The staff and owners were very nice and personable. The place was quite, clean and relaxing. They explained the prices and steps that she would be taking, since I made them aware of my medical limitations. All and all, it was a great experience and have returned every four weeks. I my nails done for a special occasion. I didn't want them done for no reason sit for 2 1/2 hours more. I did not have the time. I requested half of my money back since my pedicure turned out fine, the owner denied my request.
