Today I went to Erasable for some Botox. I had an 11am appointment, was greeted immediately, and brought back right at my appointment time. They really respect their clients and our schedules from what I can tell. I'll be coming back next month for tattoo removal too. They use a top of the line laser, currently the best available. Also, they offer a monthly membership where for $99 per month or an even more discounted price of $1,000 lump sum payment per year you can come in once a month for small laser hair removal, or laser facial treatments, or 15 units of Botox. You basically mix and match whatever you feel like doing that month at a DEEPLY discounted price compared to the usual cost of these treatments. Everyone here is super knowledgeable and friendly. I came here first for a free Yelp event which was very informative and I enjoyed learning more details about all the different services they offer. I came back about six months later for a procedure, and liked, but did not love my visit. They were running very behind schedule so I had to wait about 20 minutes and the office seemed a bit disorganized, although my technician Loretta was wonderful. Flash forward to my visit this past Friday, which was awesome! First, they had excellent preventative measures in place because of the pandemic. Different entrances in and out. Temperature taken at the onset. Clean stylus used to sign the consent forms, which were promptly placed in a 'dirty' cup after use. All patients required to wear masks, and swish with mouthwash when that wasn't possible. Everyone I came into contact with was wearing at least masks, and usually gloves. I went in for one specific procedure, but I was curious about having another done also. My technician Kristen very thoroughly explained everything the procedure consisted of, and was able to answer all my questions. Both procedures went off without a hitch, and I can't wait to see the results. I'm a little surprised about the amount of bruising I have, and wished that had been mentioned to me, but its easily hidden with makeup, so it's not that big of a deal. I will definitely come back in the future for further procedures - I feel like they really care about their clients, and they have the experience to accurately advise what your outcome will be. read more

I'm obsessed with the HydraFacial! So obsessed that I surprised HubbyStanks with one for our 15 year anniversary. He's wanted one ever since he saw how my skin was glowing when I got home from my first HydraFacial. As a dude, I knew he wasn't going to go for the first time on his own so I knew this would be the perfect gift. I booked a few days before and they fit us right in! So, why am I obsessed with this facial in particular? I've been looking for a facial where they use a suction machine for many, many years. I have no idea why this isn't an option for all facials. I had one facial done when I was in massage school (yes in another life I was a massage therapist before I went to college full time) and the same school owned a beauty school next door that used a suction tool to extract. Every facial I had since then was all manual extractions using fingers only. I have nothing against that, because during the HydraFacial they still manually extract in certain areas. However, there are parts of your face where fingers and metal tools just won't work! The pores on my cheeks and my jawline need love too! I was nervous at first because, well, I'm funny about anything on my face. Not because of the tools, but because of the peels and serums. I'm sensitive and I use natural products for the most part, so I was afraid I'd have a reaction. Nope, not at all. My face reacted wonderfully to this treatment! I am also impressed by the Zo products by Obaji. Obaji is known as high quality in dermatology circles. So far they have been great on my skin. The next time I come in I'm definitely buying the VIP membership. Not only do you get a discount on the HydraFacial, but you get 20% off of other services and I'm really thinking about getting laser hair removal done here. Amazing team and gracious staff! I had my Hydrafacial with Ashley Ann today and the experience was fantastic. Ashley answered all my questions and was such a pleasure to talk to. It was my first time getting a hydrafacial. It was a great facial to clean out your pores-almost like a detox for your skin. So the main tool that distinguishes the Hydrafacial is this little suction device that is used to clean out your pores WHILE delivering serums and solutions to clean, treat, and beautify! Erasables uses the legitimate and certified Hydrafacial MD machine. Some other places will offer "hydrafacials" but it might not be the authentic MD equipment. I would recommend adding the Hydrafacial in between your other typical facials. To me, the hydrafacial definitely gets the job done and truly cleans your skin. My face felt so smooth afterwards and I could actually notice my pores being more refined. However, unlike a "spa facial" that has the steaming part and focuses on massaging your face, hydrafacial is not like that. Hydrafacial is super effective in clarifying your skin. The experience is pleasant, and is a great maintenance to your skin regimen. If you have an event coming up, makeup will look soo much better too. Beautiful, state of the art facility. I had the pleasure of having Ashley Ann as my este for my Hydrofacial, she as extremely pleasant and friendly. She walked me through each step of the process and answered every question I might have. The process was quite relaxing and very soothing for the 50 or so minutes it took. The table was comfortable and at no time was I ever uncomfortable. They took before photos so they'd have an idea of what my skin looked before the procedure, so that in the future they'd have something to go off of. I went into Erasable Inc. today to get a Microdermabrasion which is their signature Hydrafacial! It was my first facial ever and wont be my last! Upon arriving you are greeted and offered water or something to drink. You then go into a room for your facial where the chair you lay on is comfortable and you can pick what kind of music you would like to listen to. Ashley put on spa music for me which was very relaxing! First they cleanse your face (and i must say this was my favorite part) because they massage your face for a few minutes! No, I've never had a face massage but man i want more now! Then they do two more steps. They exfoliate your face which you can still relax during most of it. You can feel it squirting cold water and sucking it back up right away. At the end they put sunscreen on you because its prone to burn easier for the next couple days, so keep that in mind if you get one and plan on a beach day or anything like that right after. You can get these facials every two weeks to help cleanse and give you a glow. They have memberships where you can come monthly and even gift them if you would like! Also in a membership you can get 20% off other services and they said $8/unit for Botox instead of $12. I haven't tried that yet but maybe one day. They are very laid back with a nice relaxing atmosphere where you are not pressured to get anything but you are there for "you time" read more

Highly impressive service! The staff is great, patient and very professional. This place has a texting option which is amazing if your are a busy bee (scheduling your appointment or confirming made easy). As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist and also specialist that did my hydro facial. They offered water or coffee while waiting. Since it was my first time, I filled out electronic paperwork. I was then taken to the room to get set up and wait for my treatment. This place gets a ++ for providing a blanket while getting treatment. Very considerate since it was a bit chilly and made me super comfortable during my treatment. I originally went to this place for demos during a yelp event last year. I was sucked in by their very competetive prices and have been back a few times since. I wanted laser vein treatment on my face but only had enough cash on hand for a 15 minute treatment. My tech worked as fast as she could to get all the veins in my face and even told me if we went over a few minutes she wouldnt charge me. I also noticed that that particular treatment wasnt covered in their monthly program (where you pay 99$ a month for any 1 treatment of your choice) and the office manager told me she would make that available for me if i signed up. I attended a Yelp event here that provided us with an overview of what this medical spa provided. I was impressed with the staff and decided I would come back to receive a Pico Genesis Treatment. This is a laser treatment used in laser skin resurfacing to decrease pigmentation and increase collagen in the skin. It is non-ablative, meaning that it does not remove layers of skin. It can be used to treat melasma, hyperpigmentation, brown spots, sun damage, age spots, pigmented lesions, and acne scars. The treatment lasted about 20 minutes. There is no down time, other than my face was a bit red for about an hour afterwards. It takes on average about two weeks to see the results. Usually 2-4 treatments may be needed to get the desired results. Staff was so nice and accommodating. They spent time with me to ensure I was getting the right treatment for my face and desired results. I have to say I saw terrific results with one treatment, however would want to get 1-2 more. Results noticed by me and others include smoother skin, brighter skin tone, decrease in size of pores on and around nose that we get as we age, improved appearance of wrinkles. The number one thing that people commented on was that my skin was so smooth. I never told anyone other than the yelp world I was having this performed so these comments came to me unsolicited by friends. I'm not so sure how long these results will last. Went in for my first round of laser hair removal after seeing a demonstration at a Yelp event. I'll be totally candid and disclose that I am trying out this procedure on my underarms. I was able to view a demonstration on this area and to be honest...I live in Florida and my wardrobe consists of mainly sleeveless shirts. It seems like a good investment! The office has appointments as late as 6:30pm which was very convenient since I leave work at 6pm. Upon entering the office, Loretta greeted me and brought me to the lounge to offer coffee or water. She is wonderful. She hosted the Yelp event and remembered me, welcoming me with a smile which was comforting. I filled out my info on an iPad and waited just minutes for my consultation. She tested levels of intensity and waited about 10 minutes before performing the actual procedure. It took all of 5 minutes and I really did not feel any pain at all. Heat, yes. Pain, no. What a delightful experience! I had never been to a medical spa before, but had I known they could be like this, I would've taken the plunge sooner. I have been twice now, once for a micro-needling and just last week for a pico genesis laser facial. The space is very inviting and has that perfect balance that makes me feel comfortable but also confident that their services are professional. The staff is impossibly friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. I felt I was in good hands for both procedures. The micro-needling, although slightly uncomfortable because of the nature of it, was a great experience. I have deep acne scarring from my teenage years and if you read around, this treatment is really the best option. It did not disappoint and I experienced great results. Ashley D. explained everything to me in advance, applied a pain-relieving lidocaine, and walked me through every step during the procedure. She was very careful to let me know of what she was doing, was a pleasure to talk to, and she was careful to make sure nothing was too painful. Afterwards, she explained all of the after-care tips. In fact, I will be getting a package soon to purchase 3 more and hopefully get rid of these scars for good. As far as the pico genesis laser, it was over in the blink of an eye, painless, and I had no downtime whatsoever. A couple days later and I do see a difference in my pigmentation and I'm sure I will see more as days progress. I feel like I get to visit my GirlFriends every time I step into the office! Everyone is so friendly and inviting! =) The hubby got a Yelp invite to their first event Tattoo removal and I got the invite to the 2nd Yelp event about cool sculpting event! I learned tons at the cool sculpting event and then did my own research on the back end before I inevitably did my cool sculpting on my jiggly arms. I am having a small heart tattoo on my finger removed and a mid size 2 word tattoo removed on my lower back. I can't talk enough good about this place! I'm in the process of a large back tattoo removal and I think I'm on session 7? I paid for 10 but I got the package because they explained it might take more than 10 and the package provides for that guessing work. I've also done Botox through them a few times and I've had just such amazing service from their providers and their front desk. Provider wise I'm pretty flexible as they're flexible with my schedule and I've had amazing experience with each person. When I'm scheduling the appts or I'm checking in or out the staff is always so accomplished and smiling each time. Never a huff or puff. I also want to add that my back tattoo is large and embarrassing but no one has ever made me feel embarrassed about it and they always lighten the mood when I bring it up. With that said, I was originally only anticipated to have 10 laser sessions for a "medium tattoo" removal. It actually took three years for my tattoo to fade enough to be considered "removed". (Again, I have an autoimmune disease so I trust that most people do NOT take that long to see results.) However, Loretta was extremely accommodating financially and determined to get me results. I will always be appreciative of her tenacity. It was a slow process, but it gave me some confidence back. Currently, the tattoo is still slightly visible if you're purposely looking for it, however, most people do not even notice it. That means finding all new everything: Skin, Nails, Gym to name a few. Thanks to Erasable I can cross off skin. I had a Hydrofacial there today with Ashley and I am happy with my service and results. This is saying a lot because I have been receiving this treatment over the years at various places (due to moving) and even though the machine is the same machine, the technical application and overall ambiance of the place is important as well. I have had so-so techs which has led to me to suspend my sessions over periods of time (until finding a new person). I am pleased to say Erasable is nice, clean, and easy to find - the staff seem fully dedicated to the procedures and products and everyone is really nice. Came here today for my hydrafacial and left completely satisfied. This place is truly classy and professional. I was expecting a waiting room of people and to be waiting past my 11:15am appointment time since that's how most doctor offices and spas run. To my surprise, it was the complete opposite! Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, no waiting room full of people (it was just me), and was immediately greeted by Chris at the front desk. He checked me in and offered water or an espresso and gave me the iPad to fill in my medical record. After I completed that he was very friendly and told me about how they run the facility and we spoke a lot about how the Yelp event ran that I attended here this past week. They like to have their appointments feel more personal so they keep them to where the doctor and staff aren't running from person to person, rather they take time in getting to know the patient. All staff that work there also try the products and services that they offer so that they can better relate and explain to patients. They wouldn't be selling anything or offering anything that they don't like or would use themselves. I was quickly greeted by Ashley who took me back for my facial pictures which we joked around that they felt like mugshots lol. Ashley was great at explaining everything and was very friendly. I was nervous coming for the hydrafacial as I prefer to not leave my home without makeup so the staff made me feel at ease and helped me forget about being uncomfortable. The hydrafacial was amazing! I was so relaxed during the whole process which seemed to go by super fast. Love how my face feels and looks. Even my husband commented that it looked like I had on makeup even though I didn't put an ounce on for the rest of the day. My face is glowing. Thanks Erasables. I booked my consultation with Loretta for Wednesday to discuss my skin so looking forward to that. I also purchased the last step in the ZO skincare to complete my regimen. So excited to try this and get my skin in shape! Love how Loretta is so sweet and makes herself available to her clients at all times. I am so disappointed in the fake services that were provided here for my small tattoo removal. I was told that it would take approximately 7 services to remove an extra-small, black ink only tattoo on my ring finger. After 7 appointments, I questioned how many appointments I had had. They told me that they went to a new scheduling system & had lost previous appointments but it was about 5. I researched my credit card statement to find out, I had gone to 10 appointments. On several occasions, I complained that there was NO change from the previous appointment & was told that was normal. It became VERY clear that they weren't doing anything but taking my $125 fee and pretending to remove my tattoo. Do not go here! This business is a scam. read more

Erasable Inc. is the best!!!!! I met with Loretta for the first consult and and seen her through some of my sessions and today was my last session and was happy to see her again. I'm not going to lie I thought this wasn't going to work but it did and I'm very happy with the results. I had a tattoo on each shoulder that I've been wanting to take off. Grew out of it and just didn't look good anymore. So I decided to try them and I'm happy I did. It doesn't hurt as much as I heard. They do offer numbing cream but I'm ok with out it. It's quick and easy. Today I had a laser hair treatment with Ashley Ann and she was very gentle and explained how the process works. I'll definitely be back for some more treatment!!!! The customer service is exceptional, they do their best to find a schedule that works for me every time. They are up front, do not try to push products or oversell services to you. Both ladies I have worked with have made sure that I have all the facts and at the end of the day they genuinely want me to look my best as much as I want to look my best. They get to know all of their clients and formal a personal relationship to ensure the best level of service. My cool sculpting treatment came after I asked questions for a few months, attended some of their awesome (and free) consultation events and finally decided it was for me and I was ready to try it.
