I was searching for an herbal pedicure and Nini Nails Salon came up. I decided to check out the website and saw they offer a wide variety of pedicures for different needs. I went with the herbal pedicure and had a fantastic experience. It was the last full day we had in Florida and wanted to end it having a relaxing time. My husband got the cucumber pedicure and he came out loving it. I had a warm neck pillow that was infused herbs and honestly it worked wonders as well as a heating pad for my cramps. It was a truly relaxing environment and service was great. Each person gets a new pack of tools so it makes it feel even more clean and professional. I hope to come back to Florida and have another pedicure experience here. They share a parking lot with other business but they have designated reserved spots for Nini customers which I thought was fantastic. Excellent place to come get your nails done! read more

The salon is clean and always decorated for every holiday. The staff are incredibly professional and attentive. Everyone has their own specialty so if you're looking for a specific style or design make sure you mention that prior to booking an appointment. I highly recommend Haley if you're looking for abstract or artistic designs. She is AMAZING! The quality of the products are top-notch and my nails always last for at least 3-4 weeks. BEST place to go for your nails! Love Love Love my nail tech-CiCi and Nini! They make you feel at home every time!

Favorite place to treat myself with a pedicure, I travel a little for this one and it's so worth it every time. The atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, they're always busy and yet you don't really wait before getting seated. The staff is so kind and gentle when working on your nails and yet get it done, clean cuticles and a good exfoliation is guaranteed. They're very delicate and yet fast paced, their attention to detail is something else. I have taken the entire family to treat themselves and this year my Valentine's celebration included their pedicure which was much needed. read more

I had been wanting to NiNi Nails after hearing how great they were. I happen to have an appointment close by so tried them out today for a basic pedicure. Everyone was friendly and they were able to get me right in even without an appointment. They offered me something to drink after I picked out my color. My nail technician was thorough and did a great job. She even let me change my color and helped me find one I loved after my initial pick didn't turn out like I anticipated. I also noticed immediately that there was no harsh chemical smell like you get with so many other nail salons. I'm excited to go back and try a manicure and a fancier pedicure when I have more time. They also ask everyone to wash their hands including clients when they enter the shop which I really appreciate especially during this time of year. read more

It's so amazing finding a nail salon that is consistent every time. I have not seen the same nail tech when I go, but it's awesome that I get exactly what I wanted each time. I appreciate their service and I am always excited to go back. Thank you Nini's Nail Salon for being so great each and every time. For added info.... The Dip Powder Nails are the truth. They last very well and I am glad they suggested them as I was always getting the Gel manicure. So.... Gel on the toes and Dip on the nails. That's my go to!! read more

Went to try this place after seeing the reviews here. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a pedicure and a fill. My overall experience based on one visit - large selection of nail polish, excellent fill, NO WIFI for customers, long wait time and unprofessional pedicure. As I walked in, they had me seated in a pedicure chair, they filled up some cold water and had me waiting for 35 minutes. When someone finally arrived to do my pedicure, she wasn't professional whatsoever and had a bad attitude. Even her tapping on my legs when needed one or the other foot in or out of the water was weird and aggressive. Honestly, if it wasn't for the lady who did my fill, I wouldn't consider going back there. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She did a great job and exactly what I asked for. My nails look great. read more

I do not recommend this nail place to anyone. I made an appointment for my daughter and I. Upon arrival no one is at front desk and no one greets you right away, leaving you to stand awkwardly. After understanding we need to sign in, they placed us in pedicures chairs. (We did not book pedicures) Multiple staff asked if we wanted pedicures and I stated no we had appointments for nails. The place was packed, fine no problem, we have an appointment right? Wrong!!!! We had with our nails wrapped in foil soaking in acetone for 30 minutes! They finally started our nails after 45 minutes of being in salon with an appointment. I also booked a design but it quickly became apparent they just pass around the same person to design and their nail techs are not assigned based on service requested. This place is about QUANTITY NOT QUALITY! read more

I moved to Tampa in Nov 2021. While @ Baycare Medical Group, I discovered Nini's Nail Salon. I have been getting mani's and pedi's for 4.5 years and ALWAYS have the best service, chit chat, and feel like family every time I walk in for an appointment. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and I walk out with A-MAZING nail art and pedicure. The salon is immersive when you walk in because the Salon decorates for all holidays, the music is relaxing and everyone is smiles and definately are ALL artist!! This is the absolutely the best salon in Tampa! read more

My friend & I are in town from Orlando/Ocala to go watch a hockey game! We came early to grab lunch and then we decided to get a pedicure. I did a little search on Apple Maps & found Nini's! I just wanted a place that had massage chairs and looked cute. I checked the website & the prices were fair!! We came in and were immediately serviced. The nail polish colors selection was larger and more unique than the places I've been back home. We chose to get the cucumber pedicure and a lavender pedicure.. which included callus removal, hot towels, & hot stone massage! They offer beverages (including a glass of wine) with service as well. Overall it was a fantastic experience! If I lived here, I would frequent often. read more

Update: I was approached by the owner asking me why I gave her 3 starts- while I was still in the chair getting a pedicure. I guess she did not read the review and just looked at the stars? Anyway, as I ready to pay she then asked me if I the service was good and I said yes and so she asked if I deleted my review to which I said no. She seemed confused as to why I didn't change my mind. I stand by what I said. The issue is not the technical delivery but the lack of people skills. She needs better customer service skills, period. Despite the tech that actually did my nails being gracious, and skilled I didn't like her attitude towards me and other Patrons. I appreciate them staying late to finish my service but I still don't think I'll return here in the future. I tipped her well and showed my gratitude but my 3 star rating remains. Original: I don't know how this place has good reviews. Maybe they are better during the week when they are not busy. The owner was nasty to me and another lady seated next to me. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and a fill. They left me waiting for more than 30 minutes. But okay fine I didn't make an appointment so to be expected; when I asked for a 'modified French' (see picture) she gave me an 'appalled' look and said she could not do it because the picture was dip powder not gel.. in my mind I was "wtf are you dumb?" Like a paint job is a paint job- if you're incompetent just say so. So I said okay just give me a regular French. When the lady next to me told her she did not want her to use a power drill on her natural nails she began arguing with her on how she HAD to use the drill .. like dude just give her the service she's asking for. I was so annoyed for her. When she finally said she didn't want her nails done anymore she agreed to not file her nails. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience not a heated political debate. Just unprofessional. The techs themselves seem friendly but the owner needs better Customer service skills. read more

Really awesome option for a nice pedicure. Parking is a little unusual. Most of the spots are reserved for other businesses in the shopping plaza but there were several spots available. This place is busy but I had no problem getting in. Management was walking around checking on guests which was a really nice gesture. Very friendly staff. My pedicure was amazing. I opted for the $50 green tea deluxe. I love they use real steeped green tea, lots of oils, lotion and scrub. My tech really took her time on the massage and the hot stones It was delightful. I think this will be a good alternative if my original spot is full. I definitely will revisit. read more

After moving from California I was eager to find a great nail salon, and I'm so glad I stumbled upon NiNi's. I decided on the Tropical Spa Pedicure with paraffin wax and I felt absolutely SPOILED. The nail tech took their time to ensure I was relaxed, and the massage was exactly what I needed. The salon was clean and the staff were accommodating and pleasant. I seldom do pedicures as I am not much on pampering myself like this. But I may have to do it more often, this was wonderful! I did a reservation via Yelp, got it when I wanted to... and service was great. I walked in the door, and they seated me. Took a few minutes for a tech to get free to work on me... so I sat there and played with the massage chairs controls (why don't I have one of these at home?)! Michelle came over and started pampering my feet... and it was great. Very relaxing! I would recommend NiNi's salon to anyone... read more

The time estimation when you book online is accurate it took 2 hours for a gell refill (funny bunny powder, coffin shape) but my nails look absolute fire. So even though it was a time commitment it was worth it just plan accordingly as i did not lol!! I also got a regular pedicure and they have a stand on the pedicure chair that pops up to keep your feet held up when they do callus removal. Never seen that before way better than having to holding your legs up while they do this. Will be coming back! read more

Don't bother making an appointment. It won't make a difference. I had an appointment at 12:30 for two pedicures and didn't get started until 1:15. What was supposed to be 30-45 minutes lasted an hour and a half. Water was cold. The guy started fucking with my ingrown toenail and it didn't even hurt before. Of course now it does. Grated the fuck out of my feet for no reason. My feet looked worse on the bottom than they did when I walked in. I had to ask them to fix it after sitting there for an hour and a half. Is that not long enough to do I right the first time? Now my toes are in SO MUCH PAIN and the bottoms of my feet are fucking raw. I'm never ever going here again. You literally could not pay me. The ONLY person worth anything at this business is the youngest person there. I didn't get her name but she tried her best to fix what the guy who did my nails messed up. I feel so bad for her. She gave me $5 off and apologized but this was easily the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I wish I would've gotten a bottle of nail polish and did my nails at home. SKIP THIS PLACE. This local nail salon is very welcoming. I sent a message through Yelp to request an appt, and they were able to see me same day. However, I was then continually bombarded with messages even after being scheduled. The salon is clean. A little bit of disorganization upon arrival, I felt like I was being bounced around being a new client. I had 2 different nail techs (one for pedi, other for mani). Ultimately, I'm pleased with my nails and the design results! I brought a picture of what I wanted and it was spot on. My mani nail tech was Iven, and he was very particular which I liked. I would come back for his work. read more

NiNi Nails is overall the best salon in Tampa! Everyone is so welcoming and caring - you really do feel the love they have for their clients. A very clean and sanitary salon, they hold your health and comfort to the highest degree. The salon is also always festive for every season and holiday - which makes it fun! They gave clients who are Moms flowers for Mother's Day! All the nail techs are so talented, truly anything you ask for - they will make it happen and make it good! Even if it's a crazy intricate design on your nails, they got it! With that being said, shoutout to my nail tech, Haley!!!! The sweetest and most talented nail tech I've ever had! She really is a true artist, she can see the most tedious and intricate artwork for nails and she will replicate it just like the inspo picture you found on Pinterest!
