They do offer quite a bit. I was a little caught off guard with the lightning wipes being an additional cost. Previous conversation seemed like it was included as aftercare because of the need with assisting the procedure to actually be beneficial. I am excited to go back and to see the results of the treatment. She was very transparent that there will be visible results but the problem areas will not be completely revolved after one session! They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. That's obviously a lot of what's going on here....
