This was my first time going here and it's located in a medical office with a parking lot in the back. Plenty of parking available. Location is right off Bayshore. My laser hair removal technician was Jessica and she was super nice and professional. The hair removal process was completely painless. I had laser hair removal before and it felt like rubber bands snapping at my skin. But the machine that Jessica used on me was nothing like that at all. I just felt slight pulling at the hairs and some warmth. I definitely prefer this process/technology over other types of hair removal since it's so painless and I don't need to take any pain meds beforehand (I'm a wimp tov I totally recommend this place if you're not a fan of waxing/painful laser hair removal process! It's been a few weeks since my initial appointment and my underarm hair literally fell out (painless). And to my surprise, no bumps of any kind afterwards (I usually get those after a wax). Today was my second appointment and I was in and out within 10 minutes! Two thumbs up!

My sessions lasted about an hour and 15 minutes each and cost over $500 each time! It was particularly annoying to hear her answer incoming calls during my session and tell cheerily tell callers that they could have touch up services for $25-$35 per hour. I ended up needing MORE than six sessions. So I spent over $3000. Then I went 2-3 more times at the $25/hour rate. Except she charged me $50 once, and $100 once, as I remember. I present you with one of my hairy legs today. Well over $3000 for THIS?? The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

When I arrived at the office, I wasn't sure if I was in the right place so I called. She went on to say that she might get to me at some point during the day with no specified time. When I voiced my disapproval and stated I will just be requesting a refund, she became verbally abusive, yelling and swearing at me prior to hanging up on me. This woman did not at all appear to be stable in my opinion, and I have never in my life had such a horrendous experience with a business. I would strongly advise not letting her anywhere near you with a laser. Groupon would not refund my money and I'm appalled at the types of merchants supported. I was advised to transfer my voucher to a friend or family member..? I wouldn't advise anyone I care about let this woman near them with a laser, even for free.
