I loved my experience! I broke a nail and needed a fill asap and they squeezed me in, as a first time customer over the phone they were extremely accommodating. The man who worked on my nails was incredible! I'm very particular about shape and consistency and not skipping steps and he listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly! My pedicure was amazing! Anthony did my pedi and he truly revived my feet and shaped them perfectly! They were extremely reasonable for the quality of work. Update:** I ended up catching fungus from the pedicure here! am so absolutely disgusted by this nail salon! When I called to make an appointment, I was told by the owner that I take too long to pick a color and that it took me 2 hours last time and I had to make people wait. I had no idea what she was talking about and she proceeded to go at me about it! I have only gone 2x and both times I have picked my colors while they are doing my nails! Also, I have come at off times during the week and the place is empty! Regardless if I wanted to change a color, I paid over $100 and tip very well. As a customer, I should be able to change my color if needed! This is a terrible way to run a business and treat paying customers! I will NEVER return here or refer this place to my network of friends! GROSS! read more

My favorite pedicure specialist joined the team at Vogue Nails in July 2020. I decided to follow her and try to the new salon. Everyone is great here. The team is funny and great at pedicures and manicures. I recommend trying the paraffin wax treatment; it feels amazing when warm and leaves my skin soft and smooth. The team offers refreshments as you receive your treatments and they sanitize well between guests. They have hand sanitizer available near the front door. They request you sanitize your hands upon arrival and sign in. They offer a "punch card" or stamp card to receive a discount after 10 visits. read more

Went today to check this place out as I saw the name had changed. I have been going to a different one in the area, and have been meaning to try them. Called and was able to be seen within 5 minutes. The lady that did my nails, Dao, is the owner and was warm and welcoming. I was Offered a drink of either water, coffee or wine. That is a plus in my book. i will NEVER return to this nail salon. not only did the lady who FILLED in my nails over fill them and made them like a hill instead of smooth on a few of them. she also gave me a square thumb nail (the only nail i needed replaced) even after telling her multiple times what i wanted. and in "fixing" it she made it worse. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PART. is that she filed so far into my nail that there is now a valley in my nail. it hurt so bad while she was doing it and i winced and winced and she just kept going. i took off my nails because i started having an allergic reaction to them (which has never happened at any other salon). More than that! the gel bubbled not even a day later and was chipping, she also didn't paint the tip of the nail. I paid $40 for this. a horrible fill in that literally injured me. never again. read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop, let alone the owner, Dao!! I live in New Tampa, but work in Valrico (almost an hour commute). With that said, it's close to impossible for me to see my normal nail tech in New Tampa, so I have been on the hunt for a shop close to my office. Before trying this nail salon, I tried another one and was SO disappointed. I am usually off work by 6pm, but on this particular day I was at work until 7pm. I was in dire need of getting my nails done (already had three totally broken off and two lifting, mind you it hadn't even been two weeks since the other, crappy shop I tried did my nails). I passed the shop and saw the "open" sign lit up. It was 7:10pm (shop closes at 7pm btw). Dao greeted me, she was also cashing out another client. She saw how distressed I was and so upset with my nails, and even tho she was closed, she insisted that she will help me. Not only was she so accommodating, she chose to give me a totally brand new set instead of just fix/repair and fill. She did an AMAZING job!!!! She listened to everything I asked for, very kind, accommodating, clean, friendly, professional. I am so glad I found her!!! read more

I REALLY don't normally write reviews but this needs to be addressed. I went in for a mani and pedi on my birthday. It was my first time trying this place out, since I'm a mom who neglects mysef in the self care department, lol. Anyway, My pedicure was perfection. I believe the woman who did my pedicure was named "One", just seriously amazing-- I will probably be back for her alone. My manicure was not so good. First of all 3/4 of the way through my pedicure the woman who would be doing my manicure, comes in for the start to her day (?). She finds out that I want a manicure and starts doing my nails while I'm still sitting in the pedicure chair. At the time I was like "oh, okay" and didn't object because I didn't know what else to say. Basically I'm having to turn my torso sideways to give her my hands to the right of my chair. Kind of takes away from the pedicure experience and not to mention I am now getting two separate sets of instructions. "Move this foot, that foot", "this hand, that hand". Just super annoying and felt like I was a rushed task when it came to the manicure. Then, 15 minutes later she's done and says to let them dry--she took off to the back. I'm still in the pedicure chair, btw. I'm looking them over and realize there are a few nails that are clumpy and uneven, and there is a decent little "hole" that didn't get polish in the tip of one of my nails. Since my manicure specialist took off, never to be seen again.. I kindly asked my pedicure specialist if she wouldn't mind fixing it. She asked if I wanted the original woman to come back and fix it I said either way is fine (it sounded like she was back there making food). So, she fixed it for me -not even her mistake- and that was a little better at least. I didn't have the heart to explain that the clumpy nails weren't satisfactory. Let me also just add that I am so not a nit picky person (won't complain at restaurant unless a bug literally crawled on the table ) you could clearly see the uneven layers. The only person there to cash me out was One, my pedicure specialist so there was no opportunity to provide feedback, just in case someone wonders "why I didn't stay anything". I wish I had taken a picture yesterday, but it was a busy day. Today they are already chipping, because they were uneven to start with and that's what happens I guess when you get your manicure done in a hurry because someone would rather rush off to their break time. I cannot stress enough that the pedicure was AMAZING and One is the only reason this rating didn't drop to 3 or 2 star rating. read more
