Decided to try this place today because we just moved here and needed my nails done. The location is great for us & in a nice area, but there were just some things that I experienced that were major turnoffs. 1) the customer service is not good... 2) the manicurist's doing me & my mom in laws feet were clearly gossiping about another customer & not trying to hide it. There was a good 10 minutes that these 2 individuals were talking in a low voice and kept blatantly looking at one of the ladies next to us. While we couldn't understand why they were saying, the tone they used did not make it seem good and they kept laughing. I understand that we all have our moments for gossiping at work, but they made it very obvious and really uncomfortable. And 3) pricing seemed a little much for what we got. I got a regular pedi w/ gel and nail take off/ acrilyic put on with French tips & paid $107 (not including tip) my mother in law got same pedi with gel and dip on her nails and paid $97. Our old place I could have done all that with a full face wax and glass of wine for $107 while my mother in law used to pay $75... The nails look good and like I said the location is good and space is clean, but just wasn't worth the price. They might want to try playing something other than elevator music as well. read more

One star is too generous!!!! This place has horrible customer service, very pricy for their services. I had acrylic nails done here a couple of weeks ago. I had them taken off today. Then noticed I have fungus on my nail. When i said something to them them they said next time just get the dipped powder instead of acrylic and this won't happen. Such a great place. I LOVE my nails. I didn't like the color that was initially done and she redid them no questions asked. I believe she is the owner. I do feel they rushed my nails a bit and she was juggling between 3 of us at once LOL. She was so sweet and apologetic though. I would absolutely come again. Five stars should be allotted to Amy, and Amy solely. That's why I'm not giving the salon one star. I have been doing to Amy for months, making deliberate appointments for her. After a few months I decided to give another tech a try for my daughters' pedicure. The woman with the short gray hair and half sleeve tattoo spent more time walking away from the pedicure chair, making my daughters' toes bleed, and condescending what she was getting - a basic pedi. While I repeated what we wanted for her despite trying to upcharge to gel etc, she began speaking poorly of us in her language. What she didn't realize is I speak and understand the language well. If any dollar is spent here, it should be for Amy. She's worth it. Otherwise, hard pass. read more

POOR SANITATION - read the reviews, save your money and time. 1. Technician does NOT wear mask and there's no dividers. 2. She had me soak all 10 fingers in hot acetone which is not only bad for your skin (now I have crazy dry skin on my fingers) but also that acetone she brought me had nail chips in them - I was like... is that re-used?!! 3. Technician doesn't make you wash your hands and she doesn't wash hers neither! She kept on eating mangos out of a zip lock bag, wipe her hands on her shirt and worked on my nails. I could see stuff under her nails, definitely not something you want to experience. 4. She uses same nail file, no sanitation on everyone 5. It took her 2.5 hrs to do a 1 hr job. I have been coming to this salon since they opened. I usually just go with whoever is available at the time. I do not get my nails done religiously, sometimes I just want them off for a while. However, ms.Kim did my pedicure and my feet are baby soft!! She did a great job, took her time and the color looks great! And ms. Amy did my full set. She removed a set I already had on that were lifting. Instead of just adding new acrylic she asked if she could do a fresh set to get a better outcome. She was very meticulous and made sure they were all the same shape/size instead of just rushing through! Terrible experience. Went in for a touch up on my eyebrows because my regular salon was closed and I will never be back. The lady who did them was yelling at an employee the entire time and saying things like "you stupid face.. why did you eat without me?" Maybe if she would have paid more attention to my eyebrows I wouldn't have ended up with one significantly thinner than the other. Also she applied wax to both eyebrows at the same time and let one almost dry before using the strip to remove it. She didn't tweeze any stray hairs either. I just went in today for a regular gel on both toes and finger nails. Both toes and nails were done by two different women. Nail tech who did my toes did a great job. On the other hand, the tech who did my finger nails did not push back my cuticles or trim them as they should. She also kept using the same dip of gel coat for three nails which was lame as hell to me. And when the lady who did my toes came to take a look at them, the tech who did my finger nails walked my with an attitude written all over her face. I tipped well today. Alex provided no help to me (or a refund) after I came back into the office to show her how her procedure to soak off my "dip" nails resulted in burns to my fingers. She insisted that I must have been allergic to something or burned my fingers on the oven or stove. I have used "dip" for years, but have always had the nails wrapped with cotton and aluminum foil. Alex insisted it was better to soak in a bowl of acetone and then proceeded to talk on the phone which makes me think I was left too long in the solution. I was not able to tell there was an issue until that night when the painful redness and blisters appeared. I was there on Thursday, 8/27 and the attached photos are from following Saturday and Monday. I think it is evident that these burns are not from the oven. Terrible customer service - blaming me for her error. And the manager went on to tell me she doesn't ever recommend dip - so why offer it? Lost me as a regular customer and it won't just be me........ Would be zero stars if I could! read more

The nail tech (sorry i can't remember her name now&i threw her card away) who worked on me was nice , but she cut my cuticles TWICE. Instead of saying something (even though i definitely felt it) she just put some antibacterial gel on the cut and kept it moving. Today is my 65th birthday and hubby is treating me to a pedicure at a new salon. A new salon just opened five minutes from my house. It is a new place large and beautiful. Ultra modern with tons of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. They also do waxing. If you are in a "I want to get away from everything, relax and have a pedicure mood". Then you can book the private room in the back of the salon to do so. Tons of beautiful nail colors to choose from too. Pedicures range from $25 -$55 depending on what you like. The owners Anthony and Lily are extremely nice and are very proud of their new salon. They make sure you are comfortable, have a glass of wine, soda or water to drink while you are being pampered. And since this is 5 minutes from my house doesn't hurt either. This is the nicest salon I've ever been in for a pedicure. Im very happy with the job my girl did. I'm sure you would love it if you gave it a try! read more

I walked in. Waited 45 minutes. I wish someone would have acknowledged my walk-in and I would have asked how long the wait was. 15 people in pedicure chairs all being serviced, maybe 5? People doing nails. First impression...pretty place. Seemingly clean. I've been getting my nails done now consistently for over a year without many issues. The lady whose name I'll leave out, was nice. I waited longer than my nails took. She was just too fast. While I appreciate timely this was sloppy. A fill shouldn't take 3 hours so I didn't examine my nails too much immediately upon completion. (My fault) Then I got home and kept getting more upset. My pink nail had harden clear coat so think I had to take clippers and trim it back and file it so it would detach from my skin. My middle finger on one hands nail is so thick it's lumpy. The very ends of 7 of my nails are not painted. Long story short I stopped back today after work. Kindly explained I felt like they needed a bit more attention/filing/painted. She was busy (everyone doing pedicures) and did ask me to come back later which unfortunately I could not do. I know she would fix them but I'm hesitant to even go back.
