It was the absolute sloppiest job I have ever ever experienced. I tried to live with it but could not. I went back the same day to have them fix it and it was about 50% better. Still no care or concern for doing having the job be neat. I just left - no need to argue this just showed me the extent to which they value their clientele (not at all). I tried again because it was convenient to another place I was going. LAST TIME EVER. #1 they tried assigning me to the older gentleman that did such a terrible job the last time. I politely refused. So, the younger gentleman said he would take me. It literally felt like he was taking out his lack of appreciation for me not wanting the older gentleman's assistance. I went and got my nails done today (elsewhere). When the polish was removed (by them) I was HORRIFIED to see how the guy at AJ's had literally taken the enamel off of my natural nails by his aggressive use of the tool. I am furious. My nails now feel soft when that was never the case. If there's a way for me to sue for damages. I absolutely will be

The quality each time is phenomenal, they truly pay attention to detail and can do a lot of really amazing nail art. This time I chose something simple for my builder gel fill. To book online you have to pay a deposit to be prepared - however my builder gel with art usually only ~$60 which is a fantastic price point. The girls are always so fun to talk to, and bring about a very positive vibe. Will always recommend this place.

The only thing I do not like is there is no price board; I like to be able to calculate exactly what I'm being charged because it's all in writing.
