The pedicure itself wasn't bad, but it took an excessive amount of time over two hours. I also paid for a soak-off, but I had poly gel nails on, which I made clear upfront. Despite this, the removal process was a struggle, and even after paying for the service, I still left with product on my nails because the technician couldn't fully remove it. At that point, I just had to go. I arrived at 10:30 AM and didn't leave until well after 1 PM. As a business owner, my time is valuable, and spending that long on a pedicure and soak-off was frustrating. On top of that, the total was $75, which I've never paid for a pedicure in my life. I have no problem paying that price for an exceptional experience, but this wasn't it. The service was overpriced for what was provided, and I was genuinely shocked when I was told the total. I'll definitely be sticking to my usual spot moving forward.

When it was brought to my attention, I explained the situation and immediately shut my door. The owners of this business then became extremely aggressive toward me. The woman stood very close to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. After I asked for space, she went inside and got her husband, who came storming toward my vehicle while I was already inside with my children and the doors locked. He began banging on my car window with enough force that I genuinely thought the glass could break. I feared for my safety and ended up calling the police and filing a report. The way this situation was handled by the owners was unacceptable and frightening, especially with children present. I do not recommend going to this place or supporting a business that would treat a mother and her children this way.
