What should have been a straightforward, professional exchange regarding rescheduling an appointment quickly spiraled into one of the most bizarre and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've ever had. The owner's behavior was erratic, defensive, and frankly unhinged -- completely lacking the professionalism you'd expect from someone running a business in the wellness and aesthetics space. Rather than addressing my concerns like an adult, she chose to escalate the situation with immature outbursts, passive-aggressive comments, and an alarming lack of professionalism. Perfectly Bare Laser has made hair removal a breeze. It doesn't hurt, the staff are all kind, courteous, timely, and professional. Parking is as easy as can be as it is a large parking lot. The Perfectly Bare suite is located on the fourth floor and is in a building with other multiple professional offices (various doctors offices are located in the same building). The inside of the building is very clean and looks to have been renovated recently. The Perfectly Bare suite is incredibly clean, comfortable, and modern. When you go back to each room, each room has privacy and large bright windows letting in lots of sunshine so technicians can see what they need to in order to do their job. It is comfortable still and they give you glasses to wear during treatment. They use text as an option of communication which is awesome. They remind you about your upcoming appointments which is helpful. They answered all questions that I had. And best of all....I don't have to shave nearly as much as I used to (I'm still going back every 6 weeks as we work through the phases of growth - which is normal that there are several treatments they said). I can definitely say after one treatment I saw a huge difference. Also, it's great that it is affordable. They do a multitude of treatments for various issues, so don't think that there may not be anything you may benefit from. They even have display cases of products for purchase if you should choose to as well as testers. This is my second time coming here and my aesthetician Brittany is the best. I had her my first time and she did a great job explaining everything, answering all my questions, and most importantly made me feel super comfortable. The procedure is super fast maybe 10-15 minutes and I definitely noticed my hair growing in a lot slower after just one session. I barely felt any pain - which was one of my worries. It's warm and you may occasionally feel something similar to like a plucking sensation - but definitely way way less painful than waxing - and way less maintenance in the long run !! Also as a brown girl I was scared it wouldn't be effective on me but as I stated previously, it does seem to slow hair growth after one session and research into the laser they use supports that it would work well on people of color. The clinic is well priced, clean and aesthetically pleasing. They also run on time. I've only had pleasant interactions with everyone I've met. One thing to note is that if you are paying by card, they do charge a 3% fee. But their pricing is listed on their website and I liked how transparent they are on their website. While service by the technician has been fantastic and I have been recommending people, just had a very bad experience yesterday with the owner when trying to reschedule my 5:15 afternoon appt first thing yestetday morning. I actually even was vulnerable and honest about my predicament and she had absolutely no care and talked in a condescending tone and showed little care to none. While I am in the customer service business and understand policies, I also understand being human and having compassion. When speaking with Joyce, the owner, her manor in speaking to clients with little to no sympathy or compassion and literally hanging up on a client was certainly very surprising and dissapointing-- to then sending the text saying my appt was canceled and cant reschedule until the 50% fee is paid- which by the way was trying to reschedule for the same week. If i wouldve experienced better treatment i would've been willing to pay the fee or figure how to make the appt. Needless to say, this 1-2 min interaction completely tarnished my experience and will not be returning. But thank you the the Technician Channing who has always been amazing. I'm sad to leave this review but I want to be honest. I have received 2 treatments and none of them worked. Yes I know that experience vary. However I had laser done before and at the end of the day for me it was a waste of money. But here are reasons why I deducted stars: esthetician did not leave the room giving me space to take off clothes. She might be ok with people getting naked in front of her, I was not. My first ever laser experience and it was great! Initially, I was nervous to go full Brazilian, so I scheduled a simple bikini treatment instead. I got there, and they were all very nice, comforting, and informative. I was scheduled with Channing. She is extremely nice and walked me through everything.
