AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. I visited on April 1st for a pedicure and full gel set, arriving at 6 PM as a walk-in. While the wait was expected, things quickly went downhill. I experienced an allergic reaction to a scrub used during an overpriced and mediocre pedicure. Then, despite asking if they had time for the full set, the nail tech assured me she could complete the design I showed her--but it was a disaster. She convinced me to try Gel X (which I'd never done), and when she started doing them it caused a burning sensation to my nails which I had never felt before in the 15+ years of getting my nails done. The base color was completely wrong from the start, and when I asked to see the gel book, she claimed they didn't have the basic off-white shade I wanted. She kept layering on incorrect colors on top of the wrong base color that she had already applied, and when I questioned her, she argued with me when I questioned her, and ultimately added a terribly executed design featuring blueberries with chrome blue (not what I asked for) that left a blue residue all over my nails which looked SLOPPY. When I asked her to clean up the sloppy work, she completely removed the polish and started over-- and after hours sitting in a chair--still did a bad job. I was there for a total of THREE HOURS (until 9 PM), far past their 7:30 PM closing, and was the only customer left. Then came the kicker: $110 FOR JUST THE FULL SET, which was poorly done, rushed, and had to be redone multiple times. When I challenged the price, she argued that she stayed late for me--ignoring the fact that she agreed to do the design and mismanaged her time by the continued sloppy work that she had to clean up . To make it worse, one nail POPPED OFF during the appointmenT, and within three days another nail had split. By two weeks, 3-4 nails had fallen off--a first in my 15+ years of getting my nails done. I paid $100 in the end and regret every penny. While my first visit (with a different tech named Jennifer) was good, this second experience was enough to ensure I'll never return--and neither should anyone else. I also want to note that my nails were swollen and cut up after my visit which has also never happened before. Completely overpriced, unprofessional, and disappointing. This is literally the first review i have EVER written on a business, let alone a negative one. But I want to save everyone their time and money if I can. I paid over $400 when I went with my family for manicures and pedicures. My gel tip nails fell off just two days later, and my daughters' nails lasted only three days. One had acrylics and the other had just gel polish. As for the pedicures, one of my daughters' toenails peeled off like stickers, and the other's toenails cracked completely. I sat, pondering if I should write this review. I went in, With mask, obviously, can't really tell if I'm Vietnamese or not. So like so, I never mention if I am or not until so. Went in for a gel pedi & dip mani. My gel pedi was alright. She felt extremely rushed. She foiled up my fingers the entire time she did my pedicure, so I sat there, entirely bored. Not to mention, there was an untamed toddler acting up. Screwing with the massage chairs. Screaming & whining while his mom was getting her nails done. Toes done. Onto my dip mani. I'm totally basic. Short nails, and I'm good to go. I asked Mike to also take care of my cuticles. He did not ask me to soak them, he didn't put anything on them, he literally took a pair or dirty cuticle nipper, from his drawer, poured acetone on it and went to town in my DRY ass hands, that has been sitting in foiled acetone for an hour! Since my pedicure! So yes, he nipped my damn cuticles. They were hands down bleeding, and he had the nerves to say " oh, yours cuticles are so bad and your hands are so dry . " AS he is saying that, the lady next to me literally gets nipped and screamed OUCH, herself. Assuming he felt bad, he put the pearly design on my ring finger. I don't do those damn things, I'm basic dude, short nails! One more thing. The lady next to my, finally noticed and said " you're very pretty, you look Vietnamese ". I finally answered and said " I am. " she had the nerves to say, " do you know Vietnamese or only BANH TET ?! " BANH tet is a traditional Mung bean "cake" served on lunar new year. I was offended. Of course, to which I replied , " no. I speak, read, and write, Vietnamese, fluently, and yes, I was born in America. " So yes, the entire time I was there. They spoke mad shit about everyone. I have never gone to a nail salon, so ballsy, where they would just bash anyone and everyone. Turn around and smile. Will I return. No. Hell no. Would I recommend. Girl bye. Save yourself the trip. They're disorganized, no one is there to take appointments, everyone walks in and waits, regardless if you even text for an appt, like myself. I have to agree with other reviewers. I came in for ombré pink & white nails with small stars on each nail. I was not made aware of the price before or during my service. When I went to check out- the bill was $160. In any service e industry, this is just bad practice. Make your clients aware of the rate for what their asking for so that it doesn't feel like you're just making something up at the counter when you're finished. Please avoid this place. I got a pedicure a little over a week ago and the lady (young 23 year old) cut into my toe and pulled the piece of nail. When I complained, she weirdly chuckled and said "yeah" and kept going completely disregarding my discomfort. The toe has been hurting since and by the next day it showed signs of infection. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow because I've been in pain since it has gotten significantly worse. Please avoid this place. read more

Let start with the good; the guy who did my toes laughed at my jokes! I enjoyed him! Now the bad, First and most important I went in with a scrape on my toe - I didn't realize it until they put the cuticle softener on my toes. Turns out I now have an infection from this salon and in an urgent care trying to get it treated. When I was in cosmetology school we were told not to work on people with cuts to prevent things like this. I have a hard time saying no thanks/returning things I don't like because I normally just accept the way it is and move on.. I don't have the personality to get up out of a chair and leave. Thanks social Anxiety, lol. I wouldn't have posted this if my toe wasn't infected. Now that the absolute worst is out of the way some things that already made my mind up I was never going back before my toe was infected: - the front guy desk ignored my friend and I on two separate occasions when we were trying to ask questions. -People there (besides my pedicurist) seemed rude & uninterested in serving us. -the people did not sit my friend and I together even though we requested to be sat together and waited 20 minutes for them to sit us apart from each other in seats that were available the whole time. - my nails don't look professionally done. I'm fact I know how to do them I have my license to do nails. This was supposed to be a spa day with my friend so we can chat and get foot massages. I left the salon with polish on my skin and nails exposed (note these pictures with infection were taken two days after the visit) I will also acknowledge that white is a hard color to paint with. - my friend didn't go in with crusty hard feet but came out with them. I do my pedicures at home, since I'm licensed to do so. This was supposed to be relaxing and yet here I am never going to get a pedicure again. Definitely avoid this place. Please recognize I went in with a cut - this may not happen to you. But make sure your hands and feet are free of any slight scrapes or cuts before going into any salon! You will pay for the quality you want. My pedicure was 57$ and the full set of M/L nails with lipstick shape was 135$. completely worth it. I went to this place with acrylic nails done with powder for a refill. They charged me for a full set, although they never took my original acrylics off. Michael did my nails and explained to me that they do a color change refill by filling in the nail with powder and painting over the acrylic and powder with polish, so the only way I can get acrylic nails done with powder here is if I have them remove my nails every time I come in. Basically, if I pay for a full set of powder acrylics I cannot get a powder refill. This is new to me, but I guess everywhere is different. On top of that, he cut up my nails pretty bad. My fingers were burning when I washed my hands, even the next day. I have yet to find a good nail salon in the Tampa area. Very disappointed. read more

This last time however, the woman was in a rush, she nipped me with the cuticle cutter and got me with that electric file. Once they started working on my nails, the man asked me if I wanted a design and after going back and forth I gave in a showed him a cute Christmas design I had seen.
