I made an appointment and asked for their best tech. They said everyone is good. I said, I need the best of the best. They booked me with Lily (the owner) she did an Amazon job. We did builder gel and then a soft color polish. I paid an extra $5 for cuticle removal. My nails look perfect. Although they are short I like them to look natural, thin and finished all the way up to my cuticle with no bumps and a nice almond shape, she got all things I asked for perfectly. Lily you nailed it! thank you and I'll be back.

They were able to get me in and Dawn was able to correct less than perfect nails from the salon I went to prior. She help me pick out a great color and did a great job with thinning out and re-shaping my nails. I have found a new nail salon. Pedicures is next! Stay tuned for that review. I also felt very safe with their COVID Precautions. you have to sign a waiver that you understand you're getting nail services during Covid and that you have not experienced any symptoms or traveled international or domestic. They take a temperature and make you wash your hands before service. Everyone wore masks and gloves during the service and you are protected by eight plastic partition between you and the tech. I watch them clean their tools between customers and Apple Pay and google pay is available.

I've been coming for years and I thought we had a good relationship until I became a number…read more I have making my appts directly with Jonneson weeks in advance we have learned many techniques together over the last 5 years experimenting and he was also learning how to use matte or add different textures and ombré, or marbled dip. The problem I had was He didn't even take the time to talk with me, or ask if he could reschedule me to someone that takes longer and charges me more. For example Jonneson can do a dip set in less than 2 hours even if he gets up to answer every phone call or walk in which on average has been a lot. Anywhere from 6 people to more. He would charge $70-$85 I never said a thing and always waited for him to return and paid whatever to have exactly what I asked for. I didn't appreciate having my appt moved to someone else that cannot do the same work in the same amount of time the day before my appt. In comparison I would pay more with Kim $85-$110 for because she took more time and could do the dip design like Jonneson and she used Gel. Also the last time she didn't paint some of my edges not fully coated and with my natural nails they would crack or peel at the edges. She also took almost 3-1/2 hours to do them. So very different experience and higher cost for lower end product aka gel vs dip and longer time. So unfortunately after so many years of feeling like maybe we had a good customer relationship it was very frustrating to rely on having my nails done here and the quality I was getting with Jonneson to getting a text to go somewhere-else when there wasn't a problem until he created it. The text message said that he wanted to answer the phones more and do more management and not do any more nails. Why was that so difficult to have a conversation with a long-time customer and say look things are getting busier and moving away from doing nails like yours and want to do more basic manicures or stop doing them all together. I followed you from Bliss nails where he started as a technician to Encore where he was promoted to manager. So much for loyalty. I was hoping for communication and not what happened after I wrote a review when my appointment was cancelled on me without notice. Hopefully this doesn't happened to the next person or remember that there is always a chance that when you think you found your mail tech in a instant and without notice you can find yourself out of luck !

Was extremely rough, drilling my nails and cutting my fingers. I kept telling him he was hurting me. So then he proceeded to cut with nail clippers and cut four of my actual fingers and has the nerve to tell me to relax as I'm telling him he is hurting me. Had a major attitude the entire time it's took him over two hours. He messed up the nail design designed four different times even with showing him a picture yet again they still look horrible. I asked him to put another layer of glitter. he puts it on two nails and tells me OK you're done. Have a great day at this point. I was so fucking overly done. Still charged me $75 in the morning after the nail litter snapped off because they are so thin by simply folding a pair of leggings.
