at the same time in over three years due to a bad experience with a pedicure. I've been looking for months for a new nail salon that I could actually trust. I finally found one! I have a medical issue with my foot which causes me extreme sensitivity. They were extremely careful and made sure I was okay the entire time and that I was not in pain and took extra precautions since I said something beforehand. I love my nails so much. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and well with my visit. I was immediately greeted and seated when I walked in. The salon is very well set up and very organized and clean. I'm not the type of person that usually writes a review unless the place is outstanding and exceeds my expectations or the opposite extreme occurs. I have been going to chloes nail bar since the first week it opened(which is recent cus they are fairly new ) but My first time I was able to get lucky and experiences mani pedi by Alicia (which was great) the service was wonderful the rest of the staff was helpful towards one another and the owners were interested on knowing my opinion in order to provide me with the best experience. However .. I went right before Christmas to get gel mani and regular pedi , my tech did my nails in a rush and when I left the salon my nails looks like I got this mani done a week ago. I called the next day to go back and fix them and they told me to come in and they will take care of it no problem.. when I arrive the owner tells me it would $15 to fix .. I said ok I guess .. the owner tried to blame my nails for growing really fast.. then I said ok I want to change the color then he said it's $20 to do gel polish change... then I said for that I get a mani which is $25 .. fine .. I get a mani , when I go to pay the owner tells me $30 because they had to charge me an extra $5 to remove the polish while also making it seem like he was giving me a discount and took off $5 .. I left very disappointed I thought this salon cared more about the customer than just making money ,like most salons but whatever , it's unfortunate because I did really like this place initially so much that I even recommended two other girls that now have become regulars there .. anyway I wouldn't recommend not trying this place but be warned .. it is clean and I hope your experience is better than mine read more

Everyone was very helpful, and very friendly and the salon has a beautiful design and very cleaned. Kellie did my gel manicure and pedicure and she did an amazing job.
