Yesterday I came here for the first time ! Located them on yelp ! Wanted to fine something close to the house and at a good price ! I check the reviews and guest had nothing but good things to say so I said why not ! Service was fast and my nails came out just like I wanted them ! The location is cute and up to date especially how long they have been open . The owner at the front is very nice as well ! I came in today because I wanted one of my nails to be just a little thicker , I'm a bartender and a student in the hospital so sometime you hit your nails on things and you don't want them to break ! Usually I would be posting a beautiful picture of the nails and raving about his place but they didn't give me the time of day.. literally So I called earlier today wanting to get a full set gell and they asked me what time I could come in so I asked is there a preferred time she said no so I said I'll come in two hours so we scheduled and that was it. Later I came in a couple minutes early before my appointment and I noticed most the chairs were full but I signed anyways and told them I had an appointment and was told to pick a color and wait.. So five minutes goes by after my appointment time and another couple comes in and wanted two pictures with appointment and quoted 30min wait then another person came in and they quoted them 1 hour so I asked how is the wait for my spot, they said almost done so I was perfect they asked me to sit in the chair 20minutes go by and nothing has happened. So again the insisted someone was almost done.. I gave it 5 more minutes and politely told them I was leaving unfortunately I cannot wait 30/40minutes just to be there for another 1 1/2 getting my nails done. I went today , the first time back in a salon for a while. And it wasn't a bad experience but at the beginning I showed my picture to Kevin and he did it after I showed it a few more times (still the wrong colors after I showed him what I wanted) and I asked him to do short nails and he didn't. They are longer than I normally like. But the quality of the nails are really good. They look fine it just was a rough start. It got bad when another customer next me sat down and asked for stiletto nails and he had no idea what they were and messed up her nails really bad. She asked him to fix it multiple time and they blamed her by saying to show a picture of the nails you want . She was right by saying they should know what they are doing and he obviously didn't. read more

I went in today with my sister in law and we had appointments which didn't seem to matter... my sister in law wanted something done with her broken nail and the tech she had got upset and rude with her so she was given a different tech. When she got to the new tech she didn't even get what she wanted, which was a green French tip. Instead she just got a solid color nail. Broke a nail while moving to the area and tried 'fantastic nails' and the tech insisted on me switching to dip and was unhappy when I said I would rather please continue with acrylic. She proceeded to grind my nails down all the way removing most of the acrylic and giving me a new full set instead of just fixing my one or two chipped nails without asking. My nails are so thick and she left my cuticles with some hard crusty stuff all over my cutIcles and after washing and scrubbing with a towel 4 times, this is still how my fingers look.... :( all their pics have oil on the cuticles this is why. read more

This review is far too long over due! I have been coming here for over 3 years, I like my nails long and covered in bling! Tacy does my nails and my eyebrows and Kevin does my toes. Tacy is the sweetest and most patient nail tech I have ever encountered. My nails alone easily take over 2 hours. We have spent several late nights together well after they are closed and she never rushes or does a half ass job. My nails last about 4/5 weeks, it's best to schedule appointments in advanced because she does get booked. Over the years, she has been very accommodating with me if I'm running late or need to reschedule on short notice. She really takes pride in her work and really cares and enjoys trying new designs. I bring in a couple of inspiration photos and tell her to do her thing! Here's a couple of my faves she has done! FANTASTIC NAILS NOT... Has to be the worst nail salon I've EVER been to. I took my 17 year old daughter n I for pedicures yesterday. The lady doing mine had ZERO personality. She was so rough my feet were tender when I left. It was kind of painful during, I've had many pedicures. I've never experienced this before. From the time my pedicure began until the end she never once said a word to me. She didn't bother to ask if I wanted my toe nails cut down or just filed. I have always been asked that before. The polish is all bubbled up and is starting to peel. Oh my goodness I could of done a better job that this. So disappointing: ( By the way it wasn't just me. I loved this place. My only qualms were that a lot of people were getting fake nails and you could SMELL IT, I wish I asked for a mask; and I feel that in about 50% their nail polish options looked like really old or very little polish left. Don't get me wrong, having tons of options is nice, but I feel like every other bottle I picked up was dry or very little product left.... But solid four stars for service, execution, and cleanliness. I got the pedi, while my friend just got a mani. She loved hers! She was very pleased that they really spent their time trimming, filing, and ensuring superb coverage. Jennifer made sure I was comfortable, especially since I mentioned I am sensitive to hot water. And this pedicure...it was more than just throwing your legs into some warm, bubbly water and polish. I actually got worried halfway through that the pedicurist might be giving me the spa pedicure and not the regular/basic pedi. It was fabulous. I got the best lower leg massage and usually my legs get itchy after being in water and then lotion, but no itchy legs! She really took her time in making my legs feel heavenly. And she did a good job with whatever that thing is to remove calluses, she smoothed out my heels. I was falling in and out of sleep with the massage chair and leg massage! And my pedicure has lasted over a week, no chips in sight! I would come here again (: especially for the pedicure ($25)! read more
