The gel polish was old and wore off within a day. The man that waited on me seemed disinterested and rushed. The salon wasn't attractive and didn't appear clean at all. I come here often and always leave a great review .Although Saturday I came in for a pedi and a matching set of French as I always do and it was a nightmare . I was going to a wedding and it was by far the worst set of nails I ever had . The man did not speak great English and the pushy woman was telling him what to do . I actually felt bad for him . He has no problem belittling you if you come back in to have a poor- quality manicure fixed. I originally came in for a gel manicure- that he talked me out of and upsold me on a dip manicure. First of all, you only get the dip- no manicure included. Second, he will glue the dip onto your cuticles and skin and call it a day. So I went this past Saturday the 12th. Pedicure- and a polish change and fill for my nails. It's Monday, they are chipped. I called and they said to come in tomorrow ( it was fairly close to closing time) and they would fix it. I quizzed her and yes she knew exactly how I wanted my pedicures and nails done. I have seen clients leave dissatisfied with their service. When I call the owner to get it rectified I was asked to come in with my statement. When I go in to clear up the mess, the outcome was less than favorable. I left with the matter unresolved. I felt as the owner's actions reflected that he only cared about himself receiving his funds and displayed no concern or business ethics for the inconvenience that his actions caused to my financial account. 8/19/16- Won't return here again only stopped by cause I was in the area and in a hurry. Came in for shellac on my fingers and just a polish change on my toes. Shellac color selection is crap and every color I picked they were out of. The lady that did my nails was so slow it took twice as long. I kept telling her the two coats of the light colored polish I picked was too light. I could see brush streaks and I wanted a 3rd coat and she kept disagreeing with me, I didn't get the 3rd coat I asked for! I asked for French on my toes and they polished them the same color as my nails so then had to start over! I spent 2 hours in this place for shellac and a toe polish change and left unhappy with a crappy job done! I will continue to make the drive to Brandon instead and continue to support Nail Extreme!! read more

The nail technicians are nice; however their cleaning techniques are poor. My husband and I visited this nail salon yesterday for the Ultimate Pedicure and Manicure. The massage chairs are the typical massaging chairs. When the nail technicians started with our feet, the technicians did not bring the individually wrapped (sanitized) tools, they used the ones they had in their possession, squirted them with bottled solution (of whatever), and began to work on our feet. Note we presumed that the pedicure-bowls were cleaned prior too...Yet given our experience...I seriously doubt it. The kicker here is when they finished with our feet they let the water out....and ran the water, grabbed a sponge, splashed the water around and let the water out. That's right....they DID NOT use Clorox Bleach Clean-Up or any type of cleaning solution at all. I told my husband this is the last time we would come to this place for any service and I cannot wait to Yelp them. My husband opted not to get a manicure; however, I was glutton for punishment I guess....I let the technician perform the manicure. Again I witness her using the same tools again and grabbing a bowl for my fingers. The water was barley lukewarm and she began to work. It was painful as she did not allow my fingers to soak and she clipped clipped away at my cuticles. She rushed me on my way and failed to allow me to wash my hands....she added lotion and painted my nails. Out the door I went. I will NEVER go there again!!!! read more
