AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. I visited on April 1st for a pedicure and full gel set, arriving at 6 PM as a walk-in. While the wait was expected, things quickly went downhill. I experienced an allergic reaction to a scrub used during an overpriced and mediocre pedicure. Then, despite asking if they had time for the full set, the nail tech assured me she could complete the design I showed her--but it was a disaster. She convinced me to try Gel X (which I'd never done), and when she started doing them it caused a burning sensation to my nails which I had never felt before in the 15+ years of getting my nails done. The base color was completely wrong from the start, and when I asked to see the gel book, she claimed they didn't have the basic off-white shade I wanted. She kept layering on incorrect colors on top of the wrong base color that she had already applied, and when I questioned her, she argued with me when I questioned her, and ultimately added a terribly executed design featuring blueberries with chrome blue (not what I asked for) that left a blue residue all over my nails which looked SLOPPY. When I asked her to clean up the sloppy work, she completely removed the polish and started over-- and after hours sitting in a chair--still did a bad job. I was there for a total of THREE HOURS (until 9 PM), far past their 7:30 PM closing, and was the only customer left. Then came the kicker: $110 FOR JUST THE FULL SET, which was poorly done, rushed, and had to be redone multiple times. When I challenged the price, she argued that she stayed late for me--ignoring the fact that she agreed to do the design and mismanaged her time by the continued sloppy work that she had to clean up . To make it worse, one nail POPPED OFF during the appointmenT, and within three days another nail had split. By two weeks, 3-4 nails had fallen off--a first in my 15+ years of getting my nails done. I paid $100 in the end and regret every penny. While my first visit (with a different tech named Jennifer) was good, this second experience was enough to ensure I'll never return--and neither should anyone else. I also want to note that my nails were swollen and cut up after my visit which has also never happened before. Completely overpriced, unprofessional, and disappointing. This is literally the first review i have EVER written on a business, let alone a negative one. But I want to save everyone their time and money if I can. The woman I had did a great job, I felt so relaxed and she was very friendly. It has a nice ambiance and the place is nice and bright . O opted for the Deluxe pedicure which was priced compared to other places. I wanted to do my nails but they are definitely higher than where I go. I guess I'll be making a potato. Overall I would come back.
I sat, pondering if I should write this review. I went in, With mask, obviously, can't really tell if I'm Vietnamese or not. So like so, I never mention if I am or not until so. Went in for a gel pedi & dip mani. My gel pedi was alright. She felt extremely rushed. She foiled up my fingers the entire time she did my pedicure, so I sat there, entirely bored. Not to mention, there was an untamed toddler acting up. Screwing with the massage chairs. Screaming & whining while his mom was getting her nails done. Toes done. Onto my dip mani. I'm totally basic. Short nails, and I'm good to go. I asked Mike to also take care of my cuticles. He did not ask me to soak them, he didn't put anything on them, he literally took a pair or dirty cuticle nipper, from his drawer, poured acetone on it and went to town in my DRY ass hands, that has been sitting in foiled acetone for an hour! Since my pedicure! So yes, he nipped my damn cuticles. They were hands down bleeding, and he had the nerves to say " oh, yours cuticles are so bad and your hands are so dry . " AS he is saying that, the lady next to me literally gets nipped and screamed OUCH, herself. Assuming he felt bad, he put the pearly design on my ring finger. I don't do those damn things, I'm basic dude, short nails! One more thing. The lady next to my, finally noticed and said " you're very pretty, you look Vietnamese ". I finally answered and said " I am. " she had the nerves to say, " do you know Vietnamese or only BANH TET ?! " BANH tet is a traditional Mung bean "cake" served on lunar new year. I was offended. Of course, to which I replied , " no. I speak, read, and write, Vietnamese, fluently, and yes, I was born in America. " So yes, the entire time I was there. They spoke mad shit about everyone. I have never gone to a nail salon, so ballsy, where they would just bash anyone and everyone. Turn around and smile. Will I return. No. Hell no. Would I recommend. Girl bye. Save yourself the trip. They're disorganized, no one is there to take appointments, everyone walks in and waits, regardless if you even text for an appt, like myself. I texted for one and they still couldn't figure out who was doing my nails until my pedicure was done. Also, paid $100 for these.
Horrible. I went in to get acrylics removed and a gel manicure. I was told my nails were too short and she wouldn't do a gel manicure and needed to do fill instead. I went along with it and showed her a pic of a design to do. The whole process was SHIT. I can still see the growth from my previous set because she only did one thin layer of acrylic. Design is horrible and not close to what I wanted. And the price? I was SHOCKED when she told me $70!! That's a full set price, not a fill.
Just moved from NY decided to try this spot since it's right across from my apartment . My first time was with Leslie she was great , this time i tried my luck with Steve he was great as well! Overall place is beautiful and they have wine !
Let start with the good; the guy who did my toes laughed at my jokes! I enjoyed him! Now the bad, First and most important I went in with a scrape on my toe - I didn't realize it until they put the cuticle softener on my toes. Turns out I now have an infection from this salon and in an urgent care trying to get it treated. When I was in cosmetology school we were told not to work on people with cuts to prevent things like this. I have a hard time saying no thanks/returning things I don't like because I normally just accept the way it is and move on.. I don't have the personality to get up out of a chair and leave. Thanks social Anxiety, lol. I wouldn't have posted this if my toe wasn't infected. Now that the absolute worst is out of the way some things that already made my mind up I was never going back before my toe was infected: - the front guy desk ignored my friend and I on two separate occasions when we were trying to ask questions. -People there (besides my pedicurist) seemed rude & uninterested in serving us. -the people did not sit my friend and I together even though we requested to be sat together and waited 20 minutes for them to sit us apart from each other in seats that were available the whole time. - my nails don't look professionally done. I'm fact I know how to do them I have my license to do nails. This was supposed to be a spa day with my friend so we can chat and get foot massages. I left the salon with polish on my skin and nails exposed (note these pictures with infection were taken two days after the visit) I will also acknowledge that white is a hard color to paint with. - my friend didn't go in with crusty hard feet but came out with them. I do my pedicures at home, since I'm licensed to do so. This was supposed to be relaxing and yet here I am never going to get a pedicure again. Definitely avoid this place. Please recognize I went in with a cut - this may not happen to you. But make sure your hands and feet are free of any slight scrapes or cuts before going into any salon! The customer service was atrocious however, I wouldn't recommend either way. I also did have an appointment.
Please avoid this place. I got a pedicure a little over a week ago and the lady (young 23 year old) cut into my toe and pulled the piece of nail. When I complained, she weirdly chuckled and said "yeah" and kept going completely disregarding my discomfort. The toe has been hurting since and by the next day it showed signs of infection. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow because I've been in pain since it has gotten significantly worse. Please avoid this place.
Update to my former review: 3 days later and a nail has already popped off. Seriously don't waste your time.
I just went into the location 9/13/2022 to get a refill on my nails with acrylic . before I just had all white toes and nails with acrylic walked out paying over $120+ for both services . and I got a simple line design with a nude color no stones no pearls nothing crazy and I was charged $95 !!! I love my nail tech but I will not be coming back ! Not if they are charging a refill for a damn full set price . The set came out cute but for $95....no ma'am !
I hated it so much it was horrible I'm so happy I don't go there anymore I can't believe that after I left my feet had 2 cuts on it from how badly they did my toes The customer service was horrendous This was the worst nail salon I've been to in my entire life I am so disappointed and how badly did my nails. My nails came off and less than 48 hours all of them chipped of and I had to get new nails in the same week. I am so disappointed in this business and I can't believe how much I spent on my nails and toes for one set so disappointed do not recommend. DO NOT GO HERE ITS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Had a great experience for the price and service 8/10. I had got Gel X, trying the easier/healthier route this time. I asked for a mani pedi as well and they were able to doe 2 services at once which was great for my timing. I'm only giving it an 8/10 because the priced racked up when the lady insisted that my big toe was short and put an acrylic nail without even consulting me. Anyways, great staff and management be sure to go on a weekday the weekends are usually busy without an appointment. read more

Lori has been my nail tech for going in 2 years and is the absolute best! She is very detail oriented and makes sure everything is perfect. Had a full set manicure done with GelXL and a pedicure for my birthday. Although it was pretty packed, and it was my first time there, my service was quick but great. highly recommend this place. read more

I've been here a few times now. Normally it's pretty decent for the price. They give you what you want, they're fast and USUALLY everything looks good. This last time however, the woman was in a rush, she nipped me with the cuticle cutter and got me with that electric file. One hand's nails are significantly longer than the others and the nails themselves are wider than the rest. I'm super disappointed this time around. read more

Nice atmosphere , I took my daughter to get a mani and pedi and I got a manicure with buff she nicked me a lil on my big toe but she recognized it and adjusted (my feet are soft and my cuticles aren't bad ).my daughter always gets gel ( polish is a waste for a 3 yr old lol ) she enjoyed herself per usual and she in this two color stage lol so today consist of white and yellow . I recommend this place! 4 stars because their work is great but the engagement in some of the workers aren't so great. I know they're solely there to do nails and keep it pushing but I do like a little interaction. But don't let the 4 stars turn you off. Overall great place. read more

I paid $168 for a full set , pedicure , and eyebrows and lip wax . Apparently a full set DOES NOT come with a manicure someone could've said SOMETHING, I would've paid extra ! My eyebrows are uneven ! AF ! DO NOT COME HERE . I only went here when so have been going to Nail & Beauty for 4 yrs! But it's a Tuesday! They were closed ! I'm so disappointed! My pedicure lady was so nice but like why did they not tell me the chair was broke? My back was killing me ! I was so excited to have the massage chair but nope! Everyone around me had theirs on ! It WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL on a Tuesday morning ! Last time I went it was ok , Nail & Beauty wayyyy better ! I don't want to even give one star read more

The serviced was rushed and salon was not following COVID safety guidelines there were too many people in there! The quality of the materials they use is horrible. I got a gel fill in and gel pedicure with designs and I had one nail break two days after I went in and another four days after. I called to fix this situation and was not offered an appropriate solution. When I asked to speak to the owner I gave my information however it's been days and I haven't received a call. If you want nails that are pricey and poor quality with poor service then go here. read more

Hello, I paid $70 for just my nails to be done not including tip. No tips just dip polish... I am usually not a complainer but he did not do what I asked and put all these gems on my ring fingers while murdering all my cuticles. I had high hopes for this place! And the people were so nice! But I sadly will not be going back. read more

I walked in for a full set and was greeted and seated right away, which was nice. Once they started working on my nails, the man asked me if I wanted a design and after going back and forth I gave in a showed him a cute Christmas design I had seen. He then proceeded to show me a holiday stamp set instead and had me choose one, so of course I gave in again. He never asked if I wanted gel or dip powder just kinda started doing dip on his own. Once he did the design, I assume he hadn't had much practice with it because the designs are a bit sloppy. He then started adding crystals which I again I hadn't asked for. So basically I left $70 in not getting what I wanted, which was just a gel full set. The staff was very sweet, just didn't think it worth it. read more

I have been to this place two times, and both times I have been highly impressed. The lady that does my nails is called Lee and she's amazing. The place is always clean, and they try to keep the client as happy as possible. They will try to accommodate you that way the process is quick too in case you want to do a pedicure as well.It is also worth to mention that the decorations of the place are super cute. It is a little bit pricey but it is definitely worth it. I totally recommend visiting the nail lounge, you will be super satisfied. read more
