I had an amazing first time pedicure experience at this nail shop a week ago. Jen was my nail tech. She was absolutely awesome! I did enhance my pedicure with a the volcano deluxe treatment and callus removal. It was absolutely worth it! plus, she did not use any metal "cheese grater" on my feet. She took her time to properly scrub the rough spots and massage. I highly recommend her and the shop was very clean. read more

Hi, I was there yesterday to make an appointment for me and my mom to get a manicure and a pedicure. The lady said that if we could come after any time after the time 3:00 pm. I told her that we lived down the road and we could come in anytime on Saturday, 10/29/2022. She said we have any time after3pm, and they would call me Friday night or when they came back in the morning. When I called Saturday afternoon at @4:30, they told me they could not take us because they were all booked. Their customer service is very unprofessional in how they handle someone's business if they were busy or did want to be bothered by my mom or me. I will make sure I will tell everyone about the bad experience and how they refuse certain people that come into the walk-in to get their nail and toes done before we go to a party on Sunday. ​ read more

My nails are crooked and all different shapes and sizes. They are thick and bumpy and my French tips are all different lengths...The girl that did my nails was really sweet and I tried to trust the process but it didn't work out...idk if it was just her or? Because everyone around me had great nails. It also took over three hours for a simple set of plain almond shaped french nails. I had to reshape them at home. read more

The girl who did my nails was super nice and had great conversation (first chair to the right). But she started my nails at 2pm I left after 5pm incomplete. She was taking way too long and I honestly feel like she didn't know what she was doing. Paid $55 for time I'm assuming. I definitely won't go to her again. I get practice makes perfect, but please don't practice on me. Or let me know you're inexperienced ahead of time. I came home and popped all those nails off. I really didn't want to this nor am I happy that this is what I have to do but I'm not going to let this slide. I had been wanting to try out Mirage a few weeks ago and had already inquired about the Volcano Deluxe package which the girl I spoke with at the time, said it would include a massage etc so I've been wanting to try that place out but just didn't get a chance to until yesterday. I went to Mirage Nail and Spa for the first time and definitely the last time because of my experience. I came in as a walk in and spoke with the Manager who I told wanted a gel manicure and regular polish "Volcano Deluxe" pedicure - both together would be $92 - $42 for the gel manicure and $50 for the Volcano Deluxe - which the manager confirmed and told the girl who took me as a walk in. The girl was very sweet and also going through some stuff which is why I really hate that I have to leave this review. We decided to do my toes first because I knew they were going to take longer to dry which comes with issue 1. 1.) First of all, the so called "Volcano Deluxe" is a $50 package which is supposed to include a massage for both feet and legs and when I go anywhere else, if it's $45 or more it always includes an actual massage that's actually enjoyable but the girl who did my service barely rubbed my feet which I was nice about because it seemed as though she was still learning, so I cut her some slack because we were also having a great time too so I let it go no big deal but still a mediocre massage at best. The "hot towels" were warm so that also didn't do much for me. 2.) then I needed to go to the bathroom which I told her I didn't mind walking barefoot to go there but the girl insisted on putting those little flip flops that salons have. I put the flip flops on and at first I bumped my painted toe up against the flip flop which I thought was my fault but come to find out, they only have flip flops that fit the right foot and not the left so I was walking in two right foot flip flops which is a really cheap move No matter what I did or how careful I kept bumping my toe up against the flip flop because of course it's for the wrong damn foot so we kept having to repaint it to the point where I took those flip flops off and decided to go barefoot because these cheap ass flip flops kept fucking my toe up because the manager or owner (assuming their not the same person) doesn't buy proper supplies So at this point I needs to leave because it was taking like close to 2 hours when in most cases any where else I go maybe an hour and a half tops depending on how busy it is and mind you I was a walk in so I was trying to be as patient as I possibly could but it was beginning to be very clear this place was pretty much amateur hour. So in the very beginning I told the manager I wanted a gel manicure and regular paint pedicure but the girl started doing regular nail polish on my fingers. Since she was already in the middle of painting them on I was like whatever we're already here let's just get it finished. So of course the paint was drying fast enough and the toe was still not dry so the girl decided to put nail dryer and actual gel coating on top of my fingers and on my big toe. Although I was not charged for the manicure I was still charged for the pedicure and at first I was still trying to be nice but again I needed to get out of their because this was taking up my whole time because the whole point of me doing this was because I wanted my nails to look nice before I went out that day and I had my friend waiting on me so I wasn't expecting for me to go a nail salon for absolutely nothing because by the time I got out of there, the nail polish was crinkling and no where near dry so since she put gel on my big toe I knew it was fucked up too so I when I took my shoe off I saw my toe was completely smeared all over my sock so at that point I was pissed. I called the salon back and they offered to fix it for me but I was already so aggravated that I was like no I want a refund because at this point I don't trust you guys So I spoke the owner who called me and said that she would refund it but NEVER once mentioned that she couldn't refund debit cards which is total bullshit because this 2023 Which is the era of technology so you can process a refund if you wanted to So today, I called her back and of course lo and behold she was singing a different tune trying to say I still got a service although it was completely mediocre and that I had to take off because my shit was completely fucked up so she said that she could give me a gift card and can only refund credit cards but never once mentioned this yesterday DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AND MY LAST. I have her on a recorded line saying that she would refund me as soon as she got back to the salon so once this has posted I will be disputing this with my bank so I know I'm getting my refund read more

This place is very unprofessional. The owner is not friendly and she very rude. While I was there getting my nails done she was being EXTREMELY rude and just kept staring at me. She made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. If I could give it no stars I would. read more

The best pedicure you can ever have is by Jen!! *PLEASE make sure to BOOK an APPOINTMENT prior to your visit for a BETTER experience.* She grabs your items, gets you comfortable, and gets right to work asking you for your color of choice. If you don't have one, she will pick it for you. Just trust the process. She has an excellent attention to detail, is very patient, and knows her stuff. She will deep clean your feet pores for sure. Your feet will thank you and you will not regret it. The prices have gone up a bit, but a regular pedicure by Jen still goes a long way. I go to her least once per month and always book my next appointment right after making my payment. Once you try her, you will return! Give her a shot! read more
