Lee is phenomenal. I only go to see her for my builder gel. She does a fabulous job, and it lasts with no lifting or issues.

I've gone several times trying to give this place a chance but it always sucks. The wait time despite having an appointment will always be at least 15 minutes. Made an appt for today and had to walk out due them not being "ready". I'm literally only getting a gel manicure. No acrylics or anything crazy. Easiest procedure to be done. DO NOT RECOMMEND.... This place is a complete mess. They can't focus on your feet because everyone is so busy minding everyone else's business. My pedicure wasn't complete because the tech kept forgetting to follow the steps. Like how Sway?? I had to keep saying "well what about this or that". I also got burned twice with the hot stone because he didn't check the temperature before taking it out the machine and putting it on my skin. They didn't want to give me the paraffin wax because they claimed the machine was broke but then another tech said they had been using it fine all day. Then all of a sudden they said they could heat the wax up in the microwave and use it. Then the guy kept picking at the sores on his hand while doing my pedicure and pieces of debris fell on my polished toe so he had to re do it. I really thought I'd found a new salon but the everything a la Carte model just doesn't work for me. Even if you already have a nail shape, it's $5 to shape. $5 extra if your nails are longer (and it's my natural nail), $5 more if they had to clip some during a fill. What started as a $90 service can easily become $140. And, they charge you for using a credit or debit card. Conversely, my nails always looked great. read more

It was my first time here and my last. Made a 10am appt was seated for the pedi right away, which was great. Initially , the water was too hot! I asked the nail tech for the water to be cooler, and she said "ok you want cold" and she turned it hotter!! I had to tell her again. The rest of the pedi was ok- felt like it was half assed. Every pedi ive ever gotten anywhere else, there was a mini massage, but I guess not here. But the worse part of this was when I was getting manicure. I asked for a simple American Manicure and she started to do FRENCH with super white tips with that clear pink on the rest. I was like.. uhm I wanted American, that looks like french. All the other nail tech seem to know what I wanted when I asked for American Manicure, pulled up the picture and they literally told her what color to get and what to do and she STILL wasn't getting it. She literally tried 3x and still had no idea what she was doing. Not to mention her terrible filing job; I asked her to file down the sharp edge she created and she started filing at a completely different spot, I literally took the filing board from her and did it myself. AND she had the audacity to try and blame me for messing up the tip when she was the one who messed it up by painting over it! So I ended up saying nevermind to the American Manicure and just did the same color as my toes bc i had to go at this point. It took waaaaay longer than it should have. And I'm mad I even paid for them! It looks terrible! It looks like I had my nails done a while ago and it grew out and i just painted over it! Like the clear coat doesnt cover the entire nail on some of my nails. And looks sloppy! Very upset about paying for this and for even giving a pity tip. read more

Wanted to try a new salon close by and was very disappointed. The inside was recently renovated and looks nice but the service is awful. My nail tech was extremely rough and hurt me (didn't even apologize) and just looked at me with snarky looks. It took 2 hrs for a acrylic refill and are the worst shaped nails i've ever had. the acrylic spilled over under the mail and was just left there, the cuticles weren't even a consideration to the nail tech, there are groves and bumps of piled on acrylic that wasn't even sanded down smoothly. $50 to be disappointed. The camera can't even pick up the lumpy bumps in the acrylic there are dips and piles of acrylic on the nail it's bulky and then dips down. Don't recommend read more

Please don't go here ... by far one of the worst pedicures I have ever recieved... from the shaping to the actual pedicure itself to the painting ... I spent 70$ for them to wash my feet and then be painted by a 8 year old .... Didn't ask what I wanted what type of pedicure if I wanted nails cut down ... she just did whatever she wanted and it turned out horrible ....
