I am pretty new to this area, so I'm not familiar with the good nail salons in the area. I drove past this place more than a few times so i went here on a whim because I needed a pedicure really bad. I didn't check the reviews or anything like I normally would because 1) I was on the phone & 2) I just finally wanted my feet done. It had been too long. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what service I wanted, told them a pedicure. They told me to sign in, I looked around for the price list to see what their prices were and the guy inside told me the basic pedicures are typically around $40 (or so), from what I remember. As I was about to sit down in front and wait, Vinny told me I could go back and have a seat for my pedicure. They have a book that looks like a menu with nail colors, which I love. Had my nails done on May 9, for Mother's Day, mani and pedi. Pedi was done great, not so much the manicure. Very half ass job done. When returned the next day to get it corrected was treated very rudely, yes they agreed to fix it but with a nasty attitude in front of other customers. No need to fix, will never come back. read more

This place is wonderful. For years this has been my dedicated pedicure place. I've got a friend that does my mani's. Back to the pedicures. AMAZING. I always do the charcoal and it is the most relaxing pedicure. They do a wonderful job taking their time. They know what they are doing. Doing my review based on 2 things: service and quality Service: 2/5 went and got dip/SNS nails (ombré style). Was not asked how I would like my nails shaped and I also I guess that having my cuticles trimmed is not something that usually happens before they started the process? It was a very quick, sit down and they dipped my nails right away. I was very confused. I guess what I'm most disappointed in is actually that they didn't ask for any of my preferences when it came to my actual nails Quality: 3/5 The ombre nails turned out decent. I had a BUNCH of gunk under my nails that I had to clean out after which they didn't do. But my nails were filed down so low that it hurt. I'm not used to having them cut so short and I asked for them to be kept the same length just SHAPED. My pedicure was lazily done. That's all. read more

I absolutely wouldn't NEVER come to this location again. Seriously guys don't waste your money. I went in to have dip powder done to my nails and they played musical chairs for who had to take me because apparently no one there really knows how to do that. Instead of being honest and saying they couldn't do what I asked they sat me down and the whole process took way too long for just doing a solid color no design. I asked for STRAIGHT LINES and they couldn't even pull that off. Cut my fingers multiple times and had an attitude the whole time. If you don't want paying customers to come into your establishment then just say that. read more

I had to get my acrylics taken off so I came here and requested a soak off. I was quickly sat down and I don't know his name but the desk i sat at said Vinny. Instead of soaking my nails off, on my first nail he decided to just use another nail tip to rip my nail off. He ripped a part of my thumb nail off, there is exposed skin and i was bleeding. He paid no mind to it, and continued to try and rip my next nail off, he struggled a little, but ripped that one off too. With the third nail, he is physically struggling to rip off my nail all while my thumb has raw exposed skin and nail hanging off. I stop him and ask if he could just soak them off because ripping them off was hurting. He thankfully listened and started drilling my nails down so that they could soak. After a while he said "sorry" for my nail and awkwardly laughed. My nails were drilled kinda harshly, left feeling very thin & frail. Regardless he finished and i still paid $15+ 5 tip. I think the nail should've been addressed or gotten some sort of discount. I had my nail appointment right after with my nail tech and she said she couldn't put a new nail over it so i will be walking around with one empty nail until it fully heals. Unfortunate situation which could have been avoided had the nail tech did the service correctly, instead of trying to get it done fast. Had my very first pedi here. The pedicurist was very personable and sweet! I chose a sparkly red OPI nail polish and she noticed it was not up to par and found a new one to use. The experience was great and I'm very happy with my toes. Cost is $22 for a pedi, but they don't serve wine. I would still go back here. Clean and courteous. read more

The manager (not sure his name) is a real piece of work. He is so rude. I've heard him get yelled at by customers more than once. Not only because of the way he talks to clients, but because he does crappy work. My girl doing my pedicure is nice enough, but the file and puma stone have painfully scraped me more than once. Do not have me waiting for my turn, thinking the wait is 10 to 15 minutes but in reality you have people waiting for one hour just so you can get someone's business. Once seated in the pedi chair, the nail tech immediately started using her phone and took a few min to start me. She continued throughout the service as well. I was also getting a full set so I asked if they had matching toe colors for the gels. She suggested I do gel on my toes & I told her I always do regular polish. She had an attitude the rest of my pedi, but I let it go. Once she was done my big toenail was completely crooked, so the manager aggressively came over saying it will be fixed. Mind you I'm completely calm an normal the entire time. Tina who did my nails was nice. Once she started putting on the gel it was too light so I picked another color. A few of the nail techs started laughing and all eyes were on me. They make it known when theyre talking about clients. The manager came over hovering us UNCOMFORTABLY & when I asked if everything was okay he just walked away. This is my first time getting my nails and toes done in six months. I calles 3 minutes from coming to this establishment and asked if they had a wait...the male associate lied and said they didn't have a wait. I was coming with my mother in law who had oxygen and a limited time...when we walked in they were three ladies waiting...when I asked they said they had been waiting at least 10 minutes...shame on you for lying! I went in for a pedicure, after being nicked multiple times, nails cut so short it was painful, didn't take the acrylic off the one nail it was on which is extremely visible. I told him to stop and not do anything else except paint my toe nails because of the amount of pain he caused me. I made an appointment for a pedicure, but still took almost a half hour to get to me. I understand walk-ins, but that's why I made an appointment. They were out of the "cream" that I wanted for $35 and I am allergic to the only other choice. So I asked for a different choice of a different pedicure service, expecting to pay $35 since they were out of my choice and I was allergic to the only option left. No, time to pay, $40. I said that the tech didn't do all of the other services that go with the $40 choice. If you're out of a product, you should consider downgrading the option or adding what you do have in stock for the same price. Add to that a SCREAMING baby the whole time and it was not the relaxing experience I hoped for. I'll stick to my normal pedi place instead of trying to support local. read more

I have been going to this location for a while now. There prices are higher than most but I did not mind because they did a great job. The last three times I have been there, the owner speed through my nails like he drank 10 cups of coffee. He was sweating onto my hands and speaking jibberish. I was really freaked out. Went in on a Sunday at 11:30 and was waiting for 45 minutes for a fill with no starting time in sight. There were only 2 people doing nails....on a Sunday! So crazy and super understaffed. I got dip powder with nail extensions for a wedding I am going to over the weekend- it was $42, which was a little more than I had expected, BUT the service was amazing and my technician was very friendly and they came out so good so, I didn't mind the price. I've visited this salon quite a few times. It's quite popular in the Brandon Area and is usually very busy on weekends. Plan on waiting a bit. Their prices recently went up but it's still worth it as they do really good work. My sister and I got pedicures. They performed them in a nice amount of time; not too fast or too long. Water temperature was good and I enjoyed the massage chairs. I absolutely love the color I chose. This place is very clean and nice and also has a great ambiance. Since we came on a weekday morning, we were able to get in right away. When I used to come on weekends, there was always a long wait. I think that may be why their prices went up. They also do waxing and of course manicures, full sets, gel, etc. I used to get acrylics and gel nails a few years back and loved their work. I have been to most of the nail salons in the surrounding area and this one is my favorite and my top pick. I would recommend to anyone. read more

i went in super excited to get my nails done for the first time since one of my nails had been completely ripped off. I get there and i'm seated immediately, i don't know prices or anything, they hand me the gel; not knowing prices i'm like ok..? i had to have her fix the angle of two nails while getting them done and once i left and got home i looked at my nails completely and there are 3 nails angled so hard away from my real nail. I cried. I didn't pay 50$ for a set of nails to make me fucking cry. Then they closed early so when i tried to call and talk to someone, no one was there. Upon entering I was questioned about what service I wanted today. And I told them a dip powder pink and white which is literally the name of their store. I was asked to sit while they wrapped my fingers while they waited for the dip to dissolve. They took the wraps off my fingers 5 different times and said it wasn't ready. After 20 minutes of soaking they just decide to use the drill to sand off the dip powder. The drill stayed on my fingers so long the it burned my nails on several occasions. They finally started putting on the new dip and the tech couldn't get the lines straight for the pink and white. Literally half of my nails was pink and half was white. After removing the white that he put on one hand 4/5 times laughing the whole time and saying shhhh to me like it was an inside joke (I wasn't laughing) he got up and left for 5 minutes to smoke a cigarette while I'm still sitting there waiting on my nails to be done. When he came back I asked if we couldn't just do one color. He asked me what color without giving me the book to pick a color my only option was his interpretation of whatever color I chose. Then when I picked a color he told me it was all wrong for me and chose his own. He put on two layers of light tan and never sanded before applying the final gel coat. He cut my nails off at all different lengths and cut my fingers during the process. I was bleeding in 3 different places when I left. Then he bragged that he finished first to his co worker. If you like not knowing what color your nails will turn out or what length each nail will be this is for sure the place for you. read more
