The pedicure itself wasn't bad, but it took an excessive amount of time over two hours. I also paid for a soak-off, but I had poly gel nails on, which I made clear upfront. Despite this, the removal process was a struggle, and even after paying for the service, I still left with product on my nails because the technician couldn't fully remove it. At that point, I just had to go. I arrived at 10:30 AM and didn't leave until well after 1 PM. As a business owner, my time is valuable, and spending that long on a pedicure and soak-off was frustrating. On top of that, the total was $75, which I've never paid for a pedicure in my life. I have no problem paying that price for an exceptional experience, but this wasn't it. The service was overpriced for what was provided, and I was genuinely shocked when I was told the total. I'll definitely be sticking to my usual spot moving forward.

She is so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the new service. She even helped me brainstorm why I may be having the issues that I do with my nails. I came in for the first time for a pedicure from Nina. The space is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the greenery wall and neon sign. Pleasant music was playing and the giant comfy chair was waiting for me to cozy up in for my pedi. The salon offers complementary snacks and beverages (even wine!) Nina was very friendly and you can see how passionate she is about her work. She uses natural products and offers both regular OPI polish as well as gel.
